    Frank is always super helpful and professional. Had an issue this past summer with my outdoor AC unit that another company said was not repairable and just needs to be replaced. Called Frank and he had it up and running in no time and better than it had before. This week I had an issue with my furnace control board and within 24 hours of calling we had the issue narrowed down and resolved! Will continue to use Frank for all my AC needs!

    Frank was spot on with troubleshooting our broken HVAC. He was very thorough explaining all of the next steps to get a new unit ordered. Frank and his son installed our new HVAC unit, made sure everything was working properly, cleaned up after themselves, and even came up with future upgrades to our system for preventative maintenance. I will always use Frank’s Air Repair!

    Definitely recommend Frank! Very reliable and very reasonable prices! He keeps my ac/heat running perfect, and is quick to fix any problems. I had a previous company mess up some things and he got me all fixed up right! He also was able to fix my fridge when it quit cooling! He is very honest!

    Frank was recommended and I see why! Stop looking and call him...Worked on our refrigerator when it went out over the weekend. Came out quickly on a Saturday to diagnose the issue and the cost was very reasonable. This is great compared to trying to get warranty work done, he had the part ordered and repair made before “they” could even send someone out to take a look at it. He also went above and beyond to try and get the part covered under warranty. Do yourself a favor and use this local business; Frank is professional, informative, and fair.

    Our Gas oven wouldnt light. Franks Air sent out a Technician (Justin), who arrived on time. He was neatly attired and very professioal and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and remedied it. I would highly recommend Franks Ir for any and all appliance repair.

    The second company called regarding our broken washer. First company was a joke.Frank’s tech came out, ordered the part & and came back in just a few days to replace!Very customer friendly! We would highly recommend!

    Franks air repair I swear is the best in East Texas. He never stirs us wrong. We almost had to pay for a brand new unit years ago but he got it to where we didn’t have to get one for a few years later. We had 3 ac people come out before him and he was the only one that didn’t lie to us just to get more money. He is literally the best person for your ac or heating or duct needs :)
