Kevin and his crew at Duct Guys are professional and friendly. They work hard to fix the equipment you have and dont try to push you into buying new if you dont need it. My husband and myself have used their services several times and have never had an issue. They schedule you in as quickly as possible and always communicate with you what is happening. I have recommended Kevin to friends and family and will always call him when I have an HVAC issue.

The Duct Guys (DG) are very kind, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and hard-working. Theyre so hard-working that Ive never witnessed them take a break to grab a bite to eat or quench their thirst from the Texas heat. The Duct Guys stop once they get the job done! Theyve serviced our properties consistently over the past three weeks (minus the week of Hurricane Beryl). Whenever I have questions, they provide details or explanations to understand whats happening with my units and the products. The staff is always willing to work with the time and dates that work best for our schedule and are always on time. If something arises or they may need to pick up a product for the unit, theyll inform us beforehand. I recommend using the Duct Guys to anyone. DG knows the product, theyve installed all our new units, theyre aware of whats going on with our systems and attic area, and I want to keep a positive relationship with them to only call on DG for consistent service work instead of hopping to new HVAC guys and having to explain issues all the time when the DG came come straight in and make adjustments as needed because they know our house from the attic to the outdoor AC units. I plan to continue to use their services if we ever have any other HVAC issues in the future (which I doubt we should have for a while now because the Duct Guys assessed and attacked the problem(s) immediately). Highly recommend!
