    Showed up on time and was super through with the scheduled repair/service. Made suggestions that didn’t cost me a dime on how to get more longevity and life from my other equipment that wasn’t part of the job. I was so impressed with the service, that I decided to have them do some additional work that probably could have waited. They will be my first choice moving forward for all appliance related repairs and maintenance.

    I recommend Appliance Fixx for all your appliance repair needs. My Subzero refrigerator needed repair and owner Don Berry made the service call himself within half a day. He expertly repaired the issue and went a step beyond in checking my compressor, which was caked with dust. Don cleaned that and prevented me from that issue ultimately resulting in a new compressor (which could have been a multi thousand dollar repair). Don is professional, quick to respond, expert and honest. I trust him for all my appliance repair needs.

    I highly recommend Appliance Fixx for HVAC services and repair. Jonathan arrived on time and explained what he would do to our heat pump system to diagnose it. He replaced the defrost board and now everything is in good working order. Jonathan answered all of our questions and was very thorough. It was a great experience.

    I have a 20 plus year old built-in refrigerator/freezer that started not cooling well. Appliance Fixx got me on the schedule right away. Bobby was our service professional, and he did a great job of figuring out what was going on and what needed replacing. He had the expertise needed to fix my refrigerator rather than me having to buy a whole new unit; this saved me thousands of dollars! I am so grateful! Bobby also went above and beyond the call of duty in helping diagnose an issue we were having with our AC unit. (Totally coincidental that the AC and the refrigerator went out on the same day! When it rains it pours...LoL). I was not able to get the AC people out as quickly as I was the Appliance Fixx; I didnt realize that Appliance Fixx did AC repairs until they got here and I saw their van. Although it was the end of the day on a Friday, and I was Bobbys last customer, he kindly obliged and looked at my air conditioning unit for me. This was a very time-consuming process for him because he was very thorough and wanted to make sure he diagnosed things properly. Unfortunately the AC unit is going to be very costly (we have the choice of replacing or repairing), but Bobby kindly gave me his cell phone number if my husband or I had questions over the weekend about our options. I really appreciated his honestly, patience and kindness. I will definitely be using Appliance Fixx again in the future!

Recently they went above and beyond by identifying I needed a new blower motor, finding the motor in stock at a local warehouse, picking it up (they had to coordinate internally between two different service techs) and having it fully installed a few hours after they determined it needed to be replaced....just a fantastic company!!

    The mother board on the Wolf oven was not working. Kyle was great. It took him a 3rd trip to my house, when the replacement mother board didn’t work. He also noticed my sub zero freezer panel that was going out, when showing me where to change the water filter and vacuum. Kyle was informative, polite and hard working.

    I had an a/c unit go out twice this summer, Appliance Fixx Air & Heat was recommended by my parents(who have used them for 20+ years). I can see why. Very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I ended up having to have a new unit placed in - working from home, was a little nervous about the noise. Barely even noticed they were there and they were down in a few hours.

    I told my neighbor to call Appliance Fix when his AC guy could not make it for “a day or so”. Appliance fix was there the same day, found the problem, ordered the part and fixed the AC early the next day. Connie is always pleasantly positive and has her techs out to my house super fast. My latest issue was just a noise that turned out to be a vibrating part. However, the technician called ahead, arrived on time, serviced both units fully, then explained what condition my 10 year old Train ACs were in and how long they may be able to last before replacement. This will allow me to budget and plan ahead when it’s time to throw in the towel on the old units. You can bet that I will be using Appliance Fix when that time comes.
