Pete and Joey provide a great customer service without exaggerating. Since the first phone call have been very communicative and even go out their way to explain the situation with my leaking system. 10 out 10 honestly.

TLDR: Air Conductors replaced our entire HVAC system. They have earned my business--and my wholehearted endorsement--for life.LONG VERSION: A power surge fried our 25 year old mobile home HVAC. For two weeks I sweated it out (literally and figuratively) waiting for our home warranty company to approve a new system, only to learn that damage due to power surges isnt covered. Dang. Not only was that a huge unexpected expense, but, since Id always gone through the home warranty company, I didnt have a trusted HVAC company to turn to, either.Air Conductors had dozens of reviews and a five star rating. Who, I wondered, has a perfect score with that many ratings? Theres always at least that one customer. Since it was summer in Texas, and they are so highly rated, I figured Air Conductors would be booked for days, but they fit me in just two days later.I expected a hired crew, so I was delighted that Pete himself (the owner) and one of his two sons, Josh, showed up. Im not sure if Pete and his two sons are co-owners, or if the sons plan to take over when dad retires. It is clear that they all take pride in running a first class company.HVAC contractors have serviced our ancient unit over a dozen times. Ive gotten good at gauging their competence and integrity. Pete and Josh impressed me right away.Between the age of the unit, the previous owners DIY specials and the (sometimes dubious) workmanship of various home warranty contractors, there was a lot to process, but they assessed the job quickly and accurately.I wasnt surprised that their visual inspection revealed a bigger challenge than anticipated. Previous HVAC servicers had scratched (and shaken) their heads at the unconventional (to put it politely) way our system was fixed and piecemealed together over the years. Pete and Josh discovered further hidden challenges like non-standard fittings and an air handler closet whose opening was 1/2 narrower than the new air handler. I wondered how much fixing each of these new setbacks would add to the bill and mentally prepared for the increasing likelihood that I had more sweltering summer days and nights ahead while waiting for some obscure adapter to come in. Happily though, Pete and Josh had the knowledge, creativity and determination to overcome every setback.Late in the day, they discovered a new problem that made me think almost for certain theyd have to finish another day. The guy who reinforced our deck a few months ago put a big beam right in front of the only access door in the skirting, I said if they could give me a little time, Id cut a new access hole for them (secretly wondering how, with my low level handywoman skills and resources, I was going to manage that one). But once again, I neednt have worried. They had a better solution, one that many other HVAC installers would have (understandably) considered to be outside their scope of duty. They removed a cement Hardiplank skirting panel to provide the needed access, and even replaced it good as new afterwards. Thats just one example of Petes and Joshs can-do attitude. They mentioned in passing other obstacles they overcame, and Im sure there are some I never heard about at all.The new system installed and testing completed (testing that went well beyond typical testing standards, of course), there was just one thing left. When Pete presented me with the bill, I had one last nice surprise. Of course it was higher than originally anticipated due to the extra work, but it was far lower than what I was expecting. I got the highest quality service at a more than reasonable price.Everyone hates when their AC goes out, and even more when they hear the dreaded news that it has to be replaced. Pete and Josh made this experience as positive as it could be. Air Conductors is my HVAC company for life. It is my great pleasure to add my 5 star review to all the other stellar reviews. I recently had the pleasure of using AC Services, and I am extremely satisfied with their work. My central air conditioning unit stopped working during a particularly hot week, and I needed urgent assistance. From start to finish, CoolComfort AC Services exceeded my expectations.From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, I was impressed by their professionalism and friendliness. The representative was knowledgeable and quickly understood the urgency of my situation. They were able to schedule a technician to come out the very same day, which was a huge relief. I’ve used Josh several times. Couldn’t do the beat without him and his team. 5 star!!!

We are so appreciative to this company. I have no clue about any of this and my Dad is blind so it’s a bit interesting trying to figure things out.Joey was so nice. He explained and re-explained everything and answer all our questions.Very polite and treated us as if we were all old friends.They responded in a timely fashion and was on time for the appointment. Cleaned up so well u wouldn’t know they was here working. Even took his shoes off when a little mud got on them in our yard. So he didn’t trace it in the house.All in all we recommend this company to everyone

I have been looking for a company that provides services for mobile homes like this one for 2 years now. I had 1 room in my house that would not blow cold and it drove me crazy. Because my vents were on the ceiling and not the floor on top of having a mobile home, every air conditioner company that has come out (and it’s been a few) all say they don’t do mobile homes once they see my house. I actually was contacted by them through a referral from B&H discount mobile home supply and I couldn’t be happier. They called me on Monday and came out on Monday (same day) and found my problem immediately. Joey was my technician and he was fast and friendly and very informative. Job was very affordable I even joined their rewards member program for peace of mind on future issues and look forward to seeing them again.
