    I filled out an online appointment request form from Devards website regarding our plumbing issue. Shortly thereafter I received a call to schedule a time. By that afternoon our problem had been resolved timely and efficiently. Our knowledgeable technician, Carlos, kept us apprised of what he was doing. I have used Devards for almost 50 years and found them to be prompt and reasonably priced.

    Devards is wonderful ! I woke up to find out I had no heat. They sent out a technician, Tony Thomas. He was able to diagnose the problem but since the unit was 28 years old, he said I needed a new unit pronto. He worked the problem with his manager, Carlos, until that evening, so I had some heat. They worked me up a proposal and will be out to install the new unit next week. Thank you, Devards. You cannot go wrong.

    Scheduled plumbing appointment for two hour window on the following afternoon. Devard’s called day of to see if Carl could actually come out 45 minutes early! Carl arrived, quickly resolved water heater issue, and also noticed problem with shower head not flowing properly which he also quickly fixed. Excellent service done in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. My Dad recommended Devard’s and Carl to me and I’ll do the same if anyone has a plumbing problem. Thank you Carl and Devard’s!

    We have worked with Devard’s for well over 15 years. 14 years ago our AC unit died for good in August. Well on Monday it was time to replace, again in August, 14 years later.     Carlos (Supervisor) and Brandon were prompt and professional. Couldnt ask for better professionals.     Excellent customer service and professional service. We requested a house call because it seemed the a/c was running longer than needed. I was kept in the know as he performed the equipment check & declaredthe equipment to be healthy for a 24 year old. Tony was very nice & helpful. He did suggest that the thermostat might be needing to be replaced sometime. It may be as old as the A/C. Always happy to have Devards as our service provider snd happily recommend them to anyone in need of a heat/air conditioner repair.

    Carlos and Juan just left after finishing the installation of my new Trane heating and AC unit in just 6 and a half hours! It works great and these guys get a 5 PLUS rating in my book!     Brandon showed up in the expected time slot. Hes very nice and easy to work with. Most importantly, he knows what hes doing. Hes very patient in answering my questions and concerns. Not only that, I felt like that I can trust him for the plans/options that he laid out for me. I have not used Devards A/C services for quite some time due to vague bad experiences in the past. But, for sure, Devards will be on my list in the future when I need it.

    I had Devards out on 12/16/22 to perform seasonal maintenance on my heating systems. Previously, I had my house under a home warranty for 4 years and had similar services done by other contractors. I mentioned to Devards technician (Bryan) that the downstairs unit didnt seem to keep that part of my home warm, although it ran constantly during very cold weather.Bryan performed the maintenance and found both units operated properly, but he looked at the Nest thermostats controlling them and determined they were connected to the wiring harness incorrectly. Neither prior contractor had looked at the thermostats. Bryan corrected the downstairs thermostat connection to my HVAC equipment and now my heater warms my home to the set temperature in a reasonable time.While it sounds simple, its made a huge difference in the past few days since the work was performed. Having a professional who not only is competent, but listens and works to solve problems is exceptional, in my opinion.Thank you Bryan and Devards!

    Our AC system went out in the heat of summer, so I called Devards because I had heard so many good things about them. Carlos and Farest came to inspect my system that same day. In our case because our system was 20 years old, the best thing to do was replace the outdoor unit. I knew I would have to do it one day. They were able to install the new unit within a couple days of my first call. The new efficient system actually lowered my electric bill and my home is much more comfortable now. I would recommend Devards to anyone in the area for the quick response time, trusted customer service, and quality professional installation!

    Steve Harvard came out and educated me on my options in a way that was thorough yet easy to understand. Carlos and his team did a great job installing the Trane unit I purchased and hauling my old unit away. They covered my stairs with paper and were very careful as they hauled all the big pieces out of and into my attic. Super nice and polite and cleaned up after the job was complete. Id highly recommend them!

    Heather is exceptional, she is kind and compassionate. She tries her best to make you feel better in the worst times when your ACs out or your plumbing is backed up. Every time I call I know I will get over and above the standard help. This was my 3 mishap this summer. Bryan the AC guy was great too.     Wow, just wow!!! Steve, Carlos and the crew have all been outstanding. When I bought my house last year, I contracted Devards to replace the 3 AC and furnace units in this house, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level or professionalism and customer service provided. I have since had Carlos install ceiling fans, new outlets and the electric car charger in my garage. I couldnt be happier.I can easily say this is by far the best customer service experience I have ever had in this space, and that is across four houses over 20 years.

    With all the HVAC places out there, how should one choose?? Lemme save you some time, and choose THIS place. They answered the phone right away, they were able to send a tech out the same day, and the whole experience was just very professional and A+++ quality of customer service. The tech also answered my questions and explained things to me in a way I could understand. This country was built on small to medium sized businesses flourishing and this is a PRIME example of such a business that truly does care and does a great job. I should also note that I didn’t feel overwhelmed with industry jargon or any attempts to upsell anything, which for me is a MUST. Could not have had a better experience and they have me locked in as a repeat customer.

    Knowledgeable, honest, fast, friendly, fair and bottom line got the job done.I called the place who installed my AC six years ago. The tech said my condenser was out along with some other stuff which came out to 4K. I called Devard’s to get a second opinion. They said the condenser probably was fine and fixed my AC for 525. I now have a new go to AC repair company. I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone.

    Cant say enough about the great job Farest, Carlos and his team did replacing our 2 original units. They took the time to evaluate our current units and made several changes to improve the design and performance by adding plenums to both new units and changing out several ducts that were either under or over-sized. They even moved one unit to another area of my attic that will allow better performance and easier access for future maintenance. After all the work was complete, they left our home and attics very clean. Devards is a great example of a smaller, well-managed mechanical service company that provides great service and attention to detail.

    Its Sunday and 90° outside. Im sick with a highly contagious virus and then my air-conditioning quits. I called Devards AC Repair and Carlos was here within the hour. I was honest about being sick and still he came, wearing PPE, and fixed my problem along with fixing another potential problem I was unaware existed.
