    The technician, Cristina Peralta, came out to check the air conditioner unit at my townhouse and found the leak on the coil. Despite of over a 100 degree upon the attic. Cristina was working tirelessly to replace the coil. The Brothers Air Conditionin, both Joe brothers were very flexible and willing to help me by installing the coil as early as possible because there was 86 degrees inside the house with other 3 children. The price of their labor and installing the freon for the air conditioner operates back to normal was very reasonable compared to other air conditioner company. Thank you for taking care me today and I will call you again in the future.

    Brothers is the best and most efficient air conditioning company that I have used for 20 years. When I need my air conditioning fixed because it was freezing up continuously they fixed the problem within a day of calling. When it started leaking water from my condenser area they were here within the hour to fix the problem. I have always appreciated their open and honesty policy and fixing the problems same day.     Last month, I requested Brothers Air come and perform some routine maintenance on my A/C (it was performing well, but I realized Id missed the maintenance for a couple years and wanted a professional to do it.) Kevin Krech was scheduled to come out - the morning of, I got a call from the operator who asked if my appointment could be bumped back for a couple hours while the technician helped an elderly customer whose A/C was completely out. Knowing mine wasnt an emergency, I was happy to allow a schedule slip. Kevin still made it out that morning and was done before noon! To me, even calling to ask for a reschedule shows that Brothers Air really cares about their customers. I signed up for recurring maintenance - Ill be a customer for a while!

    Called on Sunday evening because my outside unit had quit. Couldnt get a crew out until Monday, but the weather was actually cool for July so that was lucky. Kevin was right on time, quickly figured out the problem. He was very personable, too, and didnt mind me watching and asking questions. Fixed the problem efficiently and for a reasonable price.     I was having trouble with different rooms in my house being different temperatures. The team at Brothers came out quickly, found the problem, and resolved it all within about an hour. Their technician cleaned up from the work he performed, and even took care to be extra quiet working near the nursery while the baby was sleeping.     Brothers Air Conditioning sets the standard in the residential A/C industry for service! They replaced my 22 year old system that the home builder jammed in the attic and hap-hazardly had the electrical wiring, ducting, and drain systems in a mess. It was no wonder that my electrical bills had been so high! They took extra care to ensure that my A/C, ducting, electrical, and drain systems were back to standards and working as efficiently as possible.     Brothers Air Conditioning is amazing! My ac unit quit in June and I got a couple quotes for repairs/replacement. This company was so easy to work with. JD helped me through the process of deciding to get a new unit outside and not starting over with an entire system like the other companys wanted me to do. They came out to help me as soon as they could as the temps were over 100 degrees. JD even offered to bring me a portable ac unit until they could do the install. They even called to check on me a week later. I highly recommend this company. Thank you guys!

    Joe was very professional, polite and knowledgeable from the start and kept his word throughout the whole process of installing 2 new AC units. He worked with our schedule. He was very accommodating with our requests and his cost was better than anyone else in the market. The units work very well. I would recommend him and his company without any reservations and will probably have him help us in the future. I am currently at work and cannot add photos but will mention that the units look very neat and were installed in a clean organized manner.

    A lot of people in this industry try to take advantage of how little people know about HVAC by trying to sell you a brand new unit even if you may only need something small to be fixed for a lot cheaper. These guys helped me with my minor repair and did not upcharge me one bit. I won’t use anyone else but Brothers going forward. They were great.

    After many AC companies telling me my compressor was bad and I needed a new AC unit. I called Brothers AC and Kevin with 21 years of experience with the company came out and diagnosed that the problem was a blower fan was bad in the furnace and causing the compressor to shut down. It was replaced this morning and the system works like a champ!! I went from having to pay a ton of money for a new unit to minimal for a blower fan. Awesome experience.

    Called them when our old a/c stopped cooling after having our roof replaced. Christian came out and discovered our coolant had leaked out due to a roofing nail puncture in a copper line. The roofing company had their own a/c contractors come out and repair that but a few weeks later our a/c stopped cooling again. Christian came back and said we had something restricting the coolant and it was probably in one of two places but either of those places was going to be expensive to fix so we decided to just replace our a/c rather than chase that problem or do any more finger pointing. After talking with Joe, we decided our gas furnace didnt need replacing since its working well -- we appreciated he didnt try to tell us we needed the entire system replaced. They scheduled us next day and Christian and Eliseo showed up early and worked hard all day to get us installed and up and running before 5pm. They were professional and cleaned up when they were done. We are so happy to have found an HVAC company we can trust.We also had Christian out on a service call for our sons newly purchase home built in 1959 -- he checked out the a/c system, corrected some duct work in the attic area, told us everything looked good. At least we know that part of his home should not give him problems. We highly recommend Brothers for your HVAC needs.

    I was quoted for thousands by another company to fix my AC which would have left me and my family doomed to suffer without AC.     I called several places for quotes. We were told we needed a whole new unit, and it would cost us $10,000 for one. I knew that couldnt be right, so I called Brothers AC & Heating. Joe was so helpful and he knew based off what I was telling him was going on things didnt sound right from what we were told by the other companies. He didnt bash them, he just said Ill have one of my guys come check you out first thing in the morning. I didnt think he literally meant first thing in the morning, but Brothers AC was knocking on my door at 8:30. I believe his name was Christian (the tech), and he was very professional. It was raining. I felt bad for him, but he went to work like it didnt bother him at all. He had a very positive attitude, and thats so important bc we are already frustrated and hot as is! He was out there maybe 30 minutes or so and came back to tell me it was my run compacitor (sp) that needed to be replaced. He said the unit is still in good condition. I just needed to clean the back of it off, he replaced that, and other then that it was is good condition! So they literally saved us over $9,000. Our out of pocket went from $10,000 (the price from the other company) to just a couple of hundred thanks to Brothers taking the time out to care! I will always recommend them!
