    This company was dispatched, out to my home when I was having AC trouble and the entire staff was prompt , courteous and very professional ! Their team of experts came out replaced my entire unit , and did the job efficiently and very professional- I don’t know much about Heat and Air systems, But Devon and his staff walked me threw how the entire process will go and made sure the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction !     Ryan and the whole team helped me out in a difficult manufacturers warranty scenario on my main HVAC system. My system had been down for a couple of weeks, but when they got involved they quickly helped me navigate through the process and had my system repaired right away. I was frustrated with the process and Ryan and team worked with me so I had no out of pocket expense. I am truly grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.     Wonderful, wonderful men! We had been scorned before with home warranty nonsense and crappy contractors through the warranty, but had dexterity come out to give second opinion and they took the time to test things and show us what was going on with our ac and explained it well and answered all our questions. They worked with us financially, and were on time/early to the scheduled time and communicated amazingly! Cannot say enough about how much of a blessing these men were! Highly, highly recommend!Update:I had to update my review, as we have called them out to do a major repair,and they do absolutely EVERYTHING to make sure the customer is completely satisfied,I cannot say enough good thing about this company, they are patient and answer all your questions,help you understand what is going on instead of acting as if their customer is an idiot and wouldn t understand! One of the few honest and reliable and super hard working companies left in this day and age.     I normally do not do reviews but this time I believe it is a must. So often we put people and or businesses on blast for failing to meet our expectation and rarely do we give praise where praise is due.I called my Home Warranty company because I was having issues with my air, the company that responded was Dexterity Heating and Air. They could not get to me until Wednesday and it was very hot!!! The techs that came on Wednesday were Devon and Ryan, they did an awesome job with the diagnosis, suggestions and work around for my situation.Devon assured me he would call to update me on the getting what was needed for my install. Ryan was very helpful with additional suggestions.My install did not happen until Thursday evening but the techs Oscar and Nestor told me exactly what they were doing what to expect every step of the way. It was blazing in my home but they kept their cool did an awesome job with the install and even swept and cleaned up in the work area. At the end of the job Oscar explained what I needed to do what I could see happen as my home cooled.I am very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of these four techs. If I could have given 10 stars I would have!I will certainly know the company to call should I have additional problems with heating and air. Thanks Dexterity

    I had Dexterity Heating & Air install my Amana air conditioner back in March of 2020. They were quick to get it installed even though I live pretty far out. Tonight our A/C stopped working and I called and spoke to Devon who was all to happy to help me after hours in his leisure time. He advised be cause of the distance I live from their normal area of operations it would be several days before he could make it. I asked if there was a way he could walk me through some things to check as I am somewhat savvy and have all the necessary tools. He was able to walk me through it and get things up and running again. His knowledge, my hands. It is so hard to find folks who are willing to go the extra mile these days and I am sure glad to have been doing business with Devon and the rest of the team at Dexterity Heating & Air!

    We were up for a complete system replacement, A friend recommended Dexterity, so we got an estimate from them -- one of three others that we received. They offered the best product, service promise, and price (relative to the product and warranties). We went with them, and I am very happy we did. Not only is the new system great, they were very responsive after installation both in answering questions and coming out immediately when I requested an adjustment to the blower speed of the new furnace. Highly recommend this company!!

    Devon and Ryan with Dexterity Heating & Air are great to work with. They are very professional and customer oriented. Dexterity was one of the companies I contacted as part of a fact-finding task to determine options regarding the replacement of our unit. When I met with Devon and Ryan, they asked questions to fully understand what my issue was as well as what I wanted to accomplish. They not only checked the unit/furnace I was having an issue with but willingly checked the additional one when I asked. Once they completed the inspection of the units, they provided the information I needed to discuss with my husband. Devon even offered to be available for a conference call if we had additional questions/ needs. On the same afternoon we contacted Devon for the conference call. He graciously took our call and answered the questions my husband had. That call made it even clearer that we wanted to do business with Dexterity Heating & Air. Once we informed Devon that we wanted to do business with his company and replace both units, he and Ryan made another trip to our home that night so we could sign the paperwork and discuss the logistics of the installation.The install started within 2 days. The installers (Oscar, Paul, Jeff) arrived as scheduled and immediately got to work. They were professional, personable, respectful and overall great guys. They took care to make sure no mess was left behind each day, finished the installation in the time frame promised and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.Even though the installation happened a month ago, Devon still calls to make sure all is still well and the assurance that if I needed anything to just call. This is how you take care of customers.

    We most recently had a very positive experience with Dexterity Heating and Air. We had a board blow on our unit and our home warranty company was very slow approving the claim. The owner called and agreed to come out and fix the unit right away and deal with the warranty company later. They arrived on time, communicated very well and were most professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend using this service. Service company that cares about the customer!

    Update: Today Devon sent Oscar and team out to assess my air conditioner as my sons room wasnt getting any air. Oscar and coworker took time to assess the issue and provide me with a detail of what is going on and resolution. I really appreciate this company as they always do whats best for the customer!     I recently had AC problems and called Dexterity Heating & AC to do the repair. Ryan and Devon were the repair guys that came on the service call. My AC was 18 years old and the necessary repairs were too expensive to invest that kind of money in something that old. I decided to get bids to replace my entire Air Conditioning System (Evaporative coils, condenser and furnace). I also worked with Ryan to get a quote from their company. I wound up hiring Dexterity when they had one of the better prices for a Lennox system and they had also done a very good job in showing me the repairs that the old unit needed. I was promised that they could do the installation very quickly. After I signed the work order I asked if they could install it the next day they said they could. A couple of install guys came out the next day to do the installation. The installers were Oscar and Nesto. They did an outstanding job of removing the old AC units and installing the new system. They worked until late in the day and made sure that everything worked perfectly before they left. I had a very good experience with both the Service and Sales side as well as the Installation side of their business. I would highly recommend Dexterity for all your AC and heating needs.

    I called Dexterity and spoke with Devon about our units being 20 years old. They were barely cooling and needed to be replaced. Devon was able to schedule an immediate appointment the next morning to look at my situation. He was very informative during our appointment and answered all my questions. I had researched different AC brands and the Amana brand seemed to be the best all around deal (rock solid warranty). I found Dexterity initially on the Amana website as certified installers also offering financing (they were also highly rated on google). I ended up deciding to replace all 3 units during our appointment and the Dexterity team was able to do the full install in 1.5 days from start to finish. The install crew did a great job. I highly recommend this company! They were all extremely professional, timely, hardworking, and courteous.” If you are in the market for new units or AC work this is the right team.

    Very professional and understanding. I knew that, due to the age of my unit, it would have to be replaced. After talking with the young man who inspected the unit and advised me that the compressor and the part of the AC in the attic needed replacing, I explained my financial situation to him and he told me the minimum work that could fix the unit and how much it would cost, I, with great relief, told him to go ahead. The price was much less than I expected, but not everything that needed to fix the unit perfectly, was done. The compressor is replaced, along with the cooling coil, and some other work is done. Everything works perfectly and I was able to afford it, so all is well. I would recommend this company without reservation to anyone needing HVAC work of any kind. They are very professional, kind and understanding, completed the job the same day, and covered all surfaces that might have gotten soiled. Highly, highly recommended. Id give them 10 stars if I could.

    I cannot say enough good things about Dexterity Air. My AC was out for three weeks in the heat of summer and the warranty company was taking their time to either approve or not approve my claim. Turns out the warranty company didnt approve the claim; however, Ron at Dexterity stayed in contact with me almost daily, checking on me and the claim. Once it was determined that the warranty company would not pay, They assisted me in getting financing and had the AC unit up and running the next day. They continue to call and make sure it works and all is well. Thanks to Dexterity my family will have a cool summer.

    I filed a claim with my home warranty for my HVAC not working properly after they had replaced my outside unit completely the year before and Dexterity Heating and Air were sent out by the warranty company. Devon and Ryan explained to me that the unit that had been installed the year before was an old antiquated model and was not even compatible with the furnace in our attic. Surprise Surprise. After receiving his quote and agreeing to have a new unit installed inside and the old pos unit replaced as well, the guys were out the next day to complete the work. They were very fast, very clean and very thorough in their work. The price was extremely competitive and we have been extremely happy with the work and the unit they installed. To add to our satisfaction we have seen a huge drop in our energy bills since installing both units. I think we will probably see a return on our investment in energy costs alone in a little over two years. I had to call them out due to a noise issue about two weeks after installation and they were out promptly and were able to address the problem with that one visit. We highly recommend Dexterity and have even sent numerous friends and co-workers to them and they are all singing their praises as well. Good job Devon and Ryan, thank you for taking such good care of us. Should we ever need HVAC services again we will be calling Dexterity!

They immediately examined the unit & checked everything out before coming to the full diagnosis.     I called Dexterity in July because my AC system loses freon and must be topped off about once every year or so. I spoke directly to Devon, and he and Ryan were able to come out the next day to check things out. Sure enough, my system was low. They were able to quickly get it back up and running for me. I also asked them about replacing my system, which is over 20 years old and uses the older (more costly) R22 freon. They recommended a couple of different units, and went on their way. They were very polite, had a clean appearance, and were extremely knowledgeable. Ill definitely be calling them back for future HVAC work!

    AC/heating systems are these guys passion. I had an issue with one room being significantly warmer than the rest of the house. They came out, ran some analyses, and gave me affordable options. They explained why the condition existed in the first place, and things to be concerned about in the future. I told them my monthly energy bill, and they were blown away and said I should easily being paying half for a house my size. I was so impressed with their knowledge and expertise I opted to replace my system for a cost much lower than I expected with painless financing options. Since the installation, theyve already made a follow up visit to make sure the system is running and configured correctly. I have already recommended them to some buddies of mine!

Choice Home Warranty should have waited before scheduling a time for them to return to my home.     I had two air systems installed per home requirement. Installation was fast and proficient with minimal interruptions as we went about our businesses at home. The technicians - Oscar and Nestor were quite skilled and had almost all the answers to our questions at their fingertips. They were also extremely courteous.The equipment installed, though have not had it for long has made the home much more comfortable and quieter with more airflow.Its cooler now so Ive not tasted its cooling capabilities but am certain that I will not be disappointed.Kudos Dexterity!

    I had dexterity heating and air come to my home due a constant freon leaking issue.... several companies before them came out and immediately said I needed a new 1 because it was old.. the other companies did not even offer me a repair option..     Where do I start. I was initially introduced to this organization through a Choice Home Warranty claim in November of 2020. After OscarYanez inspected my unit, I was informed that the blades basically broke off and sliced through everything including the coolant lines. I was educated on the different types of units they sold, and the pros/cons of each. I made the educated decision to purchase a unit from them that same day with financing at less than $150 a month! He went to the warehouse, picked up my unit, and installed it the same day (outside and in the attic). FAST FORWARD TO DECEMBER 2021 - My thermostat went zero dark thirty - and of course it was an 82 degree day after Christmas. I was thinking the thermostat was no good, so I ordered the newly release Amazon Smart Thermometer. Something told me to pause, and call Dexterity just in case it wasnt a thermostat issue. THANKFULLY, Oscar Yanez is still employed with Dexterity Heating & Air - so I was sent out the same technician which is rare and says alot about the company (happy people stay). Long story short, my unit performed an emergency shut off due to water backing up the drain pipe. NOT DEXTERITIES FAULT AT ALL - Oscar checked my pipes in the house, and discovered an improper plumbing repair job that was done from another plumbing company sent by warranty claim - long story short, he cut/unsealed the drain pipe which he did not have to do, to release the water that was backed up, cleaned up the mess in the attic, restored power to the unit and got the thermostat back working. He did advise me to reach back out to the plumber to get the pipe fixed properly and encourage the plumber to clean the moisture up from around the unit, but ensured me that if the plumber gave me a hard time, they would be more than happy to come back out and properly clean the unit in the attic to ensure no rusting and corrosion which would void the warranty overall on the new unit. Both times Ive worked with Oscar, he came the same day with no hesitation. This time he came after hours after working house calls all day from 6am. He made it to my home around 730ish - 8 pm and finished around 9pm which he didnt have to do because I didnt call in until almost 6pm. I am extremely pleased with this organization, and the customer service/genuine care and concern about helping me the same day even at such late hours, not to mention having a house full of kids from the age 16 down to 20 months. It has been a pleasure being a customer of Dexterity and cannot thank Oscar enough for the impeccable service hes given my family and am forever grateful for not breaking our pockets either visit (which he could have very well charged an arm and a leg for this last call - understandably so). All of that to say, USE THIS COMPANY! LOL. :)

    Hands down the best HVAC guys out there, period!Moved down to the DFW area last summer and the house we bought had some older HVAC units that werent well maintained. Of the three units in the house, 2 of them died within a year of us moving in. Of all the vendors that came to house (via the home warranty that was given to us as part of the purchase), Ryan and the guys from Dexterity were fantastic. They clearly knew what they were talking about and werent trying to upsell anything. From explaining what the issue was to giving me reasonable options, Ryan and his team were top notch.Not only that, but the Oscar and the guys from the install team as so incredibly professional. They truly treat your home like theirs. Its the little things like wearing booties on their feet when in the home, being very careful taking things in and out of the house, being respectful in asking where things are (breaker boxes, etc.). In my case, all of the units sit in the attic above the 2nd floor. These guys were able to remove the old units and install the new units effortlessly - and they did a clean install too! Not that shoddy contractor stuff you hear horror stories about - this is quality workmanship all the way through.Did I mention the awesome warranties they offer? Have lifetime warranties on both units that I purchased! Even better, Ryan is so responsive to any questions I have and is always ready to respond via text or giving me call. Long story short, if you want a good price on an HVAC system, quality installers, and rock star customer service, Dexterity HVAC is the way to go!
