    Air now was fantastic. Our air conditioner unit had quit in the middle of July and they came out within a few hours to troubleshoot it. We had to have the whole system replaced since it was ancient. Within 2 weeks it was all replaced and good to go. There was a hiccup with the installation a couple days after, but within an hour of calling them they were out here to fix it. Price was fair and staff was friendly. Can’t recommend them enough.

    Five stars is not enough to give for the service I received! Our air went out, I called and they were here within a few hours! I had a repair that required a part to be ordered and Neil kept us up to date on when we would be receiving it and when they received our part they were here to put it in within 2 hours.I have to mention our technician Arik, he was EXTREMELY kind, explained everything where we would understand him. He is literally just a nice person with phenomenal customer service skills. He represented AirNow well!!     I highly recommend this business for any heating and AC repairs or installations. Jonathan came and did a checkup of my AC unit. It was not working as it should. My unit was over 20 years old. I decided to replace it and was told it would be a week. When it stopped working later that day I called and asked if they could expedite my installation. They called back 15 minutes later and told me they would be there the next day. Dillon and Wyatt installed my new unit in a very timely manner and were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up everything. Thank you Air Now!

    Neils company, AirNow, is hands down the best HVAC company around. He installed our unit a few years back, his team did amazing. Recently we had some issues come up on a hot day. His guys were out in a few hours. Our parts werent available locally, but they still figured out a way to keep the air on in the meanwhile. Keeping our baby comfortable! Would always recommend, you get what you pay for. The team is always polite, and the texts you receive keep you informed every step of the way!

    Johnathan cleaned outside unit good. Even checked something else i wanted checked. You can ask Johnathan but im pretty sure outside unit hasnt been cleaned last 2 times someone came out. It waa pretty bad when he pulled the panels off. I wasnt here last time and didnt check on guy the time before. Its clean now tho. Hopefully frim now on when they come out they will do as good of job as Johnathan even if im not here.

    For the original service call I was very inpressed with their service technician Brandon, was knowledgeable and took time to explained everything to me.The guys that came and did the installation, they were very good and very professional, also cleaned up everywhere after the installation.     A/C went out just after midnight Saturday morning on the hottest day of the year. Contacted Air Now the following morning and they had a serviceman at my house by 10:00 am (on a Saturday morning). They diagnosed the problem, fixed it and checked the unit out for any other issues within an hour or so. Very polite and professional and prices were fair. I would highly recommend.

    This company is a life saver! We have a contract through a home warranty company and I told them our AC needed to be repaired. They sent out a technician from a different company TWICE who was unable to fix our issue. I called Air Now at 9PM and they had someone out the next morning. Brandon was our technician and he literally walked in and automatically knew what the issue was. He fixed it quickly and we even signed up for their maintenance program so he also did full maintenance on our unit. Our AC is now working great. I couldnt be happier with this company.

    Booked the appointment through Facebook and received a call almost immediately from the owner, Neil, who was actually on vacation, but still making work calls.     Air Now is my go-to when my AC or heater have stopped working. I get a call back almost immediately, and they show up when they say theyre going to. When entering the home, they wear protection over their shoes to protect my floor and clean up afterwards. I even had a technician show up at 7:30PM to work on my AC because my overflow tray was leaking water all over my brand new floors. I use them for both my commercial and personal property.     Normally when businesses give at 4 hour window of when they will be there, the technician shows up 30 minutes late. However, the technician Jonathan Pryor was exactly on time, start to finish the job took about 30 minutes and my HVAC is back up and running.Couldnt ask for a more responsive or professional technician and will use them in the future if needed.
