My experience with Excel R Aire was good. The technician came out just before the freezing weather arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. The part had to be ordered to the warehouse. Icy road conditions impacted its arrival. Excel R Aire drove in icy conditions to get the part, much appreciated all their efforts. -
