Frank and Diego really did a top-notch install. Their attention to detail was above and beyond my expectations. The job couldnt have been any better than what they accomplished. Im very pleased. Peyton on the sales team efforts was excellent. His proposal was a fair price and he locked me in a great financial deal through a Lowes Synchrony plan. Had a bad kitchen sink clog. Requested appintment online and was followed up with calls. Technician arrived was pretty efficient. With 60 day guarantee on clog removal, I am pretty assured that I received a great service at an affordable rate.

The only problem I had with them was the communication. I made an appointment with them at 12:40pm. She said the plumber would be there between “now and 4pm.” Then at 12:49pm another lady called confirming the appointment with the same times. The gentleman didn’t show up until 5:15pm. No call or text. I gave them an extra hour before I made another appointment with a different company, because I didn’t if they were showing up after that 4pm time. After all that, he ended fixing my problem explained to me what was going on and then called his supervisor to run a camera to make sure there wasn’t any underlying issues. They did great work.

I called on a Saturday morning, for a pipe leak, and Crystal answered the phone and was extremely nice. She was able to get someone out to my house within hours. Oscar, the plumbing professional, came to my house and introduced himself with a warming smile. I explained the issue and he went right to work. He not only diagnosed the problem, but was nice enough to take the time to educate me on several things. He was very skilled and professional. I have never had to use a plumber before, but very satisfied with this company and recommend using them. No extra cost for having them come out on weekends and same day service. The price was fair.

ARS was punctual, knowledgeable and very clean. All aspects of the job was discussed thoroughly with options. The job is going to be complicated by tunneling 8 ft on both sides of the house to correct broken pipes caused by roots. They will also be ridding roots if possible. There is a 10 year warranty on the job and is transferable. Last but not least they treated us like family. We are an elderly ( young) couple; heavy items needs to be moved in garage and they will be doing it not us. A BIG RECOMMENDATION for this company and Brandon.

I was in a terrible situation in August. Called ARS, they immediately scheduled a fast appointment, came out, gave me a lot of options, installed an inside/outside AC unit within 48hrs and have supreme service. They just called me for my free 6 month check up and came out on a Sunday so I don’t miss work. Really nice team to work with and very helpful without being pushy!!! Thanks team!!!

My water heater was leaking gas at the control box and I needed a plumber as soon as possible. Called ARS and they had someone dispatched within an hour. The technician was professional, friendly and very skilled in his craft. The technician gave me an estimate and explained the process in detail. The entire process from start to finish was roughly 24 hours. The installation of the hot water heater was impeccable! I’ll definitely do business with ARS again!

Customer Service is amazing, The technicians showed up on time and were able to find what it was wrong with my sewer system that I was having problems with, they explained me the process and fees for the repairs. We called them and they said they would get someone out the same day. They called us back to let us know that it would be the next day and asked us what time frame we would like them to come. I chose 10:00am-2:00pm and they were late. They were probably just pretty busy which is understandable, especially shortly after a freeze. When the plumber did come, he was friendly and explained things to us and even let us see the screen to see how clean the pipes were after he cleared the grease that had clogged the drain pipe from the kitchen sink. I would not hesitate to call them again if we need something done. Great service and very thorough!

Technician was on time. Very friendly. Unable to locate main clean out. Was probably covered with mulch in front bed. He tried his best using a probe. I asked if he had a wand to locate the pvc pipe. He did not. Said it would cost over $600 to locate the clean out using a wand or by going through a toilet. Told him I would locate the clean out myself.

The service guy was awesome today. I had a problem yesterday with my appointment scheduled for 2pm-6pm no show. I called at 7:00pm to see why no one showed up and was informed that my appointment had changed to 6:00-9:00 with no prior notification. 8:31pm, I received a silent call informing be that no one would coming to service the unit. Today, I called and spoke with IRIS #068960 was very patient and listen to my issue in detail and I asked her could someone come out today by 6:00pm. She told me yes, about 10 minutes after my call with her a technician called to inform me he was in route and arrived 35 minutes later. I have had this service with ARS and never had an issue until, yesterday. Kudos, to Iris for handle my issue immediately. I was very upset and she took care of my issue. Immediately.

Knowledgeable and helpful. We had another company service our water softener, and we have been happy with them for 20 years, but when we upgraded our unit, we had blue hot water!! The water softener company said it was in no way related to their work - not that I blamed them, it was just the only difference that has occurred, so why might this happen.Our other plumbing needs have been handled by ARS. After Angel came out, he took the time to hear about what we had done in the last 24 hour - no judgments - looked at our water heater(which was in great shape, and provided us with resources showing where water system replacement can cause this and what to do.We are almost free of blue hot water and we were able to share this info with our water softener company so if they experience this with other clients, they will have a possible answer. All for a service fee! He also tightened all out ladder screws for the ladder to the attic. I’m sure that was for his own safety, but I am so thankful for the above and beyond efforts! Thank you, Angel! You are the best!!

First, I called Loyalty Plumbling LLC. They came out to my house and wanted to charge me ~$350 just to auger a partially clogged toilet (not a main line clog). That price was ridiculous. I paid their $75 show-up fee and then called ARS Rescue Rooter. One of their plumbers, Mr. Devonte Williams, came out to my house within an hour and, for just $83, he unclogged the toilet. Mr. Williams did a great job - fast and very professional.I would definitely recommend ARS Rescue Rooter to everyone.

I needed a mini split air conditioner for my new sunroom. I had 4 companies come out to give me a bid. I was just sick listening to what they were telling me. LOTS more complicated than I read mini split systems were. It was MAJOR work -- they had it going through the attic -- one even mentioned drilling a hole in the brick into my clothes room! Three of the companies never even sent a bid. The one that did wanted $15,000 - the mini split system was around $1,000 $14,000 it is a little excessive for labor!!!. I was so disappointed. I put outa search through one of those services that sends your name to the companies. ARS called within 30 minutes on a Saturday evening. They sent the representative out on Sunday. He came out, took a look, and said exactly what I read mini splits should be. No b.s. I asked if he could email me a bid as soon as possible. He said, I can give you a bid right now. It was very reasonable. When the air conditioning was ready to be installed, they were here the next day. They worked all day and did a fantastic job installing it. The electrician came out today to hook it up and it is just fabulous. From the very start of the process, they have been honest, extremely prompt, and so very, very easy to work with. We are going to have them replace one of our HVACs in our house now -- we were just so pleased with the way they do business.

I have had the most amazing service from Issac first. Last night he came and saved my house from my downstairs toilet overflowing with 2 inches of water all over my floor. He was the most perfect kind person I could have ever wished for from an employee. Then he made sure that the camera guy was at my house bright and early this morning. Another dream individual to bare the bad news of what the problem with my sewage pipe was. Dameon came and sat with me while I cried over the news that I need 10 feet of pipe replaced under my house slab. He got me all set up for people to come out and start the job tomorrow. He even got me to laugh a little through my tears. To top it off Issac came back and redrained my sewage pipe to minimize the chances of another back up until the pipe can be changed out. This is not a good situation at all and it is definitely not cheap but having Issac and now Dameon too in my corner takes the huge weight off my shoulders of having to deal with this on my own. I don’t feel like I’m on my own anymore because of them. This review can’t even capture the relief that having them in my corner truly brings me. Thank you Issac. Thank you Dameon. Thank you ARS Rooto Rooter for send what I think are two top tier individuals to help me get through this incredibly difficult situation.

They are a little pricey but after talking with Manuel “manny” I was able to get to a price that both of us were comfortable with. My only complaint would be the time he got there, he was quite a bit later than the 4 hour window they gave me but his service made up for it. Highly recommend this company!

I came home from work and immediately noticed the downstairs was warmer than the upstairs and upon checking my humidity gauges I was at over 60%…..something was wrong.I called my regular company (Clear the Air LLC) with who I have a maintenance plan and from who i have purchased three systems, and to my shock they had no capability to respond to my request for same day service.I called ARS, they immediately put me on their schedule, and within just a few hours Derek arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad capacitor and got me up snd running.Derek was very professional & courteous.In an emergency, I would definitely count on ARS to address your air conditioning issues.

Dont trust them when they say they are coming! I wish they would just tell me straight that they were coming for sure. I booked an emergency water heater repair and the operator told me that there was still availability for that evening between 7 and 10. I was happy because thats what I was hoping for. I called off the search for another repairman. Then I get a call from the repair guy at 8 saying that they wouldnt be able to come tonight. Well awesome, good thing I stopped looking for someone else to help. Nevermind that now since I could not be home during the day, my family and special needs daughter would be without hot water for days. Its just frustrating when people say they are going to come and its just bs to tie down your business.Update. Kyle showed up within the window and actually was very friendly and did a great job. Repair only took about an hour. Glad that the service technician made up for their logistical problems.

Christian was a terrific AC technician. I appreciated his patience and hard work locating the problem. I was upset I paid 2,000 for a halo light two years ago that already burned out. It would be covered in warranty but labor around 500. First off the technician two years ago said he wanted to add a light for 19 99. I thought it was simply 19.99 light so I said okay only to find out it was 1,999 when the bill was provided. I was in shock but paid it only to have it burned out two years later. So not thrilled about a light I never wanted to begin with burned out. Total rip off on the light. But happy with service today.
