Excellent service! We had a routine plumbing maintenance. Once AJ got here, I noticed the water heater was leaking. He quickly found the problem and fixed the areas that were not working properly. This winter has been unexpectedly tough for us. Our HVAC system suddenly went out, and just two days later, we discovered water leaking from beneath the building, likely due to the freezing weather. We had to call for an emergency plumbing service as well.Our old HVAC unit had been in use for a long time, so we decided to replace it with a new unit from Champion. After comparing several companies, we chose Champion not only because they offered competitive pricing but also because they provided a longer warranty than other companies. We do not regret our decision at all.Despite the freezing 18-degree weather, the technicians came out to install the new unit and made every effort to accommodate our preferred schedule.Additionally, while waiting for a different plumbing company that had promised to arrive but never followed up even after a full day, Champion stepped in and coordinated the schedule so that a plumbing manager could come to our site immediately. This level of service was truly impressive.They were highly professional and patiently answered even the smallest of our questions. We sincerely appreciate their dedication and kindness.We are very satisfied with the service we received and sincerely hope to maintain a great relationship with Champion in the future. Great service from Benji and his team! I had my annual heating tuneup. I opted for the membership where you pay monthly throughout the year and get a heating and air-conditioning tuneup twice a year. They changed my seven filters throughout the house, which I was very happy for since I have some tall ceilings in-some rooms. They even fixed my roof heating flute that was bent. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

Champion is always reliable for both my plumbing and HVAC needs. Weve used them for a full AC unit replacement and for a water heater replacement. Recently Thomas helped check into a water heater issue we were having. He found the issue quickly and resolved it. He also made us aware of some ecosystem things to be aware of to reduce risk for future issues. He was on-time, friendly and knowledgeable!

Peter thoroughly checked my HVAC and discovered mold. He took photos to show me the problem and I opted to have him install a UV light system. I had a similar problem in my previous home in Houston and a UV light did the trick there. I am pleased with the service I get from Champion.

Ricky and Matt diagnosed our issue quickly and thoroughly. They were able to fix our broken sewer pipe very quickly and showed us exactly what the issue was and also walked us through the fix. They even suggested that the city come out to fix a connecting pipe while they had everything open. The city came out within thirty minutes and helped make sure that the repairs were 100%. Matt and the whole team at Champion were outstanding. I’ve had a lot of projects I’ve had to tackle at my house lately and have interacted and worked with numerous companies lately. The professionalism and timely manner in which Champion communicates stands out far above the rest. It feels like half the people I’ve seen recently don’t want the job. They forget to send a quote, they forget to follow up, they forget to order the part or they just straight up ghost. Not so with this company. Not only was the installation of my filtration and softener done impeccably by Matt, but the company itself was eager to schedule and get the work done. Refreshing! It was also nice to get something for the house I “wanted”, not just needed to do or fix. Everything a couple weeks later is working perfectly. Nothing has needed to be looked at again or adjusted. Also, Matt is just a really nice guy and was a pleasure to work with. And with 2 dogs, it’s always nice to have another dog person in your house! Champion will be my go to company for anything AC/plumbing related from now on.

He was able to check and clean my unit outside and determine that it needed R22 Freon I chose not to add Freon since the unit was 18 years old and needs to be replaced.I had a lot of questions that he was able to answer due to his years of experience. Billy Stavropoulous was diligent, knowledgeable, hardworking, and passionate when it came to fixing our plumbing issues.We were already hesitant on calling on the third plumber but we are so glad we went with Champions - Billy specifically. The problem we were having was already vague enough but he made sure to roll up his sleeves and get to the bottom of it. It took a total of 5 complex hours - rightfully so and he did it all with a smile on his face. I can’t recommend him enough. Would give him 6 stars if I could. Well done to Champions for hiring him.

I can’t adequately express how pleased I am with Champion and Will Kamenitsa along with his partner. I called for a simple valve repairs but Chris suggested we check out the water heater. It was rusted out and ready to fail. They did both repairs the same day and saved me a future nightmare. You get what you pay for and while Champion is not the least expensive plumber out there I will never use another company.

Great service from my first call to request a service check (Service Technician Michael) and placing the order for the new unit with Eddie Montalvo. Go Green wasn’t pushy about selling me something I didn’t need, totally professional personnel. Everyone from the AC Technicians (installers) Jesus Panduro and Hernan Hernandez to Eddie Montalvo (Home Comfort Advisor) are total professionals! The job took about 6 hours. Everyone communicated well and my new unit was installed effortlessly. They covered my carpet so that they wouldn’t track dirt everywhere and used booties for their shoes. What I really liked was that everyone double-checked all their work and made sure it was perfect. I give them 5 stars for their professionalism, courtesy and communication.!!!!UPDATE!!!!Its been 4 years and the system is running like a beast! Today is 7/6/2023, Im adding this additional information about the 2X a year annual (summer and winter) check. My wife and I joined the Champion AC & Plumbing Shield Membership (Thank you to Amy Abernethy!) Awesome deal!!!Frank Barbera, Certified Technician completed the maintenance check and did a fantastic job! Frank is professional, courteous and very prompt.I received my invoice which included detailed information, including pictures of my AC outdoor unit with the readings on the tools Frank used and a check off sheet showing what was completed. Love this!!!!!!!!!UPDATE!!!!!!!!Today was my winter check up and the certified technician Osmin Orellana came out and did an exceptional job!! Champion came in clutch! AC went out 8pm at night and we called them the minute they opened and the lady on the phone was very nice. They sent Bill who showed up just after 8am and was super nice and kind and explained absolutely everything to us. My wife was there in person and had me on speaker phone and he answered any and all questions with no problem. He diagnosed our issue and had our AC up and running by 9am. Easy fix and even educated us on how to maintain and treat small issues that may arise. Would recommend Bill to anyone, great guy. Thanks Champion! You saved us and allowed the wife to sleep peacefully during the day so she could get rest for her night shift at the hospital.

Fantastic response time and service by Thomas A. for an emergency-level problem: plumbing leak on the city inlet line in our front yard causing a small fountain flooding the yard. We received emergency response time by virtue of our service contract with Champion and they were here within an hour. Thomas dug a hole in our yard, found the cracked PVC, replaced a section with better quality PEX, pressure tested for no further leaks, filled the hole, and we had the water back on within 4 hours of the initial call (including a trip across town for some special parts for our “special” plumbing). Thomas was a great guy and very professional. Great job!

Was I in a full blown panic and thought I’d have to sell my house? Yes. Does their name of being Champions live up to the hype? If anything it undersells them. AJ came to my place same day in his shining white horse of a van and literally saved the day. My toilet has never flushed more gently and better. There’s no more water leaking anywhere, and I’m pretty sure he also made my cats happier somehow. Champion plumbing is the place for your plumb needs!

Because my AC unit froze up we had to wait for it to thaw and once it was thawed the other tech came & did the diagnostics. They arrived on time, worked in a hot attic and outside on a day when highs were around 106 with a great attitude and no complaints and successfully removed my old system and installed a new one. They were very careful, removing paintings on the wall they were concerned they might hit, rehung them after installation and cleaned up extremely well when they were finished. They made sure the system was operating well before leaving and showed me the basic way they set up the thermostat. The only thing they were not able to do is to help with the complete set up of the thermostat options to my preferences, referring me to the manual. I hope this business offers someone who can come out and help me set up the thermostat so I can enjoy all the features offered by this great new system as I am not technically savvy. Great experience overall!

To get to the root of the problem (pun intended), Champion then arranged for a camera inspection of pipes. As the pipes to street are 50+ years old, camera confirmed we tree root incursion. So we worked with expert plumber Matej to devise a plan for lining the pipes with minimal disruption. The plumbing team was professional and throughly explained all aspects of the job. We just a had a great experience with Champion AC and Plumbing. Our HVac unit was on its last leg so we decided to upgrade to a new heat pump system before the summer heatwave came. Alex Atkins was phenomenal throughout the whole process. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the various options that we had and was great at helping us to decide exactly what system would work best with our house. The removal of the old unit and installation of the new unit were a breeze and the whole crew, especially Long and Adam were very helpful and respectful of our home. After the installation they came back the next day to tweak the system to make sure it was running to its optimal standards and I have to say we have noticed a considerable difference in air flow and comfort in just a few short days. I really appreciate the time and effort Jorge put into ensuring my air conditioner is ready for the summer months ahead. He kept me abreast while conducting his insurrection, and made preventative recommendations to help extend the overall health of my unit. The last time I had a company come out and conduct an inspection as a part of a maintenance plan the guy told me I urgently needed to get a while new unit because i had a massive freon leak. Thank goodness I got second opinion. That was over 5 years ago. I am definitely getting my moneys worthy from Champion AC and Plumbings Annual Maintenance Plan!!! Angel was super wonderful and helpful! We called in the AM and he came out around 2:00 pm. Diagnosed the problem, gave us advice on continuing to maintain and we were up and running by 3:00! He was also very kind, polite and knowledgeable!One piece that has room for improvement is the after hours emergency line- we called the previous night bc our hvac was leaking and the water had collected causing water damage. We spoke with a woman on the phone who took all of our information and told us we would receive a call back that evening. My fiancé waited up, but no call came. Around 10:00 am the next morning we still had not heard anything, so I called the main line. They were great and super responsive- but if we had waited for the emergency line to get back to us, we’d still be without AC. So- recommendation- call during open hours.

2025 FebHad one of my toilets start gurgling and bubbling when sink or tub was used. The issue was unrelated to the work done last year. The plumber ended up pulling the toilet off to find a bunch of black stuff in the toilet drain. He cleared the line with an auger then reseated the toilet. Two days later another plumber came out with a camera to check the line and verified that it is clear. Am glad they fixed it because this bathroom was out of service.2024 MayMatt and crew were here on time on Monday, May 10, 2024 to be ready for the inspection needed to complete the job at our house. All was well except somewhat of a missed communication or unmanaged expectation of what would happen after the inspector was here and completed the inspection. The inspector was scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Of course the inspector arrived around 11:30 a.m. pushing it to the almost the end of the 4-hour window. Once that happened, and Champion was notified, we believe there could have been more specific communication to us as to when someone would be back to unblock the drain. We understand that Mat and crew could not wait around here all that time, but it would have been nice to be informed as to the ETA of when someone would be sent back to our house. This resulted in 2 or 3 phone calls to your Customer Service line. One of the responses to this situation was that someone would be back to the house on Monday afternoon, or if they weren’t, then they would be back on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. That response was unacceptable as the pipe was still blocked from the inspection which put our toilet out of commission. Around 1:30 p.m we were informed someone would be back on Monday afternoon to unblock the drain. As of 3:30 p.m. no one had showed up - resulting in another call. Issue was finally resolved when Noah came back to our house around 4:00 to complete the unblocking of the drain. Other than that and a couple of corrections to the invoice on this over $10,000 job, we are really satisfied with Champion’s past service and this job. The crew finished up yesterday filling the hole back up. Thank you to everyone involved.

Although I can’t say enough good about Alex and the HVAC services he provides, I certainly do not have the same “warm fuzzy” feelings about the Plumbing side of Champion.
