Wow! Matt and his team are amazing! I had an old unit that was cooling off and on but certainly not maintaining the set temp in our second story. Matt was very responsive, professional, and customer oriented. After trouble shooting the unit the recommendation was to replace the condenser and coil. Never fun to hear but he was right and provided fair price. The install was clean, my house was left in the order it was before the crew arrived, and now we have a nice and cool upstairs. Blowin Cold is amazing! Last night our pan in the attic started leaking into our bathroom. I messaged them to see if they could come today to fix the issue. They showed up this morning to fix it and there was a wire in the attic under a board that was stepped on while doing the clean out. It caused some issues in the control panel and the technician was so honest. He told us about it and fixed it all without charging any extra! I’m not sure any other company would have done that! I will always use them! Don’t hesitate to call if you have A/C issues!!

Our evaporator coil went out recently. We got three estimates and Blowin Cold was the cheapest estimate we received. My family was out of pocket a couple of weeks ago and my A/C stopped cooling. My cousin told me to call Matthew LeDoux at Blowin’ Cold because he was absolutely trustworthy, and I just knew because of the age of my unit that it was going to be a goner. He had a full schedule but still made a run by my house in Katy not long after I called. He was up in the attic, then outside, and so efficient! He found a valve leaking freon and was able to get that stopped and then recharged my unit and had me cooling down in no time. I was so thankful, and he was so kind to come over so quickly and make sure I was ok. I highly recommend Matthew and Blowin’ Cold for anything relating to air conditioning! Thank you sir!

I called Matt late in the evening because my AC has stopped blowing. I don’t think I need to tell anyone living in Houston that it was 108° outside. Matt came to the house wearing a superman cape and and flew into my 130° attic and was able to get my AC working in less than 15 minutes. This is the second time I have used this company and from now on this will be the only company I use. Matt was a straight shooter and I feel That he was a true professional and that his prices were more than fair.

My 5 year old AC stopped working. I didnt trust the guy who installed it because I felt it shouldnt have broken so soon. Matthew came highly recommended from people I trust. He immediately came over and to check it out. It was going to take a day or two for the compressor to come in because it was under warranty so it had to be a certain one. He was so sweet that he went to his house and brought back a window unit so my family could stay cool. It was a hot summer when it went out. Now its cold outside. Guess what new furnace would not start. Called Matthew. He came over in 15 minutes in between his other calls and fixed in like 15 minutes. Since it was a loose wire he didnt charge me but like who does that anymore. He is truly a sweet guy whom you can trust. He even gave me two packages of deer sausage. Eating it over Thanksgiving. I wholeheartedly recommend .

I had a new A/C Unit installed in my house 8 or 9 months ago. I have had to call them 4x to fix issues. 2 weeks ago, the unit stopped cooling and I contacted them to no avail. So, I looked at all the recommendations online and found Matthew with Blowin’ Cold A/C. I made an appointment with him, but the original company finally returned my call, so I cancelled with him. They came out and ran the water hose on my unit and told me I need to make my return bigger since it is a bigger unit that was installed and the cost would be an extra $100, and she charged me a $65 trip charge. They also told me because I keep my A/C so low I am the problem, and if I didn’t believe her to get a second opinion. On top of that she charged me a $65 trip charge. I contacted Matthew with Blowin’ Cold A/C. He came and immediately realized one of the problems. I had a brand-new unit with no freon in it. He serviced my unit for me and told me don’t worry about payment GOD brought you to me. Words can’t describe how incredibly full, moved and grateful I felt because Matthew was correct. We wake up every day and just go about our lives like nothing, not knowing the impact we may have on someone’s life and when you run across people like Matthew from Blowin’ Cold A/C we must protect him. We must cover him. We must pray for him and his family daily because he is out here making a difference in other people’s lives being a superhero. This field of business is his calling. So, if anyone asks for a recommendation my vote would be Matthew with Blowin’ Cold A/C.

So happy! I called Blowin Cold on a Tuesday, mid-morning, and within a couple of hours he was at the house inspecting the unit and figuring out the issues (right before a storm blew in, I might add). Easy to see why this company has a constant 5 star rating. Amazing and quick customer service. Matt was polite, honest, and accommodating. Our outside AC unit died last night, in the middle of a Houston summer. Called a couple of other places first thing this morning, one didnt answer or call back, the other couldnt get here until tomorrow. With two little boys at home with me, I was so thrilled when Matt actually answered the phone and then scheduled to come out the same day. He was to come out early afternoon, but then called an hour or so later and said he was between jobs and was able to stop by sooner if we were available. Within a matter of 4 hours, Matt and his amazing team came out to inspect and completely replace the entire outside unit. He talked through everything with me to make sure I understood all the components of the job. He even asked to make sure the old unit wasnt still under warranty, something most people forget to check. The house is now cooling down and I am so appreciative of Matt and his team for such awesome service and quick turnaround.

I can assure you that Blowin Cold AC will have our business as long as were both around.Today we were having an issue with our A/C running but not cooling. I called Matthew and he was at my door within 20 minutes (maybe less). He checked everything that needed to be checked and was able to narrow down the issue to one of two things. Fortunately, one of those is user error so that can be easily fixed (first-time homeowner here!). The other may not even be an issue, so well see.He topped off our coolant and I offered to pay him for his time, but he refused. We had one HVAC system not working. Used a large local company in Katy to trouble shoot the problem. Two days, two technicians, 7 hours and 8 different quotes later we still did not have the problem fixed. All they did was push one ‘solution’ after the other that ranged from replacing the evaporator coil (which had no issues), to preventatively replace the capacitor, to clean out the entire system, and finally to replace not only one unit BUT both units at 36K! It was incredible and at times comical to see the technicians push “hard” to sell you anything and everything BUT fix the problem. “Sir, but your system is 11 years old, you should just as well replace it now and not spend more money that is only a temporary fix”. To say that they were using the time at our house to try and scare us to death with every sales tactic in the book will not be an overstatement. Then came the price tag. We run a business so understand overheads but what they were charging at least 800% above market value and then they dropped the “COVID changed everything in the pricing game Sir!”. We finally stopped the whole thing in its tracks and said..out! Since then we received 11 e-mails and 4 phone calls, one at 9pm.We finally found Matthew Le Doux from Blowin’ Cold AC. Called him and he was here first thing in the morning. Found the issue in 25 minutes and had it fix in about an hour. Did not push a thing, did not bs about anything. Did his thing and was in and out without making us feel like HVAC Armageddon was around the corner. Bourne and raised in Katy, God fearing family man, with morals, honor and respect. Why look any further Katy? Support this dude. He will make you proud.

My father owns an A/C business several hours from this area. I know the industry fairly well, and Blowin Cold is a top tier great company! When I need A/C work in Katy, Blowin Cold is who I use. I first learned of them from a referral when I was out of town, and my family was home with a broken AC. Matthew came to my house after hours, fixed the unit, and charged us fairly. A few year later I needed to replace my outside unit. Matthew quoted a new system working with us to replace the system incrementally in stages to fit our budget. I checked his prices with wholesale cost intel from my family. His prices are very fair. The next year I replaced my inside unit. I’ve been thrilled with the quality of equipment (RUUD) and the installation service provided by Blowin Cold. Thank you!

Best AC service company I have ever used. They are super honest, give you options, willing to work with you, and do phenomenal work. I have used them for my semi annual maintenance on my 2 AC and heater units for years. They also completely redid my downstairs AC system inside and out including the outside unit and everything from the plenum to the return. They were significantantly less than the other three quotes the I received from other companies. They also caught a leak and installed a new float switch and drip tray on my other unit during the install and didnt charge me anything but the parts since they were already doing the other work. I have recommended them to a few businesses and friends and I have heard good feedback from everyone I have referred.

Best customer service I’ve ever received. Both Air Conditioners went down on Saturday of the long weekend. They showed up right away and got the one going. The other one was 24 years old and toast. They had a new one installed on the Monday of the long weekend at a very reasonable price. Every worker that was here was hard working and polite. Ended up getting their number from a friend who was flooded in Harvey that highly recommended him. Will always be my first call for ac issues.

Our 18 year old upstairs AC unit stopped working on a hot summer Thursday night. Due to its age, I assumed I’d at least be in for a huge repair bill or more likely a whole new AC. Friday morning I called Blowin Cold A/C and a couple of hours later they arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed for just $125. They took the time to explain what went wrong and how they fixed it, and even topped up the freon, no extra charge. Before lunch time our ancient A/C was Blowin Cold again.
