    Expert maintenance service with above and beyond customer service. After attempting to use our Home Warranty and having them send 3 vendors who were not qualified to work our system I decided to give him a call. Having worked with this company in the past I knew they should have been my first call. Quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, ordered and picked up our warrantied items and installed under an hour. Cannot thank this company enough.

    A friend down the street called me and had another A/C company working on their unit and were having some issues with the fan motor. Adam came over and helped the other guy find and fix the issue. This man instead of talking bad or judging took time out his night and helped this guy for free to find the issue and get the Ac back up and running. Highly recommend them for any AC issues your having.

    Midday on Friday of Father’s Day weekend and our 2.5 year old TempStar A/C unit (installed by another company) isn’t working and we have a house full of relatives visiting. My husband calls Adam and he has it fixed later the same day, having to replace the under warranty compressor. You just CANNOT get better customer service!! Simply THE BEST!!

    My husband and I strongly suggest B- Strong Air. We bought our house in 2023 and have had problems during the hot summers. Are coils would freeze up or the unit would not keep up with cooling our home. Weve had three companies come out and never figure out the problem... until B- Stong Air. They took their time and evaluated everything they could. We finally have amazing air flow through the house that keeps up in the heat of the summer and no problems with coils freezing up.

    We had an install done last year with warranty & service as needed. In between the heavy rains & false summer of mid March the system decided to freeze over with a clogged TXV. Adam & Kristen were onsite within 24 hrs, performed multiple tests to determine the root cause of the problem, rule out any further causes, and had parts on hand to execute the repair. No service call fee, only parts/ materials. Amazing service from Great providers. They are all about customer service & making sure people are taken care of quickly, efficiently, and without excess cost to residents.ADDED ITEM - Mid May storms caused a few momentary power losses. System blower tripped its breaker (unknown to us) and rest of system tried to function, resulting in freeze over. Found the issue & contacted Adam w photo of frozen condenser. Via text distance support we answered a few questions & followed their guidance - and it Restored the system without issue. Distance Support WIN!!

    Recently had Adam Mc Bstrongair come out for an AC not getting down to temp. I called them in the evening expecting to schedule a few days out, instead they came that same night and discovered a leak in the coil of the attic unit. He even took me up there with the device so I could see it for myself. Got it filled with refrigerant so it would still be able to get cold while waiting on the parts. Came back and installed a new AC yesterday and all is well. The difference I saw with this company and other AC companies is they’re willing to show you what’s wrong and explain it in a way that’s easy to understand for people that have no technical background in AC’s which for me removed all the fear of being taken advantage of. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone that is having AC issues.

    Great quality service with very fair pricing! Arrived when they said they would (at 7:30 pm on a Sunday!) and had me fixed in no time. I highly recommend this husband and wife team for any A/C needs.

    My moms AC went out this past Saturday afternoon. She tried to wait until Monday to avoid a costly weekend call but it got too hot. We started calling Sunday morning with not much luck. I remember seeing a positive review on the China Spring neighborhood page about someone local who did some weekend work - found it was B-Strong and gave them a call at 8:30 Sunday morning. By 10:15 am several major parts were replaced/repaired and her unit was cooling again. Adam and his lovely wife were so personable and kind to my mom and to top it off were very reasonably priced. The invoice was incredibly detailed so you knew exactly what had been done. Definitely gained a fan in my mom and me as a client for how wonderfully you took care of her.

    Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Best service I have ever had and nicest people. They worked until almost 11PM to install my new system, and stayed until everything was up and running. If you need service done on your AC system you will not regret calling B Strong Air LLC.

    Called Adam at 8:00 pm and I live in the sticks! He was here by 9:00pm and fixed my ac unit with no problem. It’s very hard to get good service, especially where I live. I can’t thank him enough, he has a loyal customer for life.

    We had an out of periodicity HVAC compressor cooling unit that had others look at it. It was recharged early in the year and then 7weeks later. No HVAC company would respond until I found Adam & Kirsten of BStrong Air. Highly responsive- they came out, diagnosed the problem & FOUND the leak others said did not exist. They charged the unit, making life in 110° bearable, and ordered parts that day. Parts arrived within 72 hours and they were right back here to execute the replacement, clean the outside coil unit, verify cooler temps at multiple areas of the house, and ensure the rest of the system was fully operable.They are hard chargers without Hard Charging their clientele. There is also the warranty and service provided. Any issues in the next year, they take care of it, including Any refrigerant issues. They have gained a customer for Life.

    Adam with B-Strong Air really came through for me and my family during one of the more difficult times personal of loss we have experienced in years. And in the midst of it all, during a dangerous heat wave, our A/C went out.Adam, respond quickly and professionally and very efficiently had my unit repaired.B-Strong Air really cares about its customers and our community.As far as I am concerned, they are the go to folks in Waco for all heating and air conditioning needs.

    My husband got this guy’s business card from him at a gas station. He now has a customer for life. We had a contractor rip us off and basically leave the job. We called this company and they immediately came over and fixed our problem. It took hours and hours and they had to leave and get a part.This company is dependable and came to our rescue when we were in a bind. Can’t recommend them enough.

    Our air conditioner was not working. Found this company on google. They came after hours and fixed air conditioner. I have cold air again. Extremely nice and professional. Answer all of our questions. Got us set up with a twice year maintenance to have our ac unit checked. Extremely reasonable prices. Very professional and reliable. I would recommend everyone to use this company.
