This is a wonderful company, very professional and willing to go the extra mile. Jose is so easy to deal with and very considerate and always makes us feel like we are important and our business matters to the company and him. All the installers were very respectful and kind and I have had a really bad experience with another company in Plano and I am so happy I switched to Air Masters. They deserve a 10 Star... We are and have been using Air Masters for 10 years now! Wow, that makes me feel old. They are an unbelievably talented group of people. I would and do refer them to all my friends and family. If you are looking for a great company Air Masters will be there for you and your family long term.

Extremely satisfied with their service. We called Air Masters out in June (2017) because our AC was no longer blowing cold. Our system was 19 years old so we knew it would only be a matter of time. However, to get through the hot months of summer we had them refill the Freon since it was low (and likely leaking). They only charged me for 3lbs of it even though it took 4lbs total. Very nice of them since the old Freon is fairly expensive. This got us through the hot months. Just this week (early October) the system stopped blowing cold again. I called and asked to speak to the same guy (Jose) who came out last time. The message was relayed and Jose called me back within 20 minutes. He was able to schedule a time to replace our system in one days time. They came out that Friday, arrived on time, and we had an entire new system up and running 8 hours later. It could not have gone any smoother. They were clean, quiet and very professional. Not only did they give me a very fair deal on a great, high efficiency system, but Jose even put our Freon purchase earlier that summer towards our new system! FYI, they offer a nice discount if you pay cash. We are extremely happy with our new system and even more happy to say that weve found a local company that we can count on and trust for years to come, which is hard to come by these days. This company is also listed on Angies List for which they also get consistently good reviews. Ill be recommending them to all of my local friends and family.

Fast and friendly service, I call several companies but they where booked, I call Air Masters in Frisco they were in my house with in the hour, Randy fix my air conditioning in not time, He change the capacitor and add a start kit on my old unit, that will help my compressor last longer he said.I am glad that I call Air Masters. By the way ask for Randy

I am impressed with Air Masters! They were able to come out the same day and showed up in the time range given. He explained everything very well and got in running in under and hour. I can tell they know what they are doing, very professional.
