Brian came out right at the time scheduled!! He was very kind and thorough and explained every detail to me. He looked over every part of the ac unit and was able to explain things to me that I had no clue of. I had no idea our house had a fresh air intake that was sucking in hot air for 8 minutes every hour and causing our house to heat. He did not try to upsell or overcharge me and explained my payment options. Great honest work, we are lifetime customers!!!! Highly recommend

VERY SATISFIED with the service, professionalism, quality of work and most of all the price of their service. After getting multiple quites to replace a furnace and air handler, Classic Services was a clear choice. FIrst off, they sent a tech to doa FREE estimate all the way from New Braunfels to my house in San Antonio. Then, they were able to get my job scheduled within 24 hours of my request to do so. Finally, they showed up ON TIME and finished in under 4 hours from start to finish. Highly reccomended and will ceratinly call them again.

I sensed I could trust him he seemed to be straightforward and truthful in all of his responses and seemed to have high level of integrity. Since my unit is older I decided to extend my annual maintence plan, after Brandon explained all the different tests he had performed along with pictures of readings it seemed worth extending the life and performance of my heating and air conditioning unit.I rarely give five star rating to a company so it matters!

Technician Dion Min-Ho was incredibly helpful, courteous and capable! Dion took the time to explain the issue with a drain sensor and got the system working again. He did a thorough check of the entire system and gave me useful pointers for proper owner maintenance. I highly recommend this company and especially Dion!

We had an issue last Saturday evening with our a/c. Since we are on the Classic Services Maintenance Plan, I called their emergency number. I immediately received a call back, stated what was going on and was told a service rep would call. Within 20 minutes, a service rep was on the way. He got to our home around 7:30ish and was finished with the system up and running within 45 minutes or so. Im always impressed with quick response that I receive from Classic Services, both during regular hours and even on weekends after hours. We had been with our previous AC company for over 6 years with maintenance contracts. They had quoted us an unrealistic price for installing some UV lights. We went in search of another quote. My husband called around to three different companies. Classic responded with a great telephone conversation and seemed to really want our business. They had a representative come within 3 days . The technician was very honest about what he found. He had quotes to us that very afternoon. The technician installed the equipment and we now have new maintenance contracts in place. We also love that they are local in New Braunfels. The old company never inquired as to why we were leaving them. Very satisfied.

I contacted Classic Services AC and Heating to set up a maintenance plan for our AC system. The technician that assessed our system was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He identified a few issues with our system and went over the recommendations for repairs. I appreciated the technician reviewing the options for repairs and identifying which repairs were the most pertinent. He additionally reviewed the costs for each repair and provided excellent explanation of what each repair included and why or why not he recommended the repair. If you are in need of AC services or maintenance I highly recommend the company!

I cannot say enough positive things about Classic Air. We previously had another company doing maintenance. The old company charged more and always seemed to find something expensive needing replacement. Classic Air came out and did our maintenance and a cleaning. Joey was courteous, thorough and professional. When I raised concerns about a few things the previous company had told us about he offered to double check it for us. He gave us an itemized quote for recommendations and prioritized them by level of importance or urgency. We also had an issue with our A/C on a Saturday night. Jeff was there first thing Sunday morning with a cheerful helpful attitude despite being called out early on a weekend. When a second part failed the next day he rearranged his schedule to get out here quickly knowing my kids and I were at home dealing with no a/c. He was very thorough in testing the rest of the parts in our system to ensure nothing else would fail (the failure was not their fault in any way) and he was very detailed in his explanation of what had happened. I had everything explained to me prior to any work being completed, along with photos showing me what the issues were. Scheduling was quick and easy. Payment was easily arranged with emailed receipts. Every staff member I have dealt with has been friendly to me as well as to my family. Both Jeff and Joey were very kind and patient with my kids and their many questions and my dogs.

We talked to a number of A/C companies regarding a humidity issue we had in our home. We had one that said we needed to go from our single stage units to variable speed units. Another stated that they could not find anything wrong with the existing A/C units and wanted to charge us for running a number of tests.We decided on Classic Services. John and Kurtis spent the time with us determining the existing units were over-sized. They fully explained the problem to us and guaranteed their solution would correct the problem. Guess what? They were correct and we did it for thousands of dollars ($$$) less than their competition.We would highly recommend them again. Also, their crew was on time and completed the work in a very timely manner. I look forward to working with Classic Services again on our annual maintenance contract.Great job!

I would highly recommend this company if you want a reliable service that is not trying to scam you. I had a very terrible experience with our warranty company, First American, to have our AC fixed. I won’t get into detail but they sent out Air Force and Horizon HVAC companies, which both tried to scam us for thousands of dollars for parts and modifications not covered under the warranty. Kurtis, from Classic Services, came out and gave a free third diagnoses, which was different from the other two. He took the time to thoroughly examine our unit and was able to explain exactly what was happening, what needed to be fixed, and why. He gave us a fair estimate and was extremely knowledgeable so we hired him for the job. After the work was finished, we paid exactly as estimated. No hidden fees or surprises and they did not require us to pay up front like the other two companies. Our AC has been working LIKE A CHAMP and I cannot say how grateful I am for Kurtis’ expertise and customer service, not to mention a lower electricity bill! If we had gone with either of the other companies, we would still have a busted unit and would be out thousands of dollars! Thanks again, Kurtis! You really are a life saver!

After having a motor replaced by another company only a week earlier, my HVAC system condensation line was now clogged. Daniel arrived on time, assessed the problem and was able to clear the clog quickly. I really appreciated the prompt response during a very busy time of the year. The service provided by Daniel and Classic Air Conditioning was excellent and reasonably priced. I will utilize the services of this company for all of my future HVAC maintenance and repair needs.

The other company wanted to charge me $5000 to replace my system because they said it was going out.a moth prior to this that same company did a summer special inspection on our system. When Kurtis came out to check our system, he found that the other company had over charged they system when they serviced it and after he readjusted the refrigerant levels the system has worked great ever since. He stayed over three hours and made sure the system was operating correctly. I highly recommend this company and Kurtis!

They first looked at the size of the house and the number of windows to size the system and yes, we needed bigger ducts (no real surprise for a 1998 construction). The crews worked very efficiently. The crew and supervisors were very courteous and conscientious, listening to our concerns, and responding promptly. They were very responsive to special requests, such as timing of installation coordinated with carpentry, landscaping, and other attic work. We had no damage to the property and no lost pets due to gates being left open (they even learned our dogs names!). The price was competitive and the workmanship is excellent. We have had them doing the preventive maintenance for 3 yrs now and they are courteous, competent, and reasonably priced.

Kurtis and Jeff were able to diagnose and fix the issue on our ductless, multi-zone, mini split heat pump systems. Those newer systems with inverter technology is state of the art equipment and it really takes experts to diagnose and work on as they are much more complicated than traditional systems. But most impressive, was how long they tested the system out afterwards to ensure the system was operating properly in both cooling and heating modes.Kurtis cared so much that he wanted to make sure the system was satisfactory to us after a cold night. The motor on my air conditioner went out this past week. I finally caved and asked a few friends if they had any recommendations on who to contact. Several people recommended Class Air, so I decided to give them a call late Sunday evening. The man who answered the phone was friendly and professional. He walked me through what I could do until he could get a technician out to me the following day. He informed me that the technician would be arriving between 10am and 12pm, and they would call prior to their arrival. I was pleased with the timeframe, as other establishments generally give a much broader time range for repairs. A little after 10am the following day I received a call from Jacob McKinnis. Jacob stated he was on the way and arrived shortly after. Jacob was professional and respectful of my home. He confirmed the motor had gone out and would need to be replaced, luckily he had an extra one in his vehicle and stated he could make the repair that day. I was mentally preparing to spend a heartbreaking amount of money on the repair, luckily it wasnt that bad, and I received a discount for joining their club. Jacob replaced the motor and cleaned the coils in a pretty fair amount of time. I would definitely recommend any person who is in need of A.C. repair to reach out to Classic Air. Hopefully I wont have to for a while, but if I do, i know I will be in good hands.*side note*I was using a more expensive air filter that was suppose to last three months. Classic Air informed me that those filters are not the best to use in South Texas and to just buy cheap air filters and replace them every 3 to 4 weeks.

I want to take this time to thank Classic Services for the great work they did for us.Classic Services installed a new Trane, 2.0 Ton, 18 Seer, Heat Pump and WIFI Thermostat. It replaced a failing Lennox 2.5 Ton, Seer 17 unit. They also repaired the other Heat Pump we have installed, a Trane, 4.0 Ton Heat Pump. The price set by Classic Services was LESS than all other HVAC providers we reviewed. We have been in our home 28 years and Classic’s install service was superior to all the HVAC providers we have had.The work done by Technicians, Rowdy and Hunter, on February 20, 2021, was clean and efficient. We were just coming out of the great ‘snow and cold’ of New Braunfels at the time. The two technicians were both in and out because both the failing Lennox units were replaced, one component in the attic above high ceilings and the other in the cold outside. It took the crew all day to complete their task. They cleaned up afterwards. No one could tell anyone had been there. After their work was done, Mitchell, who had proposed the new unit to us, came by and the work was reviewed to make sure it was complete, and we were happy. WE CERTAINLY ARE HAPPY.Mitchell noticed the existing 4.0Ton Trane unit was not functioning correctly because the outside unit was not running. He quickly determined the thermostat had not been set up correctly by our previous A/C Provider and in about 5 minutes he had the unit running flawlessly. Heat, at last!!If anyone needs ‘HVAC service’ you would do well to hire Classic Services. We recently had an Air Scrubber installed by Classic and it has gone above and beyond my expectations. When we were told it would improve the air quality in our home I was a bit skeptical but we live near new construction and the dust that gets in can be unbearable. We had it done in the morning and that night you could actually tell the difference. I was amazed. We have had it for about a week now and it has really made a difference. No more sneezing and itchy eyes. I would highly recommend not only Classic but putting an air scrubber in. A big shout out to Jeff who was professional, friendly and informative.Thank you guys.
