    Called David yesterday evening and he was ready to go the very next day to fix our A/C. He arrived 15 minutes EARLY. He is VERY professional, knowledgeable and takes pride and integrity in his work, it shows. He finished the job in about 45 minutes and got my home cooled quickly. We are very appreciative of his hard work in this Texas heat & we definitely recommend him to everyone. If you have not called “Arrowhead Integrated Solutions” you need to!!!

    David came out and quickly found the leak on my mom’s AC unit. Had some issues with his hoses making him think there was a bigger issue but he found the issue and got it fixed the same day. He took his time and ensured a quality repair. It’s been over 2 weeks and it’s nice and cold in the house. Thank you so much.

    Our AC quit working over the weekend while we were out of town and we came home to a house that was 86 degrees. With it being a Sunday, we were worried we would have to wait the following day to get it fixed, however, David came over right away and had it fixed within an hour. I was terrified because I was facing no ac and it was 104 outside. I called out another company earlier that said we can’t do anything because we need to replace a part but David went through the codes, and proper steps and got the unit back on.     We made many calls only to be told by call centers that someone would be out tonight and then told by the technicians that no one was available. David should have been our first call. He personally answered and told me he’d be on his way. I called at 11:15pm on a holiday and he was here and had the issue fixed within the hour. He will definitely be our first call from here on out.

    David replaced our entire AC unit inside and out. He also installed a new digital thermostat.He is super friendly and professional and gave us a price that was better than several other bids. He completed the job in one day and everything looks better than it did before he started.I would highly recommend Arrowhead to anyone.

    David came out and fixed our AC same day! He saved us thousands of dollars. We had another company out the day before that told us we needed all kinds of stuff replaced and the labor alone was $3k. They also told us we would have to wait until over the weekend before they could get the parts to fix it. I called David for a second opinion and he confirmed my suspicions. He replaced 1 part and the AC is working perfectly now. I highly recommend David at Arrowhead for his integrity, honesty and excellent work!

    We hired a company in November 2023 for maintenance, and in February 2024, the same company installed a new line set. Unfortunately, this business wasnt transparent and honest when they did the job, as they took advantage and took the money. However, I was fortunate to find Arrowhead a few days ago, and when David took my call, he put up with my anger and frustration. When your job is your passion, you can sleep at night knowing that you have helped someone, done the right thing, and made a difference. David, thank you for caring and being compassionate about your customers. You showed up on time and fixed my A/C to avoid the extra and imaginary cost mentioned by the other company. So, if you have problems with your A/C in the Midland area, call Arrowhead and talk to David. I promise you wont be disappointed. You will be happy that you made the right call.

    I tend to review places and businesses that go above and beyond for us and today, this company exceeded that. I want to say THANK YOU to David at ARROWHEAD INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS. David was very prompt to answer our call of need. Our AC was not working and with small children in the house that was unacceptable. We are on a fixed budget so we knew that a pricey repair was not going to work for us. We have used other professionals before for different issues and have been charged an arm and a leg and even knowing we are on a fixed income they didnt care enough about that to even work with us. That matters most to me even though we have to pay for the repairs people are not reasonable with their rates. Anyway my main point here is that from the start as soon as I made the inquiry for an AC repair quote, David called me within 3 minutes of my search he also heard what my situation was and offered to come and diagnose the AC for the problem. He assured me that he would work with me on whatever the charges to repair the AC would be but his main concern was that we didnt have reliable air-conditioning with a senior gentleman and small children in the house. He was not satisfied with that. He said he really wanted to help and he did just that! He came out exactly at the time he told us he would and looked at the AC and had it fixed in no time. With no hesitation he quoted me a reasonable amount Way Way cheaper than these other professional companies would have ever done. I would hope that by giving this review anyone out there that is in need of help with a big job like an AC unit, do not hesitate to call David and Josh at Arrowhead they genuinely care about people and about doing the job right and with reasonable rates.     I am sad to say that Arrowhead was not my first, second, or even third call as I went down the Google list, but it absolutely should have been my first. My AC lost power in the evening and I finally called Arrowhead around 10:30 at night (during a massive June heatwave so I completely understand every technician was swamped ). David personally answered right away when all others were routing through call centers or voicemails (again, completely understandable). David identified the problem quickly and pretty much from our phone conversation then arrived within an hour. He was professional, courteous, cared about his customer and took pride in his quality of work. I would highly recommend Arrowhead and David for heating and cooling system repair.
