I previously submitted a review about Nate and his friendliness and professional demeanor. Well, these must be required characteristics that Comfort Expersts look for when hiring! All three technicians were personable and showed me everything they did along the way. Now I have functioning lights that light up around the house and garage! Daniel H. came out and did a great job explaining everything about our issues. This was actually a 2nd or 3rd opinion and an opinion from the city. However, this was different he not only explained the issues in greater detail he backed it up by showing us on the camera. The best resolution Ive seen yet we could actually see the issues in color. He also went over all the pricing with the membership they offer and without. He explained warranties and coverage. If the rest of this project goes as well as it has so far I believe I have found a new company to do business with. They will replace one you see on tv all the time.

We just had a new HVAC installed by Comfort Experts. One crew cleaned our duct work then Alex and Daniel in stalled the HVAC system. They were very professional and efficient. Near the end of the install a tiny bird flew in the open door. It flew up to my skylight. They went above and beyond to capture the tiny bird and release it safely. Kudos to Alex and Daniel!!!!

I can’t say enough about Mike R. He came out same day for a last minute call. Gave me time to explain what I was experiencing. Took the diagnostics seriously and explained the issues he found. And helped me put together a plan to deal with this in the short term and to replace my extremely old unit in the longer term. I look forward to getting to work with Mike when it comes time to replace the whole unit with a much needed new one.

It didnt take long to find the problem and because it was a simple wire fix, they repaired it at no charge. After being without air conditioning for 36 hours and experiencing inside temperatures in the 90s, I was glad to find a company who responded to my call for service within 3 hrs of my call on a Sunday morning. I had tried all day Saturday to find someone who could get to me before Monday. So glad I made that call.

In general, the service was good. A couple of things: 1) We called for after-hours service originally, and their time arrival estimate was way off (originally between 8 and 9pm; then it became a 4-hour arrival window starting at 9pm). Plus, they gave us conflicting messages about whether technicians were available at night. Because of their disorganized manner, we cancelled and rescheduled for the next day; 2) They provided discussion with the customer after the initial evaluation, but didnt talk to us at the end about the repairs. They left, and sent emails with the invoice. Could have provided better feedback to their customer so they know what was done.

I wanted to write this review to highlight the excellent job Mike did in fixing my HVAC unit. He thoroughly inspected the compressor and condenser to determine if the unit was salvageable. While I initially thought the problem was with the capacitor, Mike confirmed it was in good condition. He took his time to ensure nothing was overlooked and discovered a dirty, worn-out filter that needed replacement, which I wasnt aware of.Additionally, Mike informed me about an air-cleaning light system available for purchase, and I ended up buying two of them.I am very pleased that I called Comfort Experts, especially with the technician they sent. Mike performed like a lead technician.

I am currently sitting in my home and it feels like an igloo, and I mean that in the absolute best way possible. Earlier this week, our A/C, which had been struggling since we purchased our home, started blowing hot air. Casey D. was our technician that came out to do some troubleshooting, we called on Monday and they were able to add us to the schedule for Tuesday. He spent a good bit of time (late into the night actually!) trying to troubleshoot our system, before discovering that our coil needed replacement. He was very friendly and professional. On Wednesday, we met with 3 different companies to get estimates on a total re-do of our inside and outside units. We met with Riley H. from Comfort Experts, who gave us a solidly fair estimate, and complete low pressure sales. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and was friendly - he was able to schedule our new install for the very next day. The installers, Alex and Jacob showed up on time the next morning and immediately got to work in the attic, they worked hard all day. They both checked in with me a handful of times just to make sure I didnt have any questions or concerns. Once the install was complete, we were given a complete overview of the new thermostat, and the new system. I think it ended up taking them less than 8 hours to complete the whole install, I was beyond impressed. We were given a good deal on having our ducts cleaned while the system was being installed, and the two guys, Jhorden and Daniel C. came by mid-afternoon and were both super friendly, and got to work immediately, Im pretty sure they left the floors cleaner than they found them. While I really hate the amount of money we just had to drop unexpectedly, I couldnt be happier with my experience with Comfort Experts. Everyone was on time, everything went smoothly, we were completely comfortable with the entire process, never felt like anyone was pressuring us into extra services or unnecessary products. While I hope we dont have to do this again for a really long time, I would absolutely use them again!

I gave Comfort Experts four stars because they came out the same day I called and they sent a knowledgeable technician who quickly determined the cause of my system not working properly. Three stars with respect to convenience. At 72 years old, I had to use blowers and fans for a week because I could not afford to pay $600+ for a temporary fix while waiting on a warranted part. Then I had to wait two days after the part came in for them to install it. The same technician made the repair quickly. Other than this one incident, I have always had good service from Comfort Experts.

Diego presented himself professionally. Spent a good 60 minutes or more. He explained the return ducts were quite dirty. Well that was strange since system is closed and using best filter available. Then it hit me the last visit We both noticed the return plenum had separated from the unit. They propped the plenum with a 2x4 and remasked it.So yes dirty air did get into my system because the plenum had separated from unit. To clean you want is $1100. Mike Watkins headed up the install. so I do think you owe me a duct clean.The Hobsons always said is dirty ducts dont need to be clean if system filtering correctly.Id love a reply

I called Lisa and she immediately scheduled an appointment for that day. Considering it is August no one would believe the response. Dennis showed up in about 2 hours and had been out in May to do our yearly checkup. He remembered our units(3) and said it should not take long to check and make sure they met specs. What a great guy. Veteran and very smart. Corrections were made and the sale is progressing as planned. I will move my coverage to the new house with Comfort and recommend to the buyers they continue to use Comfort into the future. If you need replacement of units get quotes and then call Comfort. They will match or beat with equivalent systems. I am a fan.

Had an excellent experience with service tech Johnny F. He was thorough, honest and did an excellent job of walking me and my wife through what he was looking for and what issues he found. He made recommendations and didnt try and pressure us at all when it came to the couple of issues that he found. We appreciated his honesty though and chose to have our gas line brought up to code which he did right then and there without having to come back out which was great. We originally called them out for the AC check (which had small issues I could fix myself) and ended up signing up for one of their yearly service plans. I didnt really compare their pricing but having the gas line brought up to code and getting a wet switch installed was about $480 with the service plan discount.

We were referred to Comfort Experts by family. They answered the phone promptly (on a dinner Saturday around 1pm) and were at the home within 4 hours. Keep in mind this is during summer. Joseph was the tech that responded and he was great. He went above and beyond for our family. We were without air condition for almost 24 hours(due to it being a Friday evening and assessing the problem) before we called. We also had a little one with a 103.3 fever. We were miserable. He came assessed the issue and explained what the problem was. He was very thorough with my husband and answered all the questions we had. He didnt have the exact fan motor we needed with him so instead of leaving us without air he drove at 830pm half way across dfw to get the correct part from another co-worker. We would have had to wait on the order part possibly until that Monday. He told us he knew we had a sick little one and he wanted to get this handled for us immediately. He came back got it installed and working. And we had a question about an ongoing issue from our other a/c unit. He took the time to show us how to try to fix the issue. He even checked the other system. After all of this we signed up for their program for the big unit. Well at last minute we decided to go ahead and add the small one on the plan too. So he had to redo all the paperwork. He never expressed frustration even though he was clearly exhausted from a long day. Joseph is a phenomenal tech and well educated on a/c units and possible issues. Great experience with Comfort Experts. Would recommend to family and friends.

Brock Stokes performed a super tune-up on our HVAC unit today. He is an extremely knowledgeable technician. The best part of his visit was when he explained everything he did with the use of photos. I asked a lot of questions and he patiently answered each one. He also recommended add-ons to assist in the longevity of our units and to help lower our electric bill. He took his time, was thorough, and courteous. Super job, Brock, and much appreciated. 10 Stars!!!
