I cant say enough about the great experiences we have had with Frontier A/C Heating and Refrigeration. We live in Texas where it doesnt usually get too cold. Today however it was 37 degrees outside and we were gone briefly. Came home to 65 degrees inside. We immediately called Frontier and in under 2 hours Joel & Mikhail arrived and got to work. We had a two fold problem that they were able to repair to our satisfaction. One repair required a temporary fix and they had to return a different day due to needing a part and it was a Friday afternoon however he made sure we had heat before they left. Joel explained everything to us in laymans terms. They are professional and arrived earlier than expected, worked diligently. Our previous experience was the same. This is a quality company and they do quality work.Call then first. You wont be sorry.

We had our entire AC system and ductwork replaced in our home. I found communication lacking. Things were being scheduled without my input. Responses have been from about 3 different people. While the work is done, I don’t know much about it. There was no other information given or shared. It feels a little unfinished. Everything was done so quickly but I would like to have had some kind of walkthrough or finalization. After investing so much money, it would be nice to have more information.Edited 7/24/24 - I have found a vent that was not replaced. Debris and a vent not cleaned up and my Nest thermostat had been scratched and damaged. A new thermostat was supposed to come with the work but was not installed. I’ve called Frontier and texted Luis Armando, who was my original contact. I have received no further call or text back other than the reply to my original Google review. Review changed from 4 to 3 stars.Edit 8/1/24 - Frontier has corrected all remaining issues at our home and gone the extra mile to ensure that their services met our expectation. It took us a couple extra days, but service had been completed.

Called Frontier for my A/C not working. They setup an appointment and the day off was let know of when they were coming to look at our system. Justin came and looked at our system. He was really professional and told us about his inspection the test he ran. Also, showed us pictures and what he recommended. At the end, Justin quoted us a good price and recommended us with good options and got a new system for our house. Quick and easy with Frontier and Justin’s expertise!

I had my home serviced by Frontier for the first time after changing A/C companies, and with reasonable rates, I would recommend them to everybody. From the booking online, then keeping you updated all the way until the technician is at your home. Juan explained the issues and the solutions needed for the repairs in detail. I will definitely use them in the future for my home A/C needs. The only thing is I forgot to ask for a business card magnet to put on my fridge!

I was informed they were the experts in a/c units. From receptionist Susan, service manager Victor Ortiz, Juan Camacho tech, Daniel in office, all very courteous. My special ordered unit replaced, a rushed was needed i got it rushed at no extra cost.. both Vidis..my dog😄 and I are very happy to have a/c. Thanks so much.

When we wanted to change our cooling system from a package AC heat unit to mini splits I contacted a couple of contractors, but they never got back in touch with me. So I called the folks at Frontier AC because I had used some of their services before and knew they are good people. We decided that we needed two mini splits for our home. They just completed the installation of each of those two mini splits and the guys did a wonderful job installing the units. And before leaving, they installed the Wi-Fi units in each one and made sure we knew how to operate those before they left. Joel, Robert, and Federico I would recommend in a heartbeat! I’ve had been having problems with my unit over the summer and after several trips from my regular maintenance person, I decided to reach out to Frontier A/C for a second opinion. Upon their inspection, my ducts weren’t fully sealed and other minor adjustments but they made a world of difference. Joel showed me all the before and after pictures! Last week Luis performed preventative maintenance and provided a report of all items checked. He had also recommended Duct Replacement and to add more Insulation in the attic back in May so we scheduled for it to be done in November. Last week all of the Ducts were replaced within a single day! Also, the next day Robert and Andrew added the new Insulation to the attic. They measured and photographed the old Insulation at the start of the job and then measured and photographed the Insulation after the job was completed. It made a very big difference. The new Insulation has a better texture than the old Insulation. Our attic is very awkward to move around in, but everyone managed to do the work quickly and efficiently in spite of the attic challenges. Thank you, Frontier AC!

Eddie and David were the techs that did the partial service on the A/C system due to a needed part that was on order. I was happy that they were able to keep the system running while waiting on the new part. 4/23/24 Rigo was the last tech to finish the job. Replaced the new part, no issues. All the techs named above were professional and will definitely recommend. 11/15/24 Justin was the A/C Tech assigned to do the 6 month service . He was very polite, attentive and worked diligently. Justin explained clearly what he had done as part of the service and made recommendations.Will definitely consider his recommendations.

I got into a jam, what started as turning off my AC so I could fumigate my house for a few hours quickly created a problem when trying to turn my AC back on. It is a simple to use box but for some reason the heater kicked in and got up to 89 degrees. I called Frontier and they tried to walk me thru it. Were going to schedule until Monday but she was able to set me up for Sunday after 11am.Juan called and was able to take care of the problem quickly and efficiently. It turned out to be something simple on the setting.Juan is very knowledgeable and gave me some advice on caring for my unit and the proper use of the thermostat. Had issues with the AC leaking. Called Frontier Air to have a technician give me an estimate (previous visits were pointing to needing a replacement soon). Justin came in on a Friday with professional choices in new systems from scarcity on refrigerants to energy efficient options. He was able to look for the best deal available to him and offered the extended labor warranty which makes me have peace of mind with this investment. He made sure my family was comfortable for the weekend by temporary fixing my concern. Bright and early Monday Frontier had the new system and Carlos and Federico installed it. The installation was fast and neat. They made sure everything was working and made sure any questions or concerns I had were met before they left.* Luis came same day due to a pipe having condensation and he made a new line which helped. He stayed after hours to ensure I was 100% satisfied.Overall I have been a customer since 2011. I have never gone to any other company because their customer service is top tier. I will continue to recommend this company and I hope its everyones first choice when they are looking to purchase. This Texas Heat is no joke and Frontier A/C makes sure you are cool for the summer!!!!

Had been having issues with my old system. I called Frontier and they immediately came out to give me a quote (which was the best rate in the valley) got my application going and next day installed! Damian & Arnoldo did an amazing job!!!! They were efficient, they explained to me everything they were doing, and cleaned up perfectly!!!! AC broke down last night. Called several other companies. Frontier were the first to answer and get a technician on premises within 2 hours. Capacitor replaced and split check was done. Incoming air at 77 outgoing air at 56. The price was reasonable. My home warranty was still trying to find a local technician. Will be doing business with Frontier in the future, especially since they offer me a military discount, teacher discount, and law enforcement discount. I qualified for 2 of the 3. Rigo was very courteous and professional in explaining the options of repairs, pricing, and what is required in routine maintenance.

We called Frontier because our ac system went out and they had someone at our house the same day so that was AMAZING. Victor took the time to evaluate our whole system and thoroughly talked about our options as well as showed us pictures as to why we needed the work done. After speaking with him we decided to replace our entire system. He made a really great first impression and helped us with our financing options as well as scheduling us next day installation. The workers got to our home at 10a.m. instead of 8a.m. but I was still grateful that they came the next day instead of pushing it until the next week. Everything ran great and our ac cooled our house quick but we noticed we were not left with a filter. I called to see what size we would need and the answering service was a little rude saying she didnt know why I was calling because the filter should be the same size as before. I let her know our previous filters were special order due to them being a size that were not sold in stores so she said she would replay the message. Monday came around and they brought us some filters and apologized, we let them know not tonworry about it. Skip to a few days later and our system stopped working! We called and they had someone over within a few hours so again we were so thankful with their responsiveness! The tech came and found the problem quickly and fixed the issue. We had a bumpy start but this company was always quick at having someone come over and address our issues. We would definitely recommend them and have actually recommended them to friends and family.

Ive called them 2x this year for issues and both times theyve been extremely helpful and professional. This time Israel came by to check on a major leak of my ac unit. Ive taken on this household on my own and I had a ton of questions. He patiently answered every single question and from each answer I added more questions and not once did I feel rushed or mansplained. He took my questions seriously and made recommendations without feeling pressured. I will definetly keep using Frontier for all my AC needs!
