The only company we will be using from here on out! We used a big company before who overcharged us for work that was not needed and said they needed to come back for more work even though they had been there all day long. Dragon Air came and fixed it all in less time and for a reasonable price! They were so kind and so wonderful. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could!

I highly recommend Dragon Air Services. Dragan and his team are very professional and show great attention to detail. Dragan was able to rebuild my entire HVAC system and found the root cause of a dust issue as a result of a bad return vent in my attic. He was able to design the system so the rooms in my house that didnt have good air flow (heating and cooling) are now balanced with the rest of the home. They care about their customers and have a great installation team. They take care of the permits, provided great options on financing, and cleaned up everything when they were done.

First time using this company for routine heating season checkup. Called Tue and offered visit the next day. Very good. I selected this company based on the many positive reviews on Yelp and Google. They are a local company which is my preference. Prior service provider was located some distance away which means not readily available in emergency. All was found to be in spec for furnace so I will call them in spring to check AC. Only 4 stars for this review. Holding judgement to see how they perform when there is serious problem (like AC not working in summer).

I called Dragon Air Services to come out and give me a quote for a new system when my old one failed. Dragan (the owner) and Amir came out and did a thorough examination of my existing installation, traced out all the ductwork and also asked about any heating/cooling issues we had been experiencing in order to determine how they could best meet our needs with a new system. I was very impressed with their knowledge and attention to detail; Dragan looked at the return air capacity of the existing installation and recommended some improvements that would help. They gave me a fair quote and I had them come out the next week and install a new American Standard system.I could not be more pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of Dragan and his entire crew. The new equipment is running beautifully and temperatures across the house are more balanced due to the ductwork improvements. It is such a pleasure to deal with a professional who really cares about doing a good job and can back it up with exceptional performance. I can without reservation recommend Dragon Air Services for your cooling and heating needs, you will not be disappointed.

I had Dragon Air replace a 29 year old 4 ton system at my house. Although the quote was not the cheapest (actually it was on the pricier end), Dragan was willing to work with my limited budget and I could tell the company values maintaining their relationship with existing customers.The install process was very quick (they actually had two install crews instead of one) and was completed within 5 hours. The crew laid down tarp across the floors and stairs prior to beginning work and also vacuumed and swept the floors upon completion of the work. Upon conclusion of the install, Braden scheduled a follow-up appointment to evaluate the install once more in case there were any issues.Per Bradens recommendations, an additional return was installed. This cut down on system noise and also improved air circulation in my living area. Dampers were also added to allow for adjustment of flow to different areas.I like that Dragon Air posts photos of their previous work online; I think it shows pride in their work product. Based on what I observed from the install at my house, I believe the workmanship appears to be good.Overall an excellent experience.Only noteworthy request I would have is that the install crew would also wear a face covering when entering the home.

Im a new customer and called Dragon Air for general HVAC maintenance and concerns with our Master room not cooling down for the past couple of days. They were very quick and set an appointment for me within 2 days.Corbin was awesome and very clearly knowledgeable. He was very patient and took the time to explain everything he was doing, while answering all of my questions (there were many). I appreciated it since I am a complete noob in this space and did not feel judged at all for it.Another thing I did appreciate was the fact that Corbin was not salesy at all and never tried to push anything to make it seem like I had to pay for extra services or a product I may not even need. I know he is honest because when he helped find the cause for the issue above, he provided recommendations which aligned with the best financial decisions for me.I am happy with the customer service and quality of work I have seen for the first visit, and have already recommended Dragon Air and Corbin to 2 friends in case they need services.

We lost A/C last night. Called dragon air first thing and Braden from Dragon Air arrived on time promptly. Braden was very professional and knowledgeable. He identified and resolved the issue quickly (within 20 minutes). The A/C is blowing cold air again thanks to Braden and Dragon Air.Their prices seemed fair and reasonable. I did not feel like they were trying to make me pay more than necessary to fix the issue. Braden gave me a couple free pointers to help maintain the A/C. It was a great experience! Highly recommend!

I have been working with Dragon for over 10 years. We have a primary home and two investment properties with a total of six HVAC units in our portfolio. Our property managers have received quotes from other companies and they always want to replace the entire unit without spending any time diagnosing the root cause. Not Dragon. He and his team of professionals always spend the time to troubleshoot, diagnose and identify the exact part that has failed. Dragon and his team have saved us thousands of dollars by replacing the failed part of the system while others just want to sell a whole new system. Knowledge, honesty and integrity is why I will never call anyone other than Dragon.

Lost power to ac unit and to thermostats during short power outage late afternoon on a Sunday. Weather was cool so did not notice loss of power until early Monday morning. Breakers were not thrown and reset did nothing to address problem. Dragan was kind enough to work me into his schedule Monday around mid day and tracked down the issue to a short on low voltage wires leading to compressor unit outside. Fixed in a flash, ac back up and running in 30 minutes. Very timely with communication. No “Will be there between 1 and 5pm” malarky. Will recommend to all that ask for suggestions.

Edit: we are still using this team years later, and we truly cant recommend them enough.Aleks and Dragon Air Services were amazing in helping my family and repairing our AC.A different vendors diagnosis was that our condenser fan motor died, which would mean either an expensive repair on an old unit, or of course, a new AC unit altogether.Aleks was extremely diligent in identifying the real root cause - i.e., a wiring issue, which was much more affordable. He was also great at communicating and answering the dozens of questions we had.Looking forward to being a repeat customer.

(Furnace did not work, AC did not work.) Had 1 HVAC Company come out, did not fix the problem, but I still paid him. Second HVAC Company came out, after 4 attempts, 4 service calls, which I paid them, they could not fix the problem. Got a recommendation for Dragon Air. Dragon Air came out, he spent 3 hours, and FIXED the problem. Had to change a control board with an after market control board, and took the time to make it right. Fixed a blockage in the Heat Exchange Unit, everything works. In about 4 years I will need a new AC unit I will be calling Dragon Air.

We have 2 units and we had Dragon Air replace one that broke down two summers ago. They were great in service, professionalism, and price. We knew our 2nd unit was getting up in age and may break down, so we decided to replace it last month when it was not an emergency. We called Dragon Air to come by and diagnose our downstairs, 15 year old Trane XR14 outdoor compressor that stopped working. We were planning on having our AC systems completely replaced by spring of 2025, so we dont want to spend too much money bandaging the existing system just to get us going through this summer. The AC would would blow air, hot air in heat mode, but would not blow cold air on cooling mode (fan still works). So off the bat, I know the compressor isnt getting power. Dragon Air is direct, honest and basically tells you what needed to be fixed rather than tack on unnecessary work. I called them after getting a quote from Milestone, who charged $99 for service call and recommended to replace the duel controller, unit starter and outdoor motor all for $2,251 to this 15 year old unit. Since our attic ladder is old and slightly wobbly, the technician didnt want to climb up and look at the actual units in the attic and recommended we replace the attic ladder (which the technician admitted they subcontract to Hanks Handyman for the work), and wanted to charge $1,931 for a total of $4,190! Suffice to say, I used SafeLifts to replace the attic ladder for $995 (see separate review). Milestone had a 3rd option, and it was to replace just the defective part(s) only, most likely the contactor, for $808. Dragon Air quickly diagnosed the issue and isolated that the 2 pole AC contactor was the culprit and quickly replaced it. They also looked at our 2nd floor unit and gave us an honest opinion and recommendation, being that it is also an older Trane unit. All in all, the service call was 45 minutes and costs us a fraction of what Milestone quoted. Thanks Dragon Air, well be using you guys as our go-to A/C company and will reach out once we are ready to replace our units.

We had Dragan himself, along with Braden, and both were terrific - patient, took the time to explain our options, honest, and with competitive pricing on installation of a new unit and repair of an old one. Weve had less reliable service from other companies we used in the past through a since-canceled home warranty policy, but have full confidence in Dragon and will use them whenever needed in the future.

We are first time home buyers and completely freaked out when our ceiling started leaking from a clogged pipe connected to our attic air handler. I called Dragon Air at 6PM and left a voicemail. I was called back right away. Danny came the very next day and evaluated everything, the air handlers, piping, the sink connected to the piping, our A/C units. He unclogged our pipes and gave recommendations on how to maintain them as well as fixing the drain pan/piping (it’s an obvious repair that needs to be done eventually). We have two units, one is ancient but works like a charm. Danny gave us recommendations on maintaining those as well. Danny was at our house for less than an hour and we had our A/C on and running in no time. And the cost was very reasonable. I was expecting an AC company to say everything needs replacement and be given an insane quote. Not with Dragon Air!!!! Danny didn’t push us to make unnecessary repairs or replacements AT ALL! What a relief!!!! Very knowledgeable, kind and HONEST guys here. Dragon Air has found a lifetime customer! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dragon Air!!!!!! 🤩

Dragon Air ServicesWith our heating and AC unit now 24 years old, we decided to replace them. My past experiences with AC repairmen have not always been the best, so I was very hesitant about who to call. I decided to make an appointment with four vendors on Yelp who had good reviews. Of all of the vendors, I was extremely impressed with Dragon Air. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, and professional. Dragon was very thorough in identifying the right units for my house without trying to oversell me. Not only was his customer service excellent, but I can tell they truly care about doing right by the customer. Dragon was absolutely the best vendor I have experienced with regard to their integrity, quality product and extremely good pricing. I would highly recommend Dragon without hesitation. He exceeded my expectations. I would give this vendor six stars out of 5 if I could.

The AC broke in my Wifes Aunts house. One of her cousins recommended Dragon Air. We gave them a call and they came out and checked everything out. The Unit was old and needed to be replaced. After coming out and measuring the house told us that the AC unit was under size for the house. Without hesitation they scheduled a crew out and replaced the complete AC system. We were up this Labor Day weekend, and the house was cooling like it never has before. I would like to say thank you to Dragon Air for coming out and doing a great job.

I understood & made an appointment. A hour later I received a text that they could squeeze me in tonight! They showed up for a 8PM house call! Our unit is a 2004 and I thought for sure we were in for a complete replacement…nope! Old HVAC system finally gave out after 26 years. Received 5 different quotes for a replacement. Although Dragon was not the cheapest, they were competitive with their price. What set Dragon apart was being the most responsive, most detailed in their design, most detailed in their communication of what was needed, and most importantly, was knowing that we were always dealing with the owner of the company vs. talking to a dispatcher and various random technicians. The city inspector said I should be extremely happy because Dragon did an amazing job with our installation. I totally agree. I would not hesitate to recommend Dragon Air to anyone.

We rent a home and started smelling something off coming through our vents. Our landlord called and made an appointment with Dragon Air and they were here in a matter of 2 hours with the problem diagnosed and fixed in under 30 minutes! Middle of August, Saturday night, 11pm, ac goes out.I send a text to Dragon immediately after.Sunday morning at 8 I receive a reply.Within 3 hours Aleks is at my house.They dont know me.This was not preferential treatment.Thats the kind of service that we only hear about, but never receive.They shot me straight. Told me exactly what was wrong. Didnt haggle over costs. This is the issue. This is what itll take to fix it. As a contractor myself, I respect the hell out of that.If I could give them 10 stars, I would.Highly recommend.

Dragan and his team were simply superb and did an excellent job with my A/C replacement despite it being a complicated, multi-step process in a historic home with very tight spaces. When my upstairs A/C wasnt cooling adequately during the peak of Texas summer, Dragan came out and did some basic troubleshooting while cleaning my unit to maximize its performance. He diagnosed that my compressor had gone bad, and judging from our old inspection reports, it was likely installed that way when my house was renovated by a prior owner. The unit was only two years old but the prior contractor hadnt registered the warranty so only the part (not labor) would be free.I really appreciated that Dragan gave me multiple options and was always cost conscious with no upsell whatsoever, which I really appreciated. His estimates were clear, and he was always willing to give his opinion and answer my many questions. Having direct access to the business owner was fantastic and made this job a breeze. I decided to replace the entire system rather than throw money at fixing the existing poorly installed unit, and Im so glad I did. I also appreciated that his estimate had line items for each part, and the parts that werent needed (like replacing my furnace vent) were removed from the final total. You can tell Dragan is honest, well-priced, and cares about his customers.The project also required re-doing some ductwork, as the sloppy install by the prior team meant my sons room sounded like an airplane was taking off while the rest of the area supplied by that unit wouldnt get cool. Dragan made multiple trips to my house as I had walls removed, adjusted stud spacing, opened soffits, etc. in order to access the very cramped mechanical chase and ductwork that was mostly walled in by the previous contractors. He was willing to put up with my many change requests as we worked to optimize the system in what little space we had.This review is long overdue, but at the time (Summer/Fall 2022), it was a 6 week wait for any new A/C units. It took longer than that to get all the planning, demolition, and prep for wall moving completed so the space could be accessed, and I appreciated that Dragan was willing to hold a unit for me as I worked with my contractor on the details.When install day came, we were on vacation and there was no question I felt comfortable having Dragan in my home while I was away. He texted me throughout the process with status update pictures, and after the unit was in his team cleaned everything and left my home in spotless condition. He came back a few days later to test the equipments performance, and we even continued to make some duct adjustments after the main install. By the time the project was done, my upstairs was a million times more comfortable.Looking at the equipment and ductwork, it is a night and day difference compared to the builder-grade stuff I had before. The ducts are tightly connected, clean, and dont leak. Even minor items like the thermostat being level were perfectly done by Dragan and his team.Further, he was also able to help me re-do the shoddy ducting to my bedroom downstairs (a separate unit from the one he installed). Afterwards, we got way more airflow to that part of the house, which greatly improved our comfort.I never thought I would be excited to spend money replacing an A/C unit, but after working with Dragan, I am actually looking forward to having my second builder-grade unit break down so I can get Dragan to replace that one as well. Its true what they say, the brand of A/C you get matters way less than who you get to install it. After seeing Dragans expertise in action, I can confidently say you should choose him above all others; you wont be disappointed.

Dragan replaced both of our aging (30-year-old) furnaces at a price that was massively lower than other quotes weve received in the past. He also gave us a $1,000 discount because we were replacing both units at the same time. The installation crew was professional and polite, and very careful not to damage our carpets. Of course, they cleaned up after themselves when they finished. Dragan took us into the attic for a final inspection of the installation, and we were amazed at the quality of the work. Incredibly impressed and pleased with Dragon Air Services, and will be recommending them to everyone I know in the DFW for home air services. The AC system went out for our upstairs unit, and I originally called one of the large companies that covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. After their assessment, they said that it would cost $5k to repair and $10k to replace everything with new equipment. After they saw the AC unit was an older system, all of their recommendations were going towards purchasing the new unit. Kept saying things along the lines of dont sink money into a dying system and with this pricey of a repair, you might as well just buy a new system. I called Dragon Air Services to get a second opinion and after their assessment, they were able to fix the issue and getting everything up and running again for $400 (couple of new capacitors). At no point did they pressure me into buying a new system and used the phrase lets try to get a couple more years out of that unit before pulling the trigger on a new system. Dragon Air came into my home with the intention to fix my existing system, not sell me a new one. For that they have won all my future business related to HVAC. Recommend them to anyone looking for an honest family owned business that has their customers best interests at heart.

This company is exceptional. We had them service our HVAC before selling our home per buyer request and they took care of everything we asked for without any issue. They also gave us options/suggestions to whether or not we should fix some of the small things that they found while servicing. Did not push us for the sale but explained to us the situation and it may become an issue later. We took their suggestion and fixed what needed to be fix before selling our home. Then we have some issues that needed them to come back for a check up. No question asked they came out the next morning and fixed it. After our home was sold the buyer also wanted extra reassurance that the Nests on each floors were functioning appropriately. Again Dragon came out to check up on the Nests and reassured to buyer that the units were working properly. All this without any extra charges. I would recommend this company to anyone in my family and friend circles. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We used Dragon Air Services twice and have had nothing but great experiences. The first time, I called them after three different companies said they could not fix my zoning system. Everyone just wanted to sell me a new system. My friend recommended Dragon Air and so I thought I should give them a shot. Dragan, the owner, came out himself. He made sure all the wiring was properly connected and checked all the zones for proper operation. Dragan is very knowledgeable and honest; I was ready to buy a new system, but Dragan was able to fix mine and make it run like new! The second time we called him to do a regular A/C checkup. He made sure that everything was running well for us. He is fast, honest and provides excellent service. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

You dont always need a new car when you go and get new tires. That is feeling I get with this company and I love it! The best part about this company is they want to fix what you have instead of the AC companies that say they cant replace a part and its going to cost $10,000 to make you happy and cooled down. I reached out around 7:30 pm, got a response in less than 20 minutes and set up with a time in the mid morning the next day. Dragan got there after a 20 minutes heads up, checked out everything on the AC, ran his tests and he was able to quickly determine what the problems were and fix them promptly. He gave me tips on how to maintain the AC, and of course he would love to sell me a new system, but he said his overall honest approach is just making sure the customer is taken care of and that finding the solution should never have to start with trying to sell a new AC system until its absolutely necessary. The costs were worth the value and efficient service provided. I will keep using these guys for their overall amazing work and if my AC decides its time for an over haul, then these guys will be called.

He analyzed our house using room & window measurements and current vent sizes to create the proper plan for our house using computer software. With his recommendation of two additional vents and three returns (all placed so you would never know they weren’t original to the house), we went from inadequate air flow in our main living area (and a return vent that sound like a jet engine) to a now unbelievably quiet system which properly heats and cools our entire house. We chose to replace both the entire HVAC system and ductwork, but he will provide you with various options to fit your budget and needs. Can honestly say that after decades of home repairs and remodeling projects, this was the best experience we have EVER encountered.

I stumbled across Dragon Air after the company that had been servicing my AC for years sold out to a larger company with a less than stellar reputation. The reviews on Yelp were almost too good to be true, but the reviewers all seemed legit so I decided to give them a try.I had an old Lennox AC unit that has been on its last leg for a couple of years. The compressor stopped working and Alex was able to do a little rewiring and made it operational. After a few weeks, it stopped again on a Saturday evening at 7:15pm. Lucky for me, Home Depot was opened until 8pm so I was able to get a window unit.I sent Dragon Air an email that evening not expecting a reply until Monday. To my surprise, I received an email from Dragan, the owner, and he was at my house at 11am on Sunday. He was able to get it started, but it was obvious that it was time for me to spend the money on a new system.The new AC was installed yesterday and they did a great job and there was plenty of extra work for them to do in my 60YO house. I now have cool air in places where Ive never had cool air in the 20 years Ive lived here. No one seemed to have noticed that one of the ducts under the house had never been hooked up. There were a couple of others that had been damaged when I had a burst pipe under the house. I sure felt bad for the guy that spent a bunch of time in the less 2 crawl space. There was also plenty of work that had to be done in the attic to reposition and remove equipment and redo some of the patchwork that had been done over the years.Now, I have a cold house and a unit that doesnt run all day and night.These guys really do a great job and are fun to be around. I found Dragan three years ago when looking for a second opinion on an outrageous quote that I was given to replace both of my A/C units by a home warranty contractor. I have an old unit and used my home warranty companys contractors six (SIX!) times in the past year with nothing to show to show for it but massive Freon refill bills. Dragan showed up the following morning, I described the symptoms I had seen, and through some dark magic unknown to my home warranty (knowledge? experience?) knew where the problem was before setting foot in my home.Sure enough, my coil was shot and had been for a very long time. The other contractors had also botched the plenum (sp?) install and their previous condenser repair. They never looked at or mentioned the coil. Dragan very patiently explained to me how I had been taken before, and how to prevent it from happening again. One step he didnt mention, is that Ill be dropping my home warranty when I replace my AC (through Dragon Air) and put my premiums toward a call Dragon and get it fixed right the first time fund.While I consider myself a decent handyman for most things, Dragans visit and honesty was a wake-up call. Dragan just left my AC running cold a few minutes ago and I have to say, I’m glad to have “a guy.”About a year ago, my older HVAC went down and the servicing technician’s name was Dragan. The name stuck out but the quality of service did even more. I had received a few quotes and scopes from other services but Dragan was by far the most efficient technician who had set foot in the house. It’s true like other reviews say, he’s a wrapped shoe professional. I hadn’t even considered it with the other estimators until I saw it in practice. He had solved the issue right off the bat and at a sound rate.These past few days were balmy and I had waited to get a quote. I called a previous number I had for Dragan, but had to leave a VM for the other business. In scrolling online reviews, I saw Dragan had his own business now. I called him at 940pm, he answered on the second ring, and was at my house by 950pm. Dragan quickly discovered a power surge issue, moved through the circuit boards and found burn marks that led to some shorted wiring which he was able to strip and replace very efficiently. AC is now running, wife and kid are happy, and I will be reaching out for further work when I can replace the older unit. Thank you, Dragan!

I am usually not one to leave many 5 star reviews for people. It just leaves no room for improvement of others. But, the integrity and honesty of Dragan Tadic and his Company, Dragon Air Services, has compelled me to let everyone that I can find to know of my experience with him and his people. All of his help is top notch, courteous, respectful and professional, too! They are not only extremely knowledgeable, but are personable, they clean up well after themselves, and they do a fantastic job!Dragon Air was the cheapest of the 5 bids I received, and they were one of the most thorough in checking things out properly to determine exactly what was needed before preparing his bid. Many techs will just come to replace what you have and do little extra. But, Dragan and his company do things the right way, through painstaking additional personal effort, such a breath of fresh air! This not only insures a happy customer for life, but that he wont have to come back for any problems. What I was most impressed with is that, through the process, as they would find things that were either not done properly before or could be done better now to improve the air flow and the life of the system, he did these at no additional charge to me, using his materials. He also added extra needed return duct work at his cost. He saved me at least $500 on an electrician and near $2000 on the little extras and discounts that he gave me here and there in comparison of the initial quote with others and during the installation process. I couldnt be more pleased!One thing they wont do is to sell you something that wont perform well for your installation or that you wont ultimately be very happy with. He spends the additional time to use the proper tools, with help of a professional industry standard software algorithm he uses, to determine system size and air flow, and not just winging it, guessing or simply to replace what was there. He wants you to be happy and at the same time not create problems, and he does everything possible to insure the system operating at its best at little to no extra cost. For this reason, he wont just come in to replace what you have, but he does the proper work to determine what you need and what will perform the best for you. I couldnt be happier as I not only got a A+++ installation, but also a 16 SEER 2-stage system at the same price of a 14 SEER single stage system from one of the other bidders. My house was built in 1973 and the duct work didnt really provide sufficient return air flow for the system. Dragan added another return for a fraction of the price of others, basically at his cost. The previous HVAC tech I used 15 years ago, the system Dragan was replacing, had sold me a smaller system (3.5 ton) for my 2010 sq. ft. home and he didnt do the proper tests and measurements. This old unit ran constantly and never really cooled the house. As a result, I experienced electric bills in the $500 range in the hottest part of the Texas Summer. I didnt know any better until I received the system from Dragan. Now I know what I was missing!!!I can already see now that this system will save me at least $250 per month in warmer months, and probably more. Ill find out soon enough as the summer comes. Dragan insured that I was happy and that HE was happy with his work. Hes a perfectionist and a professional, and his pricing and extra favors is as though you are his best friend! He and his brother have a friend, and customer, for life! I cant fully express how much he stands head and shoulders above the rest and how happy I am with the new system. I could go on and on about him and his exceptional work ethic. But, suffice to say that theres a reason he has only 5 star reviews. I woke up this morning with my A/C blowing out hot air. To top it off, I had a virtual presentation I was running at 11 AM. After calling in, Aleks from Dragon Air was at my house shortly before my presentation. I couldnt be happier with his professionalism and the results.

Aleks and Dragan provided an outstanding service!! They were quick to respond and were available for same day service; within 1 hour they were at my door.Our thermostat had been giving us some issues as of late and we felt our rooms were too cold or off balance. I was amazed at the amount of knowledge between these two brothers( to top it off the were very personable and understood my needs) often its the small nuanced things that make a difference and they took the extra step to explain in detail whats happening, why, and their repair recommendations ( pricing was very fair in my eyes)They even went out of their way to do a full system check to ensure no surprises come up in the near future. I originally called a well-known company to diagnose and fix my AC issues. Boy, was that a mistake. The original company said I needed a new indoor coil, and had a few other problems, leaving me with an enormous quote. That company left, and I researched a local company instead. I found these guys and they were amazing. They came out, found the problem quickly, fixed it, and were friendly and honest. I also did not actually need an indoor coil, and these guys could have taken advantage of me and agreed with the previous quote, BUT they did not. They were honest, fast, and friendly and I left paying much less than originally quoted by another company. These guys did not take advantage of me, and were honest. That is really hard to find these days. They have a loyal customer.
