    Edgar and Douglas did an outstanding job installing our new AC system. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail. The attic was cluttered with wiring and poorly placed drain lines when they arrived. Now all of the loose ends are gone and everything relocated to easily accessible locations. I love the work that they did. This crew went way above and beyond on this job.

I am VERY happy with all aspects of their operation, from their technical and troubleshooting abilities, annual maintenance, billing and scheduling and performance recommendations for the systems. They have done a great job with my 4 HVAC units. I operate BnBs and my guests expect the HVAC to perform at its peak. Highly recommended!

    This company E & M Emergency Air Conditioning Service is wonderful. The absolute bestHIGHLY RECOMMENDEDTHE technician, Edgar arrived promptly and earlier than stated. Upon arriving, he must’ve noticed my military flag because he thanked me for my military service.EDGAR was very polite, and very knowledgeable.He immediately went outside and took a look at my condenser unit.Edgar quickly troubleshoot the unit and found that the fan had gone bad.I have a 210 Home Warranty.Edgar Immediately contacted my warranty company through their dispatch, and I was covered for all of the repairs.Edgar had the proper things in his vehicle, as the company E & M Emergency Air Conditioning Service , in which he works for is properly stocked and ready for all repairs and obviously has a great staff and technicians.Edgar quickly replaced the fan and had my air conditioning up and running.I think the total time it took between Edgar calling me stating he was on his way. To the time it was repaired was a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes.Especially at 5 PM on a Thursday evening.I give this company a thumbs up and a 10 star rating.Edgar is a wonderful, wonderful technician and the company he works for is awesome.I highly recommend E and M emergency air conditioning service

    E+M Emergency Air Conditioning recently assessed and replaced the AC unit in my rental apartment. The process between then looking at the unit and replacing it took a bit longer due to coordinating with my property management company, but E+M communicated effectively with both me and the property manager.Prior to each technician’s arrival, I received a text with their photo and a brief bio, which I found reassuring.The whole team worked diligently in 90°+ weather to replace both the outside unit and the one in the attic, without any complaints. They were highly professional yet approachable and friendly during the process. Shout out to Edgar, Johnny, Alicia, Jose and Noah! Yall are awesome!I highly recommend E+M Emergency Air Conditioning for quick and efficient air conditioner services.

    Edgar, Johnny, and Jose did an awesome job with replacing our ducts and insulation. They were highly professional and took extra care to protect the items in our home and work around our schedules. Johnny made sure the work was done in a way that had the least impact on our day to day activities and even helped install and seal a microwave vent that we hadn’t fixed in our attic. The team definitely went the extra mile- bringing packages we had outside to our door etc….we can immediately tell the difference in our upstairs temperature control and would highly recommend E + M.

    This is one of the best air conditioning companies I have ever used. They came out the same day I called and I had cool air within hours. I was so impressed, I immediately purchased a yearly maintenance plan. I am so glad I found them. Their HVAC technician, Edgar, is the best plus he is very friendly and so smart.

    My AC compressor wouldn’t come on so I called several “emergency, 24/7” companies with “ we can be there in one or two days”. It’s over 100 degrees right now. I called Emergency Air Conditioning and Edgar was at my house in an hour and a half. Professional vehicle and uniform. He clearly explained what repairs and service I needed. He had the unit working within a couple of hours. I was very impressed!

    Edgar was very professional and very knowledgeable about his work. Also extremely personable. He gave me great info about my system and what it needed and how to fix it. He repaired what he could and let the warranty company do what it does(which is deny claims). Anyway he came back to do the scheduled work and finished the job in less than an hour.
