    Very good experience from the beginning to the end, our technician Jackson is a very nice guy that went through all the steps for maintenance and checked everything.They are expert for my Mitsubishi units and highly recommend them if you have one of these units since not all companies know how to check them.

    I had a very old, complicated house with a very old, complicated HVAC.And a weird problem that other AC companies couldnt fix, or even find the parts.I called Air Runs and they started searching for parts immediately.They found what I needed and sent a competent tech to repair it.They notified me that they would show up early, completed the repair quickly, and charged me EXACTLY what they quoted.I couldnt be happier with Aaron and Alex and Jackson atAir Runs AC.And they are all nice guys, too!

    I had a great experience with Air Runs last year. They performed air balancing services: measuring airflow, coming up with a plan to bring more air to warm rooms, tweaking and modifying dampers, adding dampers where there were none and then they came back several months later to perform a couple more modifications in the full heat conditions of summer. They were an absolute pleasure to work with every step of the way - speaking with the office and the technicians who came over. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Also, the air balancing is a worthwhile service. It has made a great difference in all of the bedrooms, which were seasonally either the hottest or coldest rooms in the house.

    Air Runs was onsite at my home within a matter of a couple hours to address my AC issues. Matt was the technician and he was super friendly and informed me about the techniques he was using to clean my evaporator coil and drain. My air handler was installed (not by Air Runs) in a manner that made it very difficult to access and clean the coil, but Matt got straight to it and went the extra mile without any hesitation. System is working great now and I am so thankful to the awesome folks at Air Runs!

    Air Runs has done our AC/Furnace care since we built this house thirteen years ago. Matt Archer, our AC Tech who did our repair today, was efficient, cordial, knowledgeable, and explained the repair thoroughly and checked the whole system during his diagnostic.     I reached out to Air Runs for a second opinion after working with another company that didn’t really know how to work with mini splits. Anthony was so knowledgeable and took extra time to educate me along the way. What I thought may be a whole system replacement turned out to be something much much less. Appreciate you Anthony and the Air Runs team! I’m sure I’ll call y’all as I have HVAC needs in the future.

    I scheduled a non-emergency appointment with this company weeks before. Their previsit communications were excellent! The HVAC Tech (Jackson) advised when he was enroute, was highly competent, very respectful and quite helpful! I will definitely use this company going forward!

    Air Runs repaired my dads old AC system a couple of decades ago and I have been calling them for all my AC needs ever since. I had both a valve and capacitor issue on a very old Trane that Matt just repaired and cold air is now flowing from my vents. These guys are simply the best.They have also done the repair work on a rental unit AC. They are great to work with and are excellent communicators.

    Matt and Alex are the best. We had a terrible experience with a previous hvac install (not Air Runs) and we hired Matt to make sure everything our previous installer did was up to code. Spoiler alert, it was not. So many things were wrong. Matt came in, fixed everything, found gas leaks, got permits for us and was such a delight to work with. He worked til 7:30 one night determined to get our hot water turned on so I could finally take a hot shower after a few weeks without gas. He even stayed to make sure our water pressures were good on every faucet and shower. 10/10.Truly cannot recommend them more and we will definitely be giving them a call if we ever have issues in future. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY!

    Ive used Air Runs for installation and maintenance at my home over the last 10+ years. Their commitment to their customers is exceptional. This past week, I had an issue, just prior to hosting a family wedding. I asked if they could help me out of a jamb ... they made some schedule adjustments and then called back to ask if they could be there the next morning at 7 am. They came 5 minutes early and got my issues resolved! Hats off to Anthony - prompt, courteous, and professional!

    Always dependable, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate the troubleshooting to keep the air flowing and not defaulting to replacement. Highly recommend!When it came time to replace my 20 year old unit, the team explained everything, intalled quickly, cleaned up perfectly and set up the wireless system. Matt was our technician, he was a great guy, honest, trustworthy, didnt try to sell us on anything over and above the routine maintenance we requested.     Ive known and worked with Aaron and Air Runs for over 8 years. We had a leaky drain line on my personal house today and Aaron and his team hopped on the problem quickly, solved the issue, and took additional preventative measures.     Exceeded my expectations across the board! Their knowledge and creativity made the impossible possible. Everyone else said it could not be done. Aaron said, well see about that! I now have the exact Mitsubishi system I wanted and it was installed by the best in Austin. The extra steps they take to ensure the quality of their work separates them from the competition. If you want it done right, I would only use this company. Thank you Aaron & Anthony for not accepting anything less than perfection. My house has never been more comfortable.

    Air Runs reinstalled a Mitsubishi minisplit that had been originally installed very poorly, and had been temporarily uninstalled for unrelated construction rework. From Aarons initial visit to quote to the scheduling with Alex and the install by Matt, they were perfect every step. I wish I had a list of contractors like Air Runs for every trade cause this kind of experience is rare.

    I live in the Bastrop area and its hard to get good service out here. I originally had another service provider work on my unit. They refused to come back out and fix what wasnt done correctly. Air Runs had no problems coming here from Dripping Springs. From when i first called through the end of my serice repair this company was polite, very communictive, and transparent. They came out to my home quickly and right when they said they would get here. They gave me an estimate that had every part spelled out and was easy to read. Matt Archer was the tech who came to my home to repair my AC which quit working. He was very professional, and punctual. He took the time to properly diagnose all of the issues with my unit. He explained everything to me. He provided an exact estimate, and the total did not change at check out. Matt went above and beyond to help me get my AC working. There were many things wrong from the previous repair so he had to fix all of the issues. My AC is up and running and I am so very grateful to him and this company. I will be using their services again!
