Marcus showed up the following morning, didnt have the part our unit needed, but provided a temporary fix to get us through while the part arrived.     Through no fault of their own, it took a week to get our heater fixed. The part needed took 3-5 working days to get the part. Of course, it was a holiday weekend so it was delayed. The following week, the part arrived on a Tuesday and Marcus came out after dark that night and got the heat going rather quickly. Very pleasant fellow. Will use them again. In fact, my SIL needs their services so we’ll be calling soon.

    My experience with Carlsbad Heating and Cooling has ranged over the last two years and has been positive. This very windy and gusty January day, they installed a new HVAC unit to replace my almost 25 year old which given out. From ordering to installation- less than two weeks! Sean and his team were on time and completed the install on my roof in less than 4 hours. From the initial meeting Sean explained the process and alerted me what to expect. On install day, it was quite the production and they met every challenge, including constantly recovering wind toppled tools and items off the roof! Loving the new unit! Thank you Sean, Marcus, and the rest of your team in making this a stressful free process from beginning to end!

    We.have been using Marcus for the last 3 years and we have always been happyWe installed a new HVAC and Marcus was going to add vents in the kitchenand the great room. We have always had issues wth being comfortable in our house, too cold in the winter and to hot in the summer. We decide to have the ducting in the kitchen and great room replaced and we are so glad we did. The ducting was very old, but it was done wrong and took Marcus and.his assistant many more hours than was planned.The ducting should have been a straight shot, but it curved and had the wrong size ducting. It was a mess, but once Marcus and his assistant were done our house properly heats and couldnt and you can actual feel the flow from the vent which we couldnt do before. We need to have more ducting checked and probably replaced.We called a couple of places to inquire about purchasing and installing a REME Halo LED and Carlsbad Cooling & Heating knew what we were talking about.  They came out to look at our downdraft system and then sent us a quote.  Marcus also talked about putting in a water cutoff valve on the system in the house and only charged us for the part because he was already working on our system.  Then when he was under the house he found one of our lines was leaking air so he tapped it up, and they noticed one of our lines in the house wasnt insulated enough so they reinsulated and taped it up. The way our system is installed makes it difficult to work under the house where they had to install the Halo. We were very happy with the job that was done and the attention to detail.  We highly recommend Carlsbad Cooling & Heating.

    Marcus has never, ever let us down in the 10 years we have used his services. He just recently fixed our heater that went out in the middle of the night when it was 12 degrees outside.     Excellent customer service! Very good communication from the first call to a scheduled service call within a few hours. Marcus worked late providing emergency heating service so our tenants would be warm. He also mentioned the two children in the home which reflected he really cares.

    If you need anything done to your heater or A/C, I HIGHLY recommend using Carlsbad heating and cooling! I called them late during their business hours one day and they got to me the next day. Marcus was very thorough and even showed me how everything worked and even showed me what the problem was! He gave me options to save money so he definitely puts his customers before him! He was very knowledgeable and affordable! I plan on using him in the future for now on and you should too!

    So pleased by the prompt service! Our heater wasnt working on the first cold day of the season. Its supposed to freeze tonight, and we were worried we would be freezing as well.     Marcus and Larry were OUTSTANDING. We had a weird problem and they took the time to get to the bottom of it. Turns out a large part of the issue was because my thermostat is Vivint and connected to my security system. Marcus waited 20 minutes on hold to speak to them and got the settings correct. Anyone else in this town likely would have said to call Vivint and have them deal with it.Marcus took the time to explain what is needed to improve my system and didn’t try to ram unneeded parts/service down my throat.Will definitely use them again!

    Our A/C went out over the weekend, the heat wave was in full swing. The temperature Inside our house was 95 degrees. Miles(owner) got our A/C fixed in 45 minutes. We talked and he explained everything that was fixed. Hopefully wont need it, but will definitely use again.

    Hands down Best a/c repair in town we had are ac and forced unit not working properly for years it was hot in the summer and we used a wood stove for the winter we had three company’s in Carlsbad try to fix the unit and no one could Marcus came and fixed the ac and the heater first try
