    Billy has been my mechanic for about 15 years now. Hes worked on every car Ive owned! I have never had to bring my car back to him for the same issue & never had a bad experience. I think its safe to say his work is guaranteed! Hes also done work on my husbands truck. We both are very satisfied with his work. He is honest & reliable! They are very professional. His daughter is just as awesome as he is!! Excellent customer service overall!!

    Very good customer service. Honest and good prices. They also keep you updated with whats going on with your car while in their possession. They don’t try to bamboozle women by overcharging and repairing unnecessary parts. I will make this my go to place when my car breaks down every time.     Knowing a mechanic that doesn’t lie or try to take advantage of you is ALWAYS a plus. I’m a woman, and I don’t know much about cars. I have never felt uncomfortable calling or visiting this shop; they are always polite and explain things. Billy has saved my husband and I thousands (literally) on repairs that other mechanics swore we needed done.

    Beyond impressed & happy. I was really nervous going to a mechanic shop due to me being a young woman , Ive had many mechanics try & scam me for more than what it was worth ! BUT AUTO SENSE I will highly recommend I took my car yesterdaybecause it was stuck on neutral, and it was right before they closed. By this morning, my vehicle was fixed & the price was reasonable & the person at the front desk was beyond sweet and amazing. 10/10 highly recommend

    Good honest service is hard to find these days so when I read reviews about Great service, honest, mom and pop shop I feel compelled to check them out.I changed my brake calipers on my 08 GS460 and of course Lexus doesnt like home garage work.. lol🤑...so all my warning lights/messages are present. I know that all it needs is a reset from previous experience. But we all know its hard to pull up anywhere and get anyone to just check it out without some fee/charge/apparent failure that you were unaware of and you have to fix it today...🤨Long story short, Autosenses reviews brought me here yesterday to see if what I read was true. 1000% ALL TRUE. Savanna, Billy and Dennis 😇😇😇 made my day. No appointment just pulled up, explained the situation and was on my way in under 20 mins. I will return with more business because your service won this customer over. Thanks again....Id be remiss if I didnt mention that it was NO CHARGE....speechless!!

    My car kept dying and drawing power from the battery when the car was parked and off, so I took it here and they figured out the problem.They charge $130 an hr for diagnostic. And I was charged for 1hr, it probably took longer. great service!

    I have been going to Billy for years. He has done major work on both of my vehicles. The quality is superb. They have put in a new AC, valve covers, brakes, rotors, oil changes, you name it. He is a STRAIGHT SHOOTER and very honest. Will be coming back next week for my power steering pump, rack and pinion on my Infiniti. Only mechanic I trust!

    UPDATE: Honst. Very honest. I thought my 2nd vehicle was going to be about $900. Billy said try getting tires first. The front end is tight and solid.This is the only mechanic I will use! If Billy ran me off I would wear a disguise get a fake I.D. and come back! Very professional. Very reasonable. Excellent work and faster than expected. Dont let the full parking lot throw you off!

    👍Had brake lights staying on. They checked it out, got the lights off and told me the problem. They ordered the parts, called me, and let me make an appointment to fixed it that week.     6/17/2019 (Mon) - A good & HONEST mechanic is hard to find these days. Never had a problem with autosense. On one particular occasion, a part theyd replaced (solenoid) turned out to be defective. I thought another part had gone bad. They identified the problem & replaced the solenoid free of charge. Billy completely stands behind his team & their work which is usually done by next day.9/26/2023 (Tue.) - Once again, Billy has proven himself to stand behind his work. Last week, he did an oil & fuel filter change on my diesel truck as hes done numerous times in the past. 2 days later (Saturday), I began having problems with starting the truck. It eventually got to the point to where it would turn over fine but would not start. I had it towed to Autosense and waited until they opened Monday morning. When they opened up, his team quickly identified the problem coming from the fuel filter theyd recently installed. The o-ring had slipped out of position and was not allowing the system to function properly. Rather than cut costs and run the risk of having it happen again by reusing the same part, they completely replaced it with a new filter and o-ring. My truck is now running in smooth order. There was no charge since it was work done by his shop.On a separate note; vehicle burglary and thefts have been on the rise in my area. I had Billy install an anti theft device. Less than a month later, someone tried to steal my truck but they were unable to because of the device hed installed.Before any work is performed, Billy always calls for authorization with an accurate & detailed quote. If additional costs for unforeseen problems arise, he will still call for approval. Hed informed me that the cost for the theft deterrent and labor would be a little pricey since it was not a simple task. It was worth every penny to not have my vehicle stolen.

    I came in thinking my truck would need a lot more work than it did, and asked the owner Billy to take a look at a few things local mechanics said was wrong. Billy and his guys not only identified exactly what was wrong, but even reassured me that some of the original parts other mechanics wanted to replace were totally fine (my truck is almost 20 years old). They went ahead and replaced all of my shocks, upper control arms, and a few other things and had it back to me the day after, all at the price of having a local “mechanic” come do it in my driveway. These guys are awesome, and Billy is a straight-up honest mechanic who cares about the people he puts on the road. Awesome.

    Though there are certain stigmas attached to mechanics and some have certainly earned those reputations, Billy and the staff at Autosense are exceptional in nearly every sense of the word. Great customer service, clear and easily understood explanations of problems (this is most often my concern with mechanics - a failure to give simple but expert breakdowns of problems that a layperson can digest and make sense of - absolutely not a concern with Billy), the best prices youll find (beat the dealer by a LOT and every other local mechanic I could find by $50-100), and FAST.     My husband went here to day to get his car checked out. He was told at another repair place his problem was one thing and when Billy checked the care out he found out it was something totally different. And less expensive.Billy warned us the job would take most of the day,we were going to set there and wait but Billy offered us a ride home. We said no,didnt want to be a bother. This dear man gave my husband the keys to his truck,trusted us with it,not even knowing us. Needless to say my husbands car was fixed and running well. And done in the amount of time Billy told us,he even aligned my husbands tires,and gave us a break on it. This it a very good place to go for auto work. Nice,polite,honest people.
