Simply put, when we have work done, we want someone we can trust to do the job right. Thats almost impossible today, but when we find someone who does we stay with them. That person is Sammy, but we lost track of him when he moved to Air Experts. Upon calling Air Experts and requesting Sammy to come out he found the issue within minutes, a bad defrost board in our heat pump. I would have expected this found by a different service company that did the winter maintenance a few months earlier. Especially at that time a mouse was found across our defrost board. Keep in mind we have maintenance done twice a year on our systems. Sammy is honest, trustworthy and an ethical person. Yes, Air Experts is a little high, but do you want to pay for inferior maintenance that doesnt get done correctly.

Randall was the Technician who came out for our service call. He was very professional and polite. He listened while I described all the symptoms of our LP Vented Heater not heating, and then said he had a good idea of what was wrong. He then proceeded to go through all that was indicated as wrong. He quickly found the problem, and fixed it. The cost was more than reasonable for the amount of work done.I would recommend Air Experts Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone. From the first call in for Service, to the Tech coming out & fixing the problem, Air Experts have clearly demonstrated their expertise & professionalism in HVAC. In fact, as far as Im concerned, they get my Highest rating! Randall gets my Highest recommendation, as well.

Best service we have had. We used to use some of the other big name places with their “plans” or “memberships” and they all sucked. Every time they came out it was like they were looking for something to get more money out of you. Not Air Experts they are no nonsense and straight to what you need with options. My experience with Air Experts gets 5 stars! Starting with the lady that answered the phone who was so sweet, the fact that you were able to get someone out to determine the issue within an hour of my calling you was wonderful. Sammy is a SAINT in my opinion. He was able to determine and fix the issue immediately, had the kindest spirit and the icing on the cake was the amount that you charged. I was expecting to be charged about 1000.00 and it only came to a small fraction of that. You will always be my go to air conditioner company.

Had bad experiences with ac companies previously, so when our ac stopped working I was nervous about who to choose. Thankfully Air Experts took great care of us. The tech that helped service our unit was Casey. He was on time and diagnosed the issue quickly. Our ac needed a new compressor, which they ordered and installed a few days later. A month later everything is working perfect. This is a huge deal because every other time we have had an ax company come out (too many times) they never fixed the issue on the first shot.I highly recommend Air Experts.

They dragged me along all day long and by 8 pm they still hadn’t even assigned a technician to me. I called Air Experts and they said they could be out between 9:30 and 11:30 pm. Rick showed up close to 9:30 and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. And he was so nice and kept me informed of everything. No trying to sell me something that I didn’t need! This is almost a repeat of my evaluation from last year . Best company I have ever worked with. The problem was caused by another company that incorrectly installed a new unit and got wireing wrong. I had just set the unit to come on with the air conditioner side for the first time this year. Instead of cooling it turned on the heat and my temperature went to 88. I had to shut it off. I called the original company (Diversity) 6 times, they never answered or called back. I finally called back the BEST company in the world AIR EXPERTS and they had a man here within one hour and now I can go back to my bedroom in comfort. Being old sucks (92).

My wife was also down with covid and sick. The owner got us on the schedule same day and had us back up and running until the new coil came in from the manufacturer . I recently realized the compressor on my heat pump wasnt coming on when it should and thought I should do a few things that worked before. I checked the contactor, looked for open wires that may have shorted from the rain and even thought about the capacitor. What I found was the fuse wouldnt stay on. It was Saturday morning and I called Zach and he was out in less than 45 minutes. It had nothing to do with him having to clean breakfast dishes! Lol!!! Anyway, the compressor was grounded out all over the place, bad news. He was able to order and install a complete outside unit on Monday without any problems AND we now have a 10 year warranty with it! That was fast. If you want cheap, call your next-door A/C guy. Original installers crimped a condensate drain line that was external to the unit & prevented the unit from draining. It would shut down on high drain level. Casey spotted the problem quickly and resolved this “external-to-the-unit”, builder’s issue quickly. Job well done!
