    My brother in law referred me to Elite Auto Experts.I spoke with Juan and he scheduled a convenient time for me to drop off my C300 Benz to do a full inspection.He sent me a full report with photos of the condition and maintenance needed based on priority. Including cost and electronic customer approval to expedite the service.When completed another message was sent. Juan explained the work done and the remaining services needed.Prices are very competitive and work is warranted. Efficient and prompt service!

    Eddie Alvarez took great care of me. He ensured that my car was fully inspected and serviced for maintenance. The work done on my ball bearings was completed in a single day. And upon picking up my car, he allowed me to leave my other car for maintenance work as well, which he had completed by the next day. He even called Toyota and sourced a replacement taillight assembly that I had ordered directly from them and thought I would have to wait a month to receive.

    I was referred here after buying new tires at Discount tire. They provided me with a $20 off coupon. Fortunately I had a great experience. From the time I entered I was greeted by a friendly representative named Eddie. He was so kind and took time to explain my malalignment results. They fixed my alignment and had me on my way. I made an appointment a few weeks in advance, and they had me out of there in 1.5h. I didn’t mind waiting. They have a refreshment center with water, tea, coffee. The place is clean and has a great vibe. I appreciated the 80s 90s mix music playing :) they have a couch and a few tables to lounge. All the representatives passing through seem to have good relationships with each other, they were happy, smiling, and just as friendly as Eddie. I would recommend! Thanks for the great first time experience. I will definitely keep them in mind for future services, and luckily they’re close to home for me. Bonus my alignment service is warranted for 1 year and didn’t know that. Thanks for taking great care of my baby (Jeep) 😇

    I was greeted by Eddie when I brought in my 2012 Odyssey. He stopped what he was doing, made sure to have someone else answer the phone while he listened to my concerns. Wrote everything down and walked me through what was going to be his process for checking out my car. His warm demeanor and way of explaining the issues put me at great ease. I felt confident leaving my vehicle with him.He was very transparent with what needed to be fixed at this moment and what could hold off until a late time. The shop also included pictures with their estimate, which is a huge plus. It lets me know the shop isnt just finding issues to fix.The whole process took 2.5 days between drop off and pick up (Wed. morning - Fri. pickup at 11am). I ended up having a good bit of front end suspension done but man... Does my van feel great afterwards!!! Eddie took it for a final drive to make sure all the work was correct before I arrived.I really appreciate Eddies help and feel no hesitation in bringing our other vehicles here for their maintenance. Im glad I finally found a reliable, friendly, trustworthy shop in the area.

    This place is very thorough with your car’s inspection. They’d also take pictures so you can visually see the problem areas. Eddie was amazing. He did not make me feel as though I need to rush and get everything done at once. He went more in detail to explain what was most important to keep my vehicle in good shape. Eddie even went the extra mile to print out a price list of everything needed so that I may have an estimate. Any questions or concerns I’ve had, Eddie answered.     Eddie was my contact for a 4 wheel alignment. I dropped my car off at the prescribed time and in a few hours, Eddie called to say it was ready.The technician provided photos of the front end, exhaust, tires, and the engine and transmission pans. There were no leaks or issues.I really liked the visual evidence that everything was good.     Took my F250 to Elite Auto Experts to have it looked at since I noticed my brand new 6 month old tires were getting worn out in the middle and both front axles seemed a bit loose to me. Come to find out, when my truck was worked on by some other mechanic, he did not put back the seals that went where the axles went into so all the fluid came out and both the axles and bearings went bad. Eddie told me what needed to be done and even recommended I install new shocks. AC wasnt working either but was going to hold off on fixing that, well Eddie went ahead and helped me on that by replacing the AC compressor for just a couple of hundred dollars more when I know it shouldve been a couple of thousand. Needless to say that I was very happy with Eddie helping me with my vehicle and so glad that I decided to take it in here. The people there know exactly what theyre doing and check other things that you might not think you need. Im back on the road and have not felt my vehicle drive this smooth since I first bought it!!! Highly recommend elite auto experts. Will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on.

    My Q50 was having a little trouble during acceleration, so I wasnt sure if it was a possible transmission issue. I called and worked with Alex. After bringing it in, they put the vehicle up on a lift and noticed that the drain screw for the oil and filter were loose. After cleaning the under carriage, they put 4 qts of oil in the vehicle, tightened everything up and took the vehicle for a drive to see if it was still having an issue. He came back and spoke to me about what I was experiencing prior and what he was experiencing afterwards the work and it appears that the issue is now gone. The people at Elite Auto Experts were very friendly, worked with me on my issue and I will definitely be going back for future service. Highly recommended!

    I knew this place because I had two collisions in different dates, but both times I was very pleased with the work done and the people I had the pleasure to meet. Maria and Adrian were very good and very helpful. I received a call several days ago offering me a $30.00 oil change, because I was a customer. I talked to Alex and I told him I was concerned for some issues with my Toyota Corolla 2009. He told me they could check it out. Alex was extremely attentive to my needs, he cared about and he showed real concern. He offered me a loaner and he assured me that they would take care of my car.     Every time I come in the staff are always so nice! I walked in hoping they could squeeze me in to get an inspection and Eddie was so kind in getting me in quickly without needing to make an appointment! Though very busy, there was the impression given to me that I was the most important customer of the day, though I know they treat every customer this way. Juan did a great job of keeping in constant updated communication and was able to get about a dozen service items knocked out in just a few days.     Elite Auto operates with its customer in mind. You are greeted by multiple people when you walk in the door. You are offered water and access to the coffee bar while you wait. The waiting room is roomy and very clean. Once the mechanic has diagnosed your vehicle you are provided with electronic detailed information. If multiple things need to be done, the report outlines which things are most critical and which things could be done at another time. I have been treated with respect and kindness each time I have taken my car in to be looked at.

    After using Elite Auto Experts for auto body work several years ago, I had them to repair my automobile AC and to perform routine preventative maintenance. They did an excellent job. Two years later, I gave them my mechanic shop honesty test and they passed my test that year and also today (03 Feb 2025). Since the mechanic couldn’t find any significant concerns with my vehicle (low battery voltage), I was asked if I noticed anything wrong while driving it. I told them no but my car is a low, low mileage 13 year old car and I want to keep it running, besides I don’t like having a car note.So, if you need a reliable, honest, professional and friendly mechanic shop, Elite Auto Experts located on the corner of Hwy 529 and Queenston, is the place to take your vehicle.     I had a flat repair at Discount Tire and they broke off one of my wheel studs. They are not equipped to replace wheel studs. They have a relationship with Elite Auto Experts to take care of things like that. I went to Elite Auto Experts and set up an appointment to have the work done. I dropped off the vehicle and a couple hours later received a text saying that the work was done. Not only did they replace the stud, they also looked over my whole vehicle to make sure everything else looked OK. They identified a few minor issues and sent me a report via text that included pictures with a description of things that I should know about. That is an example of an auto service paying attention to detail and going above and beyond to make sure your car is in good condition so that you are safe and don’t break down. This is my first time to use Elite Auto Experts. I will definitely be recommending them in the future.

    Recent repair for 2013 Jeep Patriot. Had a stubborn error message that was related to the throttle control body. Took the Jeep to my general mechanic that took too trips and at least two weeks and three different car rentals. General mechanic was honest enough to say he couldnt figure it out. We had decided to take the Jeep to the dealership but online info had similar cases repaired for major repair costs. We found Elite Auto experts and decided to try them instead. Mr. Alex did a great job in reassuring me they would not give up until the problem was found. The shop made good on all their promised timelines and expertly diagnosed the problem. It was a problem with the manifold intake. Repair was quoted and comparable to market prices. The guys were professional and got my Jeep up back running. Havent had an issue since.     I took my Chevy Silverado in to have the gear shifting cable and grommet replaced. Juan took care of my service at the counter. The whole thing cost $600.88, which is reasonable for the part and the labor. Could have been a lot worse. Up on picking my truck up, as I was driving down the road to go back home, I was doing 35 mph. The hood popped up but was still latched loosely. The service technician had forgot to close it down all the way. I called one to let him know what was going on but that everything was fine. He talked to his service technician and squared everything away. Then he called me up to ask me to come back to the shop to get $100 discount card for the shop for future service. He felt really bad about what had happened and I was understanding as anyone can make a mistake. But because of the potential severity of the situation, Juan n came through in a pinch, and made everything right. Despite the circumstance that was still really good customer service and I will be back.

    I took one vehicle in because the left rear turn signal was not working. I went to an auto parts store who said the entire led light assembly needed to be replaced and it is a dealer item. My wife suggested Elite so I took it to them and within 20 minutes Alex came out with a faulty bulb in his hand. They replaced it at no charge and I was on my way. The same day I took another vehicle in for a new battery and although they had to wait for a battery to be delivered they replaced it while I waited. Ive used Elite several times for 4 vehicles and have always been completely satisfied. Its good to have a service center that I know and trust.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff - they were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Smiley, in particular, took the time to explain everything in detail and was super patient with all of my questions. Plus, they could fix my car quickly and affordably, which was a relief.     We had a great experience at Elite Auto Experts! I took in my 2012 Cadillac knowing it needs some fairly major work. They quoted us a very fair price, offered knowledgeable suggestions and performed the work in one day! They are definitely our new go to repair shop. They have a very nice waiting area too!

    Ive been going to Elite Auto Experts since 2009 at their old shop. They give me reasonable prices and service times. Their staff has always treated me with respect and been willing to answer my questions. They will not do any repair without your explicit permission. Their quality has been great with the one time Ive had an issue with a repair they addressed it to my satisfaction quickly. If you have a long service will drop you off at home or at your place of business (both of mine are within 10 miles).

    I e never had to deal with someone else rear ending me and going through their ins, etc… these guys were recommended to me by a friend and I will 100% do the same. They answered ALL my questions and made the process SO easy! They also finished my car a week ahead of schedule which was amazing since I was not enjoying the rental car provided by insurance!

    Im from out of town and when my car stalled on the freeway my Houston relatives highly recommend this place because all their dealings with them have demonstrated their quality and integrity. When I got there the lobby was very fancy and the staff were super friendly. It turned out that my car had had a one time issue and it was good to go, but they let me know what tests theyd done on it and I felt confident to continue on my cross country road trip. As of this morning Ive made it to Mississippi without any further issues. Smiley (not sure on the spelling) in particular also gave me some great life advice that I think will stick with me for a while.

    My ride hasnt died with these guys!!! I went in not sure I would be able to get my car repaired. However, I decided at least to get a quote. My quote was way over my balance in my savage bank account. I told the guys look I cant afford that right now. My car was in the shape of great danger if I kept driving. I was distraught and saddened. Low and behold, Alex stated, Loretta, you know we have two financing options, I told him my credit wasnt great. He presented me the options which were Synchrony and Snap Finance. I chose Snap Finance. I did the application and was approved for repairs the same day. Again, one happy customer was on the road again! I know I can trust these guys with my auto needs. They are very friendly and welcoming on the grounds of their establishment. Elite has a system that texts you updates on the progress of your vehicle. They exceed with customer service, and recognize your time is valuable. Alex, Eddie, and Juan conducted with professional skill in order to provide technical and critical strategies in solving my vehicle necessities. When I need auto repair, I use Elite because they identify customers needs, design and deliver services, are flexible with setting appointments, have GREAT PRICES, and always have a plan in place to provide customers options with auto care needs.     Happy with the service that was delivered. I originally went to Christian Brothers & they misdiagnosed & overcharged me, so I got a second opinion here.     Took my car in for an alignment a couple times in the past week, worked with a gent named Juan in their office to find an appointment time. All of the staff were very polite and competent! I felt very confident in their services. If I had to complain about anything, it may be that theyre by appointment only and theyre pretty busy + not open on weekends. Great services if you call ahead, though!

    I was given information at an event and came in for an oil change. The first person was too busy to assist me, even telling me that I would have to come back another day. Juan jumped right on in and provided excellent customer service. He was upfront that they were busy; but would be able to do my oil change that day. Since I was going to the bingo hall across the street, I was not in a hurry. By the time I finished playing, the oil change was done too! I was also kept informed about what came up in the multi point inspection. I would return again, but will only deal with Juan.

    Bright car in for Check Engine Light on. Eddie greeted me on arrival. Ran diagnostics and found problem with leak detection pump. Replaced vapor canister seal, detector, and gas cap. Also had fuel system & transmission service performed. Got car back when promised. Will use again.

    I didnt think it was possible to have a WOW experience at a local auto mechanic shop. I was so wrong! I am now sure every business owner I know wishes their people were drinking the Kool-Aid they serve up at Elite Auto Experts. Talk about white glove service. They drove me back to work when I dropped off my car for service, called me later stating they wanted a little more time with my car, and then proceeded to have a loaner car dropped off for me at my work. So I was pretty much floored already, right? Well fast forward to picking up my car the next day and the service just keeps on coming. My man Juan or there is handing me my keys and says I hope you dont mind, we had a little time so we took your car and had it washed up. No Juan, I DO NOT mind at all!     This is the only mechanic I trust to take care of my car. They are honest, and wont try to upsell additional services. The repairs are guaranteed; so once they repair your car..it is REALLY repaired; you will not have to worry with that particular issue again. I highly recommend this shop.
