Mark does fantastic work at a reasonable, up-front price. We’ve unfortunately had to call him several times in the past couple years, but he always resolves the problem. Today, our air conditioner stopped working suddenly, and it was getting close to 80 degrees in the house. Mark came out within an hour of us calling and got everything repaired quickly and efficiently. We really appreciate it!

Mark and Whitney are outstanding and honest people to work with. They were at my house at 7:30 AM (within an hour of calling) to check on my AC that wasnt cooling my house anymore. After running all the diagnostics to see if the unit could be repaired, Mark determined the unit had to be replaced. He gave me a very fair and competitive bid on the new unit and it was installed and cooling my house by noon the same day!

We recently had an issue with our mini split AC unit that we couldnt fix on our own. After reaching out to several companies with no luck, Mark at Air Remedy was the only one willing to help. He responded almost immediately and was able to come out same day on a Saturday. His responsiveness and willingness to assist us in a pinch were greatly appreciated. Mark was reliable and honest throughout the entire process. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely use Air Remedy for all our future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

Mark and Whitney at Air Remedy are amazing. They are trustworthy, reliable, dependable, and can act quickly upon your request for help. Mark has incredible integrity as an HVAC (heating and air) tech, and can come up with a plan to fix any issue. Ive had Mark assist with replacing both of my homes furnaces, one set of coils for my AC unit, and some other AC-related fixes. He doesnt oversell me or recommend something extraneous to get an extra buck out of me. He gives me the options, tells me the pros and cons of each, and then lets me make the decision. Thats what I value the most. Mark treats me like a partner in the process, which is so appreciated. Most professionals in Marks position arent as transparent and up-front with what all thats going on with your HVAC system. Mark provides you with the options and then makes a recommendation. And thats all I want. Not only does he have great customer service skills but hes also a highly skilled HVAC tech. He does great work. And he honors all warranty work that he does. I would highly recommend Air Remedy as your heating and AC resource.

When he initially came out to give me a quote he looked at my system and got my heating system working without asking so that my wife and I could stay warm until new one was installed. His price was very reasonable, actually beat the competition. It’s been in a couple of weeks since new system was installed and it works perfectly. I turned the disconnect off to my condenser unit to clean my condenser coils this Sunday. When I was done the condenser unit would not turn back on. After troubleshooting what I could, I reached out to Mark who did the original installation a few years ago. I was texting with Mark all afternoon who helped me figure out my disconnect was bad. After I replaced the disconnect, the unit started to run again. Little did I know Mark was on his honeymoon and he still took time to help me. Great service by Mark and Air Remedy!
