A while back, my Mommas AC went out & we told her about Air Trends & they fixed her right up. Well now it was our turn for the AC to go out. We called Air Trends to come out & look at it & I could not be more pleased! The tech, Mike, was super nice & got right to work on deep cleaning the whole unit & had it cleaned, parts replaced, & working better than I can ever remember it working! I highly recommend Air Trends & will definitely be using them again!

I should have written this two years ago when I got my new A/C but must have forgotten to. Can’t say enough good things about James. Most folks on here have nailed it. When I was pricing new A/C’s, James was the only person out of the three other companies that was flat out honest about what I needed to replace and what I didn’t. Couple that with the best price for the best product and he has won me as a customer for life. Thank you for the great service.

We found James and Air Trends when we moved to Montgomery and we’re so lucky we did! We’ve had James come out to our new home a few times to service a newer Trane A/C system, and most recently he replaced the evaporator coils and fan motor/blade on an older unit in our previous home. James has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable and does excellent work. He’s quick, trustworthy, flexible and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using him for all our A/C needs in the future!

James and his crew are rock stars! Fast, responsive. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. We did a full HVAC replacement, and they showed up as scheduled and knocked the entire project out in less than 3-hours with a fair price on a great system . This review is for a complete A/C and heater replacement. James, the owner of Air Trends, is one of the most personable contractors I have met. He sat down with me for at least thirty minutes, explaining everything he would be doing with the installation, and the reasons for doing so. He never once acted like he just wanted my money, but instead, treated me like I was the most important customer he had for that day. I had several companies give me quotes for a full A/C replacement, all of them on the exact same Trane system that I had identified as the A/C that I wanted, and Air Trends was considerately more in line with what I expected to pay for this system, based on my research. I would highly recommend this company for any hvac related service.

They are the best company out of the 5 that I have had come out. Simple explanation and our AC is working better than ever. If you are like me then you wonder if you are getting gouged on HVAC work but I never felt that way with James or his company. James and the team at Air Trends are phenomenal. I had been working with another good company but they were struggling in getting parts to work for my unique layout. James came by at a moments notice, assessed the situation and presented a fair and competitive bid. He was able to get the condenser and evaporator coil that I needed where others couldnt (in all fairness it is a difficult time for anyone to get supplies). He and his team came out on time and did the install in a VERY professional manner. They took the time to lay down carpet protectors and left the house just as it was before coming (except the whole house sauna was removed ;) The new AC unit is running great and you can see the quality of their experience in the installed product. If you want a team you can rely on - and trust - see James and the Air Trends team.

I discovered Air Trends via HomeAdvisor, after a less than pleasant experience with another company, and have been completely satisfied every since. James is VERY professional, completely honest with his assessment of the needs and options you have, competitively priced. Given youve usually got a broken system youre in a position to be taken advantage of, but not with Air Trends. You will be confident in working with them and will realize youve been treated fairly, a rarity these days. I also wish there were bonus stars we could give, but Ill leave it with the statement that I will recommend James and Air Trends for your HVAC needs ... you will not regret it.

Our experience with AirTrends was fantastic! From start to finish James (owner of the company) was extremely helpful and seemed very trustworthy for someone we had just met. Their quote was competitive, so we went with them. The job was a full replacement of 2 A/C units, 2 furnaces, multiple thermostats and an additional intake added. James and his crew of three showed up on time at 8am and they had the full job completed by 5pm that day. We plan to James and AirTrends for all of our service work going forward.

He even came back a year later and diagnosed and fixed a blockage for the drain at no charge. I highly recommend this company for any ac repair you may need.

James and his crew made this a painless process from beginning to end. He took the extra time to analyze the existing 21-year old unit and 44-year old ductwork and suggest different options and budgets for improving the overall performance. Zero oversell, and his quote was very competitive. Scheduling and communication was excellent as we had to accommodate interruptions in my schedule as well as his. On the designated day the crew showed up on time, did a great job, were careful not to damage anything and were done in less time than they had estimated. Very satisfied with the work and I am confident that if there are any issues when the weather gets hot again and we really get to test it that they will be addressed. Courteous, professional and efficient!

Air Trends is head of the class in knowledge and customer service. They are honest, reasonably priced, and customer service is second to none. Had a complete dual system, AC and furnace, replaced and I did my homework by talking to six contractors and getting competitive bids. Next time I will just go to Air Trends.

I had several questions about the whole process and the equipment he was using and he gave clear and personal answers, as in In my house, I have it setup, this way because.... First it’s 104 and our air goes out. After the run around with the home warranty company who ended up finding a way not to cover it. Trane, the manufacturer gave me their number. You know these guys are buried right now and James came out within 3 hours, “I’ll just hit you up on my way home!”Fixed our unit and we are back up and running. Side note, I had called a different company and the guy had tried to charge me a premium and I know would have taken advantage of the situation.
