Lupe was fantastic with installing our kitchen sink, however unfortunately they didnt help with installing the soap dispenser. He was very friendly and fast at installing, great quality!

I purchased a new toilet from Lowe’s, and the installation last week was contracted with Allpha. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Michael and Rene were very experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were respectful of property and removed the old toilet and all packing materials. I would definitely use their services in the future.

My AC went out, they were on site within a few hours to troubleshoot. Found that my compressor had blown, we scheduled a replacement of my outside unit and cleaning/repairs of the furnace for the next morning. They completed the work within 2 1/2 hours, explained everything every step of the process, and left no mess at all. Found my new go to company, will be going back to them for 100% of my hvac needs! Thanks guys

I recently purchased a new toilet through Lowes and purchased their installation service. The company Lowes contracted with was All P.H.A. Their technician Michael showed up on time and he was courteous and professional throughout the entire install. He cleaned up the bathroom floor and removed all packaging from the new toilet. I was extremely pleased with the service by Michael and would recommend All P.H.A. for any plumbing services.

I just want to give a shout out to John, who runs the company. We have been with them for several years and a top-notch staff. But today was truly galvanizing as to what a terrific company this is. I was on the phone for hours to get someone to service my water softener fixed and reached a gridlock with the warranty company. The warranty company had not done their job [updated their records] on who was listed to service and had not probably done their job in scrubbing their list. In comes John and basically told the warranty company to get their stuff together. He was a listed contractor and help out their client [me]. I called the Allpha back, but wanted to also let John and the company and others know, its appreciated when after an hour on the phone someone can cut the red-tape and call it as it is. Here, here, John. You and Allpha rock! Shout out to Brittany too! AW in Universal City.

When the tech arrived she showed me that my outdoor unit was invaded by ANTS!!! The tech was very helpful and I was so happy that I was important to her on that day. I did call on a Friday and they couldnt make it until Monday which made for a very uncomfortable weekend for my son, the dog and I. Yesterday I had the wonderful experience of having two technicians, Moses and his partner, from ALLPHA Home Services come to my house and fix a serious plumbing issue I had. My apologies for not writing down the name of Mosess partner.First, let me say, their response time was absolutely incredible. I filed a claim through my home insurance late Monday afternoon and the extremely kind and knowledgeable receptionist returned my call and set up an appointment in less than an hour! Moses was here first thing Tuesday morning. Absolutely incredible service and response time.I have dealt with MANY repair technicians during my lifetime and most times werent impressed at all. However, from the minute they walked into my house the excellence and professionalism of Moses and his partner shined through every other tech Ive ever dealt with. They greeted me and introduced themselves with a smile on their faces and payed close attention to walking on my wood floors and all my boxes lying around from unpacking.Moses explained in detail everything he was doing and why, without my even asking, and within minutes fixed my issue. He cleaned up so well when he was done that my bathroom was cleaner when he was done then when he started.I really thought having to use my home insurance the first time that it would be a nightmare, but Moses made it as simple as signing my name twice.I have NEVER had such a friendly, knowledgeable, professional and just flat out wonderful technician in my entire life as Moses was. I was so impressed by him that I immediately contacted all my friends and posted on my Facebook page that if anyone needed exceptional professional help in plumbing, HVAC or an electrician that they needed to immediate call ALLPHA Home Services and request Moses.I was SO impressed that if I ever need further service in these areas I will immediately call ALLPHA and insist they send Moses whether my insurance covers it or not!Most every repair company in service needs to take a lesson from the professionalism of Moses and ALLPHA and learn what true outstanding customer service is.Thank you to everyone at ALLPHA and escecially Moses for helping me with my issue!
