Customer for ~3 yrs.The techs were quick, and very thorough at explaining what exactly they were here to accomplish. One piece that is very important to me is feeling comfortable with strangers coming into your home. Cytech techs are always very professional, friendly, and give the customer an understanding/update on how units are performing. Even before the techs make their way to your home, the folks on the other side of the phone also make sure the times for service work for you!

I have used Cytech for the last 15 years and they have always provided great service at a fair price. Their service people are friendly and skilled. They have 24 hr service for emergencies. If you need a new system they apply the cost of a temporary repair towards the new one. If it died they will connect a loaner until they install a new one so you dont sweat in the meantime.

I called this company about 7:30 AM and our technician Mike got here about 9. He analyzed our furnace program and gave us an estimate to repair our furnace, a 1989 model in a park model trailer. He also gave us an estimate to replace the furnace since it is pretty old. We told him to repair the furnace. He got the part and was back in a couple hours and fixed it. I am very happy with the technician and how fast it was fixed.

I have been having AC issues for 3 months and every other tech told me there was nothing wrong or to just change a brand new airfilter. On a referral I called Cytech who sent a tech the same day, found the issue and fixed it. Cytech was fast and affordable. My AC unit is already cooling better and hopefully that will fix my incredibly high electric bill!

The techs, Isaac and Alex, showed up just before 9:30 AM and with the exception of a lunch break, worked until past 8:00 PM to get everything running and to do the cleanup. Let me tell you, these gentlemen went the extra mile by putting a walkway in the attic for themselves and the future technicians that will be servicing the unit, and other little extras too! I have been a loyal Cytech customer ever since my house was built in 1996. CyTech has been our go-to company for A/C maintenance and repair for a number of years. Twice each year, we call for our semi-annual A/C inspection and maintenance; our most recent inspection was 4 weeks ago. The techs found that our drain was partially clogged and we paid to have it cleaned out. Just four weeks later, we noticed water dripping from the intake vent in the house and called CyTech to come take a look. Partially by good luck and partially because of the quality service CyTech provides: the tech was at our house in under 30 minutes. He found that the drain was clogged WAY worse than originally thought. That drain has been in continuous service for over 40 years, after all. It took Joe nearly an hour of flushing and pressure blasting to open the drain. But he did. AND because this was a callback service — one that we had only recently paid for — there was no charge. Definitely 5-star service!

Good afternoon future customers of cytech. If you are looking to take care of the problems with your AC, I would like to share with you my experience with Cytech Heating and Cooling. I called Cytech Sat, plus several other companies, to share with them that my ac filter was black. All of the companies on-call staff took notes of my concerns, and promised to call me back Monday. Well only ONE called me back Monday: Cytech. The person that called me back from Cytech was Leo; he answered all my questions and proved to be very knowledgeable. He explained to me step by step his thought process. I found him to be non-threatening; he was not trying sell me anything. He cared that I had the information I needed to make an informed decision and even came over because I lost my sense of smell to covid. So he came to smell the filter for me!!! At the end of everything, I decided I did not need to run an air quality test; I found out with his information I didnt have enough of a return flow for the unit I replace old one with two years ago. And that the person that sold the unit did not explain that the extended warranty for labor and parts did not include maintenance. I sat for 1.5years waiting for service from an out of town provider. I am very grateful to Leo who came Monday to do the smell test and did not even charged me; and Joe who did the unit maintenance today (Wed) and found my unit was frozen. Needless to say, I am still waiting for a call back from the other 3 business I called! If you want a reliable, knowledgeable and caring call Cytech YOU CAN TRUST THEM.

Cytech installed our HVAC unit in 2013. Weve had several service calls over the years. Theyre always prompt, and always very professional.Recently, we had to have major work done. Basically, they replaced everything in the attic, including the air handler and evaporative coil. Their estimate gave me sticker shock, so I got an estimate from the guys in pink. Their estimate was even higher (several hundred dollars). I tried to get an estimate from a lesser known company, but the owner (Oscar) didnt even know where to get the coil. When he realized that he was going to struggle a little to find the right coil, he lost interest and never got back to me with an estimate.When the techs from Cytech did the work, it created quite a mess. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves.My advice: if youre looking at a major job, call Cytech or one of the other well known companies. Dont take a chance on a wannabe like Oscar.

Yall came out and solved an A/C problem we had last year and the owners son, Kyle showed up as well to help solve our a/c issues. Everyone who came out to help were outstanding. Tonight we came home to the other a/c unit not working. I was tempted not to call after hours and just wait till the morning- convinced that the unit died. I believe the mans name is Lee who drove over to the house to bail us out. He was wonderful and found the problem within minutes- had the part on his truck and even put up with me holding the flashlight for him- j/k. He was very helpful, polite, joked and got the job done in under an hour. My wife and I could not be happier. We know we will have to replace the unit in the next couple of years and are just riding it out till she dies- but when we need the replacement we are calling Cytech. Thank you- Larry and Melanie.

Cytech has a kiosk in the customer service area of the Costco here in Pharr, TX and often has special offers that feature significant savings, rebates gift cards...and most important: excellent, excellent service. Three years ago I arranged with Cytech & Costco to purchase a system to replace the aging system that cools our downstairs. That is a great upgrade & went smoothly. We are enjoying more comfort & lower electric bills. So when the time came, we asked Cytech back to replace the other system that cools our upstairs. Hard to believe but the process went even better.
