    Had a great experience with Colton and Levi. My heater was making a rumbling noise and wasnt working as it should so I found Cool Kings through my neighborhood facebook group and they didnt disappoint. Friendly and fast service. Colton and Levi were very responsive, helped me understand the process and what needed to be done, and were punctual. I love the call 15 minutes before they arrived so I could put dogs up and be ready for them to arrive. Id recommend their service and expertise to anyone. Theyre also avid disc golfers and gave me some great recommendations on nearby courses and places to buy disks for beginners. Overall these gentlemen felt like neighbors/ friends and provided a great experience.

    Ive had a great friendship with the owners and operators of this company. They are family oriented and true to their word, me buying my first home at 27 in Buda , I called them immediately knowing the house I bought was a original unit and needed a refresh. Once I called cool kings they came out worked their hearts out to make sure we were taken care , but not only because they are family, but they treat every customer as family. I want to thank Levi, Corey and the crew for their great quality in performance and service. hats off to the guys that deal with the heat and the winter times, is when we need it most.     Texas Heat, Buying Local & Why Relationships MatterToday, Cool King installed two new systems for us, and we couldn’t be happier. In Texas, if you don’t have a relationship with an AC company you’re lucky – you’re beating the heat with a working system. But when you do need help, having someone who is knowledgeable, fast and fair is an absolute must, especially when we run 100 days of 100+.We were able to pull another 5 years of life out of both our now 25 year old systems thanks for Cool Kings. The trust and goodwill earned by Cool Kings over the last 5 years made them the only company we would use. In less than 48 hours after receiving the quote the new units installed and fired-up. And they were installed by THREE GENERATIONS of a local family-owned business, the parts came from a supply house down the road too. You can’t get more local than that.The reviews and pages here and across Google, Yelp and other social media are all constantly raving about Cool Kings. That’s how we found them and why we so thrilled to have them be our only go-to. Unfortunately, with these new systems I won’t be seeing Corey and Team for years to come aside from when we run into each other at the store!

    Great Service! We would use this company again, for sure! Our downstairs AC went out yesterday afternoon. We called two other ac repair companies. The first one couldnt come out for two weeks and the other company didnt answer their phone. I called Cool Kings because of all the great reviews and Im so glad I did. Melissa answered the phone right away, I explained the problem and she said they would be able to come out this afternoon! Wow! Amazing! Levi Lutrick and Gavin showed up right at the time they quoted. The capacitor had gone out on the downstairs unit. Levi had it up and running in less than 25 minutes. Levi and Gavin came inside to make sure the air was blowing, and it was. We introduced them to our Golden Retriever, Lady, who loves them. Thank you guys!

    Wow, what a lifesaver! Cool Kings AC swooped in like knights in shining armor when we were in a pinch. Our Nest thermostat wiring got accidentally snipped by another contractor during a bathroom remodel, leaving us without heating or cooling control. But Cool Kings AC not only responded promptly to our distress call but also managed to schedule a same-day appointment. Their technician arrived equipped with the necessary tools and expertise, quickly identifying and rewiring the Nest thermostat back to functionality. Not only was their service efficient, but the technicians also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to avoid similar mishaps in the future.     My furnace went out during the cold snap this week. I called Cool Kings to schedule a service as I had used them before and were honest and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need like other HVAC providers. Levi came out and was awesome and personable. He discussed in detail what was wrong with my furnace and showed me the part that failed. I didnt feel like he was taking advantage of me. I had him check my other system out and said it looked good though a competitorsaid I needed to replace it a year earlier. I highly recommend them. Ask for Levi.

    Cool Kings has now become my go-to HVAC company! My client needed them to verify the AC in the home they were about to purchase and they were able to come out the next day, and verified everything about the system, giving my client the confidence they needed to move forward with the purchase of the home. Cool Kings was extremely responsive, put me in touch with the tech that installed the system originally so I could ask him questions and then scheduled the service call for the next morning. The tech (Levy) did an awesome job checking out the system and answering my clients questions about it - even giving them tips and resources to keep the system maintained.     Cool kings fixed our Heating/AC thermostat system that the builders forgot to install correctly that was causing our air to constantly run. Cool Kings is one of the most professional and honest heating and cooling company that you can find in Central Texas. I highly recommend their services.     I was working out of town and the wife called the night before saying the AC was not cooling. I did all that I could over the phone to help her troubleshoot the issue but was not successful. I called these guys at 7am today. They had Levi and his apprentice out the same day. The dispatch lady said it would be between 1100-1300hrs and they were there much closer to the 1100hr mark. Levi and his sidekick were extremely professional and took the time to explain what had happened to the wife. They had her back up and running in about an hour. Service fee to come and troubleshoot was more than reasonable in my opinion and the bill overall was MUCH less than what I was expecting. All-in-all a fantastic experience (or as much of one as you can have when needing to spend money for an AC repair) and will definitely recommend Levi and Cool Kings. Will for sure use them again in the future!! THANKS LEVI!

    Called Cool Kings Oct 25, 2022, they sent Levi out to assess the situation. Prompt, professional and friendly. As promised, Levi came out the very next day to change out the warrantied compressor. Levi did his job professionally and very personable.The only downfall is I had asked for a senior discount, as mentioned in their website and he didnt talk much about it, nor was the assessment payment considered as part of payment when Cool Kings was hired to do the job.Overall, would highly recommend as aforementioned, very prompt, professional and friendly.Merry Christmas Levi!!

    I am very satisfied with my decision to go with Cool Kings. Levi and Colton are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My 15 year old old AC unit finally gave up.     Well, on Thurs. afternoon(the 3rd hottest day on record @ 110) our AC system failed. My husband just had knee replacement surgery on Wed so we were very much in need of a good company to respond quickly and that is what this great family owned company did. They got here mid morning today, accessed the equip & found our old system was beyond repair. So after discussing costs etc. I asked how soon the new one could be installed & their tech LEVI had the new equipment delivered to our site & they got busy!I am happy to share we are cool & comfortable again & I highly recommend this business! 😊😊

    Of course my AC had to go out on Sunday of 4th of July weekend! Called Cool Kings number & was pleasantly surprised when someone actually answered the phone on Sunday! Scheduled me for a Monday AM appointment & Levi & his co-worker Gavin actually arrived early! They quickly diagnosed the problem & had my AC cooling again in under 30 minutes! Levi was very knowledgeable & educated me about what not to do with my AC (no bleach) & was a pleasure to work with!     Corey came to our rescue late in the afternoon after our AC had already not been working for a day or so. He was prompt in getting to the route of our problem and presented us with multiple solutions and recommendations for replacement units. After discussing our options we came to a decision later that evening, Corey was able to schedule his team to come out with new units the next day! From the time we called for an estimate to installation and a follow up, Corey and the Cool Kings crew were fast, friendly, and courteous; everything you need when you have people working in your home!

    I called Cool Kings and they came over that same day to inspect my non cooling AC. I was lucky to have had an AC that served me well for over 14 years, but it needed to be replaced. Tyler and Chris came the 1st day. The very next day Tyler came back again to replace the whole thing. The owner and his father came as well. They did a GREAT job and I have been loving the new YORK they installed.

    Amazing Company. Family owned and operated. Corey, Levi, Chris and the whole crew are amazing. Down to earth. Didn’t upsell. We had an issue with master bedroom not cooling. They fixed it with proper hvac size. Installed two units. We had originals for 20 years and it was time (several minor repairs kept us limping along). Scheduled install and ironically one of the original units failed the day before. They were on time and had it all done in less than 6 hours. Also installed an attic tent. Amazing. Never been happier to spend money.

    Levi and his team totally saved us. Over the weekend the AC started leaking inside the house. Had to shut AC completely off and the temps are mid 90’s outside.     A great experience with Networx Web... and Cool Kings called me back within 10 minutes! Made an appointment on next day, Tyler came on time, diagnosed my AC and explained problem that he found to me. He come back next day on time, fixed my AC problem in less than 2 hours, resolved the temperature cannot get down issue that two other companies cannot provided right way to resolve it. The AC is running well now. I really appreciated Tyler Rolirad hard work. He is humorous, kind, friendly and very professional. Excellent job Tyler !

    Absolutely incredible service! After being lied to by three companies who shall remain nameless, and a certain scam of a home warranty company, Trevor showed up with some very welcomed honesty.     Wont use anyone else. Period. The short: catastrophic failure of system causing water damage to large portion of home. After waiting for a predatory service vendor from our home warranty company for over 7 hours and then trying to take advantage of our situation by over $2000. I denied and called Corey after dinner time. He sent Chris that night. Expert knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy was welcomed after the previous techs visit. Next day at 9am, they had their crew out there. Complete system in by lunch and nearly half the cost of that predatory service company.
