    Wonderful company to work with! Responded in a timely manner, were able to come out and do an estimate and then get the work done shortly after.     I had A/C issues and called last night and Blaine’s had there guy out first thing this morning and fixed the problem and got me back going with my air conditioning and the guy was professional and kind. Much appreciated as I’ve been going threw a lot lately dealing with my spouse in the hospital the last 3 weeks with brain damage I can’t say thank you guys enough for the fast help of fixing my A/C!

    Our AC went out in the early hours of the morning and I called Blains as soon as it went out. That next morning I got a call around 7 and they were here by 9:15. Not to mention this is on a Saturday. The technician was great and fixed our AC no problem. Exceptional work and customer service. We have had nothing but great experiences with them.     A real neighborly and professional family business that took care of replacing our Mothers old heat pump system. We live out of state and were visiting when we discovered that her A/C was not working. We contacted Blain and their service technicians were prompt in showing up, troubleshooting the system, and determining what options we had available to deal with the old unit.We determined that we needed to replace the unit and shopped around. We found that Blains cost was very competitive and their finance options were very good. After meeting with Scott and hearing all their options for a new system and the financing in their office we went with the 12 months same as cash option. I enjoyed meeting and working with Scott and knew that our mother would be treated like family when they installed her new system.We had to leave for home one day before the installation was done. I just got off the phone with Mom and just as I expected, Blain Service treated her like she was family. She was impressed by their cleanliness, manners, professionalism and the final product - her new heating and air conditioning system.     As an architect, Im extremely picky on the professionals I hire to do work for me. Blain Services met and exceeded my expectations. I had an old AC unit freeze up and cause water damage in my building. They promptly got me a quote with options and kept me updated while they waited for the order to arrive. Installation was on top and very professionally done. The amount of communication throughout was what I really liked.     Simply wont find a company with more integrity and exceptional customer service. Blain rescued us from a company that replaced two AC units incorrectly which left us with no freon in 100 degree heat and then promptly went out of business.     Had a air flow coil go bad 1month out of warranty 2000,no help from original installation company.Called several a/c companies was quoted 2k ,Steve said they would do it for half the price.Decided to purchase new system (American Standard).Said he could have it installed Thursday,hoped I could get it We’d, 730 we’d arrived to install now my husband and I will sleep comfortably tonight! Installer never took a break stayed with it all day.I normally don’t write reviews (take them with a grain of salt)If they live up to warranty of service will definitely use them again,if not will let you know.
