I called Artic Air to come out because my AC stopped blowing cold air. It started to seem more like just cool air coming out and it was slowly getting worse with the temperature getting hotter outside. The AC Man came out within 2 hours of my call on a Saturday. The AC Service man Danny was really nice and seemed very knowledgeable. He was not even here 10 minutes and had already figured out the problem. I had a leak, he fixed it and cleaned my outside unit. Then he checked my AC in the attic and was out of here within 40 minutes.That’s been over 2 weeks ago and my AC is blowing such cold air, I can leave the temperature between 72 - 75 and stay comfortable.Thanks again to Artic Air and Danny for such great service.I will be using them from now on for all of my AC/ Heating needs.

The Artic Air Team absolutely exceeded our expectations. Our air conditioning unit went out last night. Our family spent a miserably hot sleepless night without air. Called one place that could fit us in on Sunday, we surely did not want to wait that long. On a referral from a friend, I called Artic Air at 7:39 AM. I left a message and received a call one minute later. We originally were scheduled for 11 am to 1pm. About 10 minutes later, we got a call that we could move up to 9 am. They arrived a 9:15 am, and quickly repaired our motor for a lot less than I expected. Our house was cooling again and we were back to our normal lives within 45 minutes of their arrival. Unbelievable!And to top it off, Later in the evening, the owner Mike called to make sure everything was working fine. And to check to see if he could come back and make sure he completed everything properly. If you need an air conditioning repair and are in the energy corridor area, THIS IS YOUR REPAIR COMPANY! We highly recommend them!

Artic Air just came out to my new house to do a general check-up. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. They took a look at my system and went up into my attic to check everything out. They made recommendations as to things I could do in the future, but did not pressure me in anyway. Being a new homeowner I had many questions and they took the time to listen and answer them all. I plan on using their services in the future because I like the way they do business and can tell that they have plenty experience. I recommend them to anyone that wants to deal with an honest company.

Mike and family are a blessing. Over the phone, walked me through how to fix my heater. Three minutes. They installed a new outdoor A/C unit and new air handler a few years back. Still working great. Went from $600 summer electric bills to $200. And he will not gouge you on price. Worth every penny.
