    Ive been with EcoAir for many years now. They always do a great job and the customer service is impeccable! Earlier this month there was a bit of a comedy of errors with a communication breakdown, and they more than made up for it!! (also, a shout out to my regularly assigned guy, Matthew -- hes great!)

    Eco Air is a great company. I have used them many times. The technician came today on time and inspected my heating system. He was efficient and even gave me a ‘heads up’ that I should get my dryer vent cleaned as he noticed some lent accumulation where that vented out my attic. I highly recommend them.

    Weve used Eco Air for several years and have always had a good experience. Their prices are fair and their communication is top notch. Our guy Matt told us he noticed a gas leak smell in an area not related to our HVAC system. It turned out to be a significant leak that we had a plumber repair right away. This attention to detail and conscientiousness is greatly appreciated.

    I really love Eco AC. They were with us through the process of purchasing and installing a brand new AC system and theyre very quick to respond to questions and emergencies. Also happy to support a smaller business. I appreciate that they let me know when a tech is on the way. Theyre knowledgeable, kind, and very professional. I appreciate their twice a year service agreement. They come in the spring to make sure the unit is ready for summer (you pay at this visit, $275) and then they come for the last visit in the fall. The $275 covers both visits.

    Our AC was on the fritz and we needed immediate assistance in the dead of Texas summer in August.     Superb! A/C stopped working around midday in hot/humid weather. Was a bit of an emergency as I have piano students coming in the house all day. They made it out to our home within 90 minutes and replaced a bad dual capacitor. Also cleaned and inspected our entire system. Frank provided the onsite service, and was a super kind fella!

    These guys were fantastic. We recently had a large & technically difficult retrofit of our double HVAC system and these guys handled it with speed and grace. Our system was very outdated (30-35 years old), and although still functioning, was most certainly limping and on its last legs. The owner of the Company Joe came out to the house and examined our situation and as expected: we could have been in real trouble this summer if we didnt act quickly. Within a few days Joe sent out his top technicians Camilo, Lanier, and Matthew and those guys got down to business. They removed the antiquated system and had a brand-new, modern replacement up and running within a few hours. This was no small feat as there were 2 large Exchanger units that had to be removed/ replaced in a tight second floor attic. Camilo & Lanier are clearly very experienced experts and had the double system (with new thermostats) fully-functioning within 3 hrs. The team removed the old units (which were in obviously in terrible shape) and they removed all the rusted & corroded parts from our property the same day. All of this thankfully transpired right before the 1st major heat wave hit this summer. Last week Matthew went up to North Austin to help my brother with his system. My brother sent me a text stating: These guys are heroes! & I totally agree. My family has been cool as a cucumber during this blazing Summer. Eco Air Conditioning will be my go-to team heading forward & I highly recommend them to anyone in the Austin area that needs HVAC help.

    Highly recommend Eco Air Conditioning!We had Eco install a UV light in our hvac system because our air smelled like mildew. Trenton was our tech and he did a great job at explaining the problem and how the UV light should solve it. He was straight forward and didnt try to oversell us on other things we didnt need. It cost less than half of what another company quoted us so that was great too. I will never use a different hvac company as long as I live in Austin.

    I cant say enough good things about their service. They came out the last minute when we had a problem in the middle of summer. The technician taught us how to replace the filters on our own, so we wouldnt have to pay someone to do it. We had them out again when there was a problem with the drainage, and since it was a plumbing problem that they couldnt fix, we were not charged for the service call. True, honest, friendly service.

    Frank came to my house to look at my HVAC system, made an adjustment and topped off some of my coolant. He said I would need a new system and suggested I go through my home warranty company first before considering buying a new system through them or Home Depot. Best of all, he didnt charge me as I had them come out a few months ago to do seasonal system maintenance. Its hard to come across an honest company but I can confidently say Joe, Frank and Eco Air are honest and professional. I highly recommend them!

    Last year a coil needed to be replaced and another company misidentified the issue first. Eco came out and fixed it quickly. This week, I thought I had an issue with my overflow pan and Eco came out immediately to look at it. He returned my call and said he could be out within the hour! Turns out it wasn’t even AC related but they are so kind to come out, look it over, and run tests to completely eliminate the AC concerns I had.It’s not always easy to find repair companies you trust, but Eco is definitely someone you can trust and feel confident in. I highly recommend this company to anyone with AC issues.

    My home air conditioning had been having problems for the better part of a year. I’ve had hvac people look at it and tell me to just get more eco friendly doors and windows... which I did. It still had problems and finally today I called these guys over when the usual tricks didn’t get it started again. Even though it was a Saturday, they came within 1 hr to look at it.     Having no A/C at the start of summer in Texas can be a drag. Im very thorough in choosing a vendor for anything, and my system needed a full replacement. Look no further than Eco Air, as Ive already saved you the time and research.I received four estimates and Eco Air put forth the most value at the best price. My condenser was on the roof, which made this job a challenge (some other companies wouldnt even take my business because of this), but Eco Air had a truck crane there in less than 2 days and was unfazed by the complexity. Eco Air was on time, thorough, and efficient. They even installed a brand new programmable thermostat, which was icing on the cake!Once the new HVAC system was installed, I was concerned about it performing as it should. Eco Air came back out to make sure everything was dialed in properly.All in all, Eco Air Conditioning checked all the professional boxes for HVAC service in the Austin area.

    After having another AC company out several times over the last year or so who was encouraging a system replacement (ours is 16 yrs old), I decided to have a different company out when the system started not cooling properly. Trust but verify, and glad I did. Trenton was the technician - super nice and took the time to explain what he was doing. It seems the leak we had was something easily repaired - and something the other company noticed but didnt fix, presumably because they wanted to sell a new system after wearing us down with recurring problems. Trenton explained that the R4010 refrigerant was due to change in a couple of years. So while the system was aging, if we could hold off a little longer, it would be better to get a system with the new R454 refrigerant.These guys were looking to solve the problem - not sell a new system. Trenton was a straight shooter, and theyll definitely be who I call when we decide to replace the system.
