This is truly a team of experts. One thing that I don’t mind doing is paying for the expertise of the Professionals versus going with the lowest bidder and getting mediocrity. This team of experts were deliberate and thorough with their communication with me. They followed my projects from start to finish, they checked in on me after a few A few weeks of the project being done to see if everything was still to my liking. In addition to the above, I appreciated their honesty. There were moments where I desired something that was maybe unrealistic, and they educated me instead of dissuading me. The crew that came to do the installation was Efficient, were in and out in less than three hours to install the inside and outside unit of my AC. The crew was also very nice and cleaned up after themselves. When they left, it was like they were never here. They did a great job. Definitely somebody. I would recommend if you were having AC issues.

On Monday, Jajuan and his team completed my bathroom remodel after my Builder CKC Custom Homes completed my bathrooms with poor quality and subpar technique. For nearly 10 months after moving into my Custom DREAM home, I lamented about the decision to demolish my bathrooms, but couldnt stand looking at the crooked lines, ugly grout and was always concerned about mold issues from how the tiles were installed.After taking several bids, I was strolling through Facebook and came across C.S.W. Power solutions. Being a fellow veteran and minority, I was excited to see a fellow brother in arms in business for himself. I was pleased with the photos on Facebook of his bathroom remodels and made the call for our initial consult. After receiving some extremely high bids, I was satisfied that Jajuans price was fair and that I wasnt being robbed as some vendors seem to inflate the price of their work because of the neighborhood you live in.One aspect that was unique to this construction project was that I selected and purchased the tile and grout for the project and C.S.W. did the rest. The project started on time and the estimate to complete the project was reasonable. His demo team arrived and covered all furniture in the room that would be affected by debris dust and the crew had the wall demolished and cement board going up within the same day. Alberto and Victor arrived on time every day, explained every aspect of their work, as I was a bit curious and each day the progress of their work showed me that I had made the Right Decision.Jajuan came to visit his team and ensured that I was satisfied with the teams progress. Even when a few items needed to be addressed, the team knocked it out and ensured I was completely satisfied. I even requested a few other projects for my other bathrooms and Jajuan worked out the details and had the team complete those tasks before their final day.I am overjoyed with my new bathroom and dont want to cry when I walk in anymore. I wish Jajuan and his team would have been the initial contractor on my custom build, but thats water under the bridge.Note: posting some before and after shots. Jajuans is the completed White Tile, my Custom Builder is the Horrible Glass tile.Highly Highly Highly Recommended.

Hired CSW Power Solutions for a project. Spoke with Mr. Williams, and he stopped by my house for an estimate for the work to be performed. The estimate was less than other companies I spoke with. Since I live in a HOA community, I asked Mr. Williams to help the info the HOA needed. Once I received HOA approval, we moved forward with the project. CSW sent out folks for the different parts of the project. Mr. Williams obtained any permits needed, and scheduled folks to come out to continue on with the project. Once the plumbing work was done, I spoke with Mr. Hamilton Sykes. He spoke with CPS to schedule that power cut while he installed the electrical equipment needed. Although Mr. Sykes mentioned Power would be out for a few hours, he was able to complete his part of the project in under 2 hours. Mr. Sykes also help a lot with getting the equipment connected to wifi! CSW Power Solutions is a great company! Being a disabled Veteran myself, I appreciate all that CSW Power Solutions did to make this project happen. I have the utmost respect to CSW Power Solutions, the employees, and Mr. Williams and Mr. Sykes. I think they did an outstanding job, and I will hire them for future projects. Thank you!!

And even during the busiest season in one of the most demanding cities for A/C services in the country, they found a way to fit me into the schedule. I hired this company to repair and later upgrade my air conditioner. They tried to repair the old unit but it was too old and worn out so I had to replace it since it couldn’t keep it cool with just me inside. JaJuan recommended a better unit for the upgrade and it’s been incredible! Just in time for a record heat wave and my house stayed cool even with 14 people in it!They also installed my sprinkler system and made it all super easy. So then I hired them to repaint the inside and it looks amazing. They even replaced a ceiling fan and electrical breaker. Everything was done really fast. I’ll use them again for sure on any future projects. High quality work and they were more affordable than others I looked in to.

Each technician was a stellar professional in their own specialty.Plumbing issues were addressed with proper urgency. I had a busted pipe Christmas morning and they were her in 30 minutes.Water heater decided to go out one evening, replaced the next day.HVAC having issues, fixed within a couple of hours.Kitchen cabinets painted and new quartz countertops installed, perfect.I have to get new fences eventually, guess who I’ll be using.
