    I had an amazing experience with Carstar Bass collision and i want to specifically mention John Reyes, who was extremely attentive and respectful throughout the entire visit.     Carstar Bass Collision provided 5 Star service from beginning to end. My only complaint is that this gem of an auto repair shop is not on every A-list. They took all of the stress, making this the most pleasant collision experience I have ever had.Jason picked my car up from the house which was such a a blessing because was dealing with an illness. The estimate was submitted to the insurance company and repairs began very quickly. I was thrilled that my car repairs were completed ahead of schedule. They even made arrangements to return my rental car.But more than being satisfied with the repair job, the staff cared for me as a person. The showed concern for me and my health. Noelia is genuinely a compassionate person.I would definitely recommend Carstar Bass Collision for all of your auto body repair needs.

    CarStar Collision provided the best repair process I’ve ever experienced. They did an impeccable job on the repair and helped me with everything along the way. They gave me constant updates on the repair process, helped communicate with my rental and insurance agencies during the process, and even provided me with pictures of the finished repair job once it was complete. John was awesome and went above and beyond to help make the process extremely easy and stress free. I recommend everyone in the area to visit them if you need repairs on your vehicle.     I would definitely highly recommend CARSTAR BASS COLLISION they did an amazing job repairing my car and in such a professional manner and timely manner also. My car got hit from behind on the 45 south into another car. So I had front and back damages, but mainly to the front, they were able to keep me updated day by day with the process and informed me throughout the entire process. definetly a 5 star shop and thank you John whom is very knowledgeable and help me and they was also able to provide Me with a courtesy rental while my car was bring repaired which help saved me alot of money. also, again, I would recommend them. Trust me its worth it. This is the 1st repair shop I didnt have to call after I dropped off my car because by the time I checked my phone I was informed which stages they were with the car. it was such a smooth transaction. I didnt once speak to my insurance adjuster or needed to call them.     Brought in my vehicle for repair to the rear. The teams was awesome, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They clearly explained to me what was done and why. During the process I received text messages so I never had to call or wonder what was going on with my vehicle. They’re great!!! I will use again if needed ( hope I don’t). Lol!!!     I was shopping around for an Auto Repair Shop in order to repair my vehicles damage from a car collision. I discovered BASS COLLISION, where I was informed and assisted with my issue by John (Manager). I was given a quote from John for a reasonable amount, and the service did not disappoint. John was able to work with my schedule and kept in contact with me about the service.He was able to provide a loaner car for transportation needs while my vehicle was being serviced.     Nightmare situation turn into amazing experience. I had big issues with my brakes and did not know what to expect with my vehicle. Decided to bring my truck in to see what can be done. From start to finish was a great experience. I was greeted attentively and polite by Noelia. Marie, who helped me through the whole process is amazing. From her knowledge, communication and focus was spot on. She walked me through my issues, gave me options to decide what to do and communicated progess throughout the whole repair. Even the owner came out to take a look and explained the issues clearly for me. Overall my total reapir was 2 days in total. Fast service, great customer service, fair pricing. Great company to do business with and you have earned a new customer.

    Carstar Bass Collision has exceeded all expectations when having to deal with a collision shop in the first place. You dont just need to look at my review. Their reviews are what drew us to them in the first place. They are Farmers insurance certified.I will start with John. The way he explained the process to me and my wife was 5 stars in itself. He sent pictures every week detailing the progress. We had a hiccup with the delivery of some parts. So that put our delivery date behind schedule. But he made sure to keep in constant communication and let us know what was going on.When we did get the call to come in and pick up our vehicle, my wife was very happy with the way Noelia helped her with all paperwork that was needed.I have brought 2 more vehicles for quick jobs the last 2 days. Vidal and the team in back have taken care of both vehicles in less than an hour on both occasions. Talk about efficiency.     I recently had my son’s car repaired at CAR STAR BASS COLLISION, the experience from beginning to end was amazing. This location was completely out of my way, but they went above and beyond to stay open until I could get there. They updated me frequently with updates to the car. When it was time for pickup they arranged a way to get the rental car back for me. Definitely 5 star service!!!

    When I got into a wreck a few weeks ago my FJ took a beating. My son Wyatt hated seeing his baby hurt, so I needed to take him to a shop that would fix it right, and in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised by my buddy Sam Noor’s recommendation to his affiliate, also Sam, at Bass Collision.They came to pick my truck up from home, and came out to the car rental location to pick me up when my truck was ready.Not only did Bass perform the repairs as promised, they did it right on time, and the quality of work was top notch. I don’t know if you’ve ever seen ten-year-old, sun-damaged yellow paint; but they managed to blend, and paint-match all the panels. Wyatt saw his truck come home today, and made me take him outside so he could listen to music in his truck. :)5/5

    I had an excellent experience with CARSTAR . When I dropped of my vehicle they were quick and efficient. They went over everything with me and even dropped me off at the car rental office. I was kept in the loop everyday about my vehicle except on weekends because they are closed. They gave me a date when my vehicle will be ready and I received it on that day. When I received my vehicle I was so impressed with how it came out. I really felt like I was in a new vehicle . It was cleaned and buffed to perfection. It even smelled like a new car.     I called to inquire about obtaining an estimate and Noellia was very patient with me, she explained the process and put me in touch with John. After speaking with John I was able to get my car in the very next day to begin repairs.     If I could give this facility more then 5 stars I most definitely would, I’ve had to use their facility for an accident I had In April and theCare that I have had has been outstanding, from the Receptionist Noelia being so professional, informative and kind to Joson Hill who is the one I have been communicating back and forth with constantly he is outstanding and extremely knowledgeable at what he does. The Manager was great as well! the owner/ Boss Nelson Ramos went out of his way to make my experience a great one! After my accident by picking up my crashed vehicle, picking up my keys from my work place and making sure I was feeling ok after that accident.This place is definitely a great place and a place I recommend this facility for everyone they make you feel comfortable in your hardest times.

    This place is awesome. Beat Maacos price by a lot. I got rear ended by someone with no insurance and had to pay for my own vehicle to be fixed. They went above and beyond. I took them parts and even without paying or asking they installed them when I came to pick them up. Very quick turnaround. I will refer everyone I know and will be back when I need more paint.

    I was very pleased with my service. My Jeep Cherokee was brought in and I was so sad because I thought I was gonna be without my only form of transportation for a long time due to me hitting something and John Reyes made sure I had my car back with in two weeks in one piece and in great condition, my car looked better than before.     We did a lot of research for an Auto Body Repair shop prior to taking our car in for bodywork. Based on the numerous 5-star reviews on Google, we ended up taking our 2022 Acura RDX to John Reyes at CarStar Bass Collision in December 2023. John Reyes was fantastic to work with from our first meeting to our last. Our 2022 Acura RDX was like brand new and was involved in a very bizarre accident sitting in a relative’s carport. John Reyes was very understanding and super responsive throughout the entire process. He always kept us up to date on the status of our vehicle. Upon picking up our repaired vehicle, I was very impressed with the amount of detail afforded us (by CarStar) – the car looked better than new (…and I’m very picky). I can say that the entire team went above and beyond what was expected. I’ll have to say that working with John Reyes at CarStar Bass Collision was the most wonderful customer service I have experienced while living here in Houston TX.     Referred here by my insurance company after an accident . I Took my car here and was greeted by one of the managers John. John was very straight forward and transparent about the whole process and they even to drop me off at a near by car rental. After a week and a half my car was fixed up and looks brand new, when I saw it again for the first time I didn’t even realize it was my car the interior was cleaned non of the things I left behind was taken and my car is running great.

    As a general rule always, do your homework when selecting an auto repair body shop. This location was qualified by State Farm claims “Repair Assistant”. Ensure the location has mechanics or master techs who are certified to work on your vehicle e.g., Lexus Certified. Without certification the mechanic may not be aware of how to resolve technical nuances with your vehicle and could miss critical details. Confirm how your insurance company instructs you to pay your deductible e.g., by credit or debit card to the auto collision body shop or the insurance company. Always evaluate the repair using pictures or online data as a standard for comparison. Be vigilant so you are not disappointed by unintended consequences, after all it is your car.That said, the leadership team at CarStar Bass Collison provide great customer service!!! The manager, John, has a lot of industry knowledge and provides excellent follow up and attention to detail. I felt my car’s operations were brought back to functioning order and it looked better than it did prior to the damage.     I cannot say enough good things about Bass. My wife was in an accident, and the tow truck driver was a bit pushy about going to Bass. We anticipated the car to be totaled, so it didnt really matter in the moment.
