    This service provider fixed my issues. There were some issues up front but they owned up to their part and came back in and got us up and running. Thomas attention to detail and his commitment to getting things resolved was very much appreciated. Albertos help with the install was top notch. I would use them again.

    My technician came out and got the job done, double checked everything and made sure there were no stones unturned. Bad reviews here are from people being frustrated with the time it takes to fix something but at the end of the day warranty company needs to approve the work, parts need to be ordered all that takes a bit of time. EMS came out as fast as they could after they received the AC parts.

    EMS was assigned for an AC repair through our home warranty company. That means we dealt with a middle man, adding hours and days to the communication process. NOT EMSs fault.Tevin came out to inspect and diagnose the issue. He was very friendly and professional. He found a bad fan motor component that needed replacement. It had to be ordered. Again, NOT the companys fault, we had to wait for approval from the home warranty company. The part came in, and we were scheduled for a Saturday afternoon. Dan called at 10:30 and asked if he could come early. We said yes. He showed up, installed the part, and made sure everything else was operating normally. Very friendly and professional.EMS lets you know up front that they will communicate between 4 and 6pm daily. Mostly by text.I found nothing shady or dishonest about this company. All delays were caused by having to go through the home warranty company. Give em a break.

    EMS was contracted by my Home Warranty Company due to my air conditioner going out three days earlier. The appointment process was somewhat painful, but the technician, Tevin was AMAZING! I’m giving this company 5 stars based on Tevin’s performance and attentiveness. He diagnosed the problem within minutes! He changed out the faulty part, and checked to make sure everything was working properly. Even though his day was far from over, he took time to make sure we were satisfied with his work. He asked if we had any questions? I wish all service providers were as conscientious as Tevin. If EMS is ever assigned to provide service to us again, I will definitely request that Tevin be sent out! Thank you Tevin! You went above and beyond! Marcy

    Ems home service did and excellent job on our furnace. Unit went down on 1/7/24 and submitted request trough warranty and EMS home service contact me on same day and was contact by them for appointment the very next day.Technician found the issue a bad board and submitted request for part as soon as he found the issue. Took about 4 days to get approval and received part. Spoke to EMS on Tuesday and ask if it would be ready before this cold front coming in west Texas and he responded we will get it before the storm hits. By Saturday 1/13/24 the technician Angel had parts and began repairs and furnace was back to heating just in time.Thank you EMS for a great service and to your awesome technician Angel. Will definitely be using your service for future services. 5 stars all the way.

    I was nervous that my home warranty company assigned EMS, given some of the past reviews, but their technician arrived within the time window given and quickly diagnosed and fixed our AC problem. I would not hesitate to call upon them again.

    I will be honest, I was very wary based on reviews but was assigned ems home services by my home insurance company.However, my experience was completely opposite of the others so I wanted to post. Dan was the name of the technician who just left my apartment.To make a long story short, I had issues with my electric circuit breaker since 10/13 and unreliable ac off and on since then with inside temps around 80-84 degrees. once electrical was sorted, it was clear there was some sort of hvac issue too.I put in my request Friday 10/27 for the hvac, understandably frustrated as this had been an ongoing issue since 10/13. I was initially scheduled for Wednesday November 1, but when I discussed the ongoing issue was since the 13th, they rescheduled me for 10/30 from 8-12, Dan was here by 9am. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix my problem in 30 minutes while being very professional and informative and answered all my questions.I do feel for everyone who has negative experiences and won’t negate theirs but wanted to share that it was very positive for me.

    We have a home warranty that uses EMS for their calls. Our AC was 12 years old and of course the warranty company will not do anything to replace the unit (they only want to repair) so we did end up deciding to replace the unit ourselves since they had been to our home several times for repairs. They always fixed everything that was wrong, the unit was just so old it had multiple problems. They gave us a great price and we did have an issue the first day the unit was installed (automatically shut off due to a drainage issue) and they sent one of their senior techs, Lonnie, right out. He has always been wonderful every time he’s been to our home and got the drainage issue completely fixed. I know there are a lot of negative reviews from people with home warranties but that’s the warranty company, not EMS. I was very pleased with the work they’ve provided and they have always been a pleasure to work with!

    Our AC was not working. We called EMS Home Services. The lady who took the call went out of her way to set up an appointment for us. Luke came on time, was very professional and courteous. He answered all our questions, then he replaced the capacitor and the AC was fixed. We appreciate a job well done! Thank you!

    EMS is far from amazing. My ac was assisned to L*****y air for over a month, without them answeing my calls, responding to emails or anything. I was in the hot house for over a month. I called upon EMS explained the situation and they instantly dove into it. They sent someone out couple days later, they ordered the part, processed the claim and although they scheduled me for 8-5 and didnt come during that window they still came and im forever grateful because they could have been like their competitors that didnt respond, show up, took payment and then said thwybwerwnt coming after a month. This process rougly took a little over 2 weeks with EMS and im extremely happy

    We had this company come out through our home warranty company, which doesnt always work out well. The tech that came out was professional, showed us what looked good/what looked not great, and suggested minor maintenance while not trying to upsell us on nonsense. Overall, I was really happy with this visit and would have them out again if needed.

    My AC went out. 3 weeks after Sears no called no showed, EMS came out and immediately found the problem.By the following week is had a new unit.Communication was primarily thru text, which I absolutely loved. Their response time , and communication was impeccable.I will definitely trust them to come out and work on my unit again.Thank you EMS staff.

    I have had a professional relationship with EMS Home Services heating and I have never seen that many people rave about their HVAC guy. Honesty, fair prices, and great service are what this team is all about and I couldnt recommend them highly enough. They know what theyre doing, they dont oversell you, and they work hard at the right price. 5 stars
