Devo quickly solved the issue and repaired the unit then he explained to me the advantages of adding a compressor saving kit. He proved it with his clamp meter. The only issue was he was new with the company and the quote was different from the total price but we worked it out and I am satisfied. Truly a life saver in this Texas heat.

We needed a new air conditioner but were still deciding who to call for help until one of my neighbors recommended them. I called last Monday, and they were able to set me up for a schedule as soon as the next day. The tech guy was at my house first thing Tuesday morning. He did an inspection and provided me with the estimates and options. My new A/C was installed by Friday afternoon! The whole service was within the timeline, and the installation was efficient and perfectly installed!

We have a wonderful experience with Ages and with Roy as our tech! On Monday, he came out and spent an hour doing a consultation and helping to find the problems with our AC. He fixed a small part at no cost and gave us an estimate, knowing our system was on its way out. 3 days later, our AC blew out and We reached out at 6:15am. By 7, we had a call from Roy and by 8:45, we had an install date and time set up. They were professional and helpful and had great communication from start to finish. Our technician Steve did a great job installing a switch panel for our generator. No issues with the installation and he helped to verify our generator worked properly. Steve walked us through how to operate the panel and the labeling format. Overall a great experience at a very reasonable price. My parents have trusted this company for years. My Dad passed in 2017 and my mom has always known she could depend on them since then. She was always talking about an employee named Linda who was the friendly voice that answered the incoming calls over the years. She was pleased to hear her answer her call today. The recent sleet and ice storm, was causing her older furnace to work overtime , and it had stopped working. Due to the power outages in the area, she feared getting service for at least 24 hours. They had someone at her home within a few hours! Jake was extremely friendly, and polite. He explained the problem throughly , and what needed to be done to fix it. He informed her of cost, and made sure she felt confident before proceeding. He took photos of the whole process, and stayed once it was complete to make sure the house was heating properly. Thanks Jake!I am glad my mom has a long-standing relationship with this company. It gives her peace of mind, and it gives me peace of mind as well.Highly recommend them!

AGES has been an absolutely wonderful company to work with, and the senior technician, Roy F., they sent to us has been nothing but a dream. We would give them 10 stars if we could. We were new to the area and found AGES as highly review and recommended on Google and are so glad we did. Roy has gone above and beyond to help us with any questions weve had as new home owners, and even went out of his way to help me figure out how to turn on our fireplace. They have given us amazing deals and fair prices and worked with us on payment schedules and financing. Such a great experience! Our unit went out and within a few hours from my call they were at our home assessing what was wrong. Quincy was the best - very thorough and talked me through the steps taken to repair the unit, and did further checks after he got it working to ensure there wasn’t anything additional to repair. There was never pressure to do or purchase anything extra, he was kind and took his time walking me through things so I felt comfortable with what to do. Seriously the best customer service. I highly recommend joining their maintenance program, they really do deliver what they promise.

We wanted to get a portable generator and hook it up with a transfer switch so that we didnt have to run cables through the door to the generator. Just like most people, we were one of the houses that lost power in Texas during the freeze for several days straight. Geoffrey was super helpful thought-out. He suggested some generators for us to purchase and told us how the installation would work. The service only covers the installation itself and we have to buy the parts and call them to schedule the installation when we have everything. I had a few questions about the parts when shopping and I called to see if Geoffrey could call us to help advise. He was always super responsive. Once we had all the parts, we scheduled the appointment for installation. Upon his arrival it seems we didnt have the generator ready (oil filled up, check generator battery, etc ...) As it was our first time and didnt know what to do. He was super kind in helping us. He walked us through how to use the transfer switch when we started our test to make sure everything worked. Definitely suggest AGES services for sure. Will use them again.

I found this company on facebook and checked out reviews. He came to my home and gave me a quote and it was a great quote and I signed a form and he ordered parts and did the complete install 1 day later. Did an incredible job. The new digital thermostat that I didnt ask for he just added to it was very nice as well. The vents blow out either very cold or very hot depending on the settings. I have never had this system work like it does now. I highly recommend this company. They also do all the cleanup as well. They take all the old everything with them so everything is nice and clean when they finish and leave. The parts and labor warranty is great as well. I also got the yearly maintenance program also. They are definitely the way to go.

Maintenance person came out yesterday to do winter maintenance and encountered a problem with the “board”. He (Kade) went back to the office and ordered the part, said a technician would come back today to fix the problem. A technician did come back today, with the part, and installed it. Then, when he returned to finishing the heater maintenance, he (Marcus) encountered a problem connecting the furnace with the thermostat. After working on it for about and hour, another technician (Mark) joined him (I assume at Marcus’s request). They worked on it for at least an hour more and couldn’t resolve it; the heat was working, but not the AC. They called in a third technician, whose name I do not know, and together they resolved the issue: a switch in the thermostat.I need to let you know what an awesome job these guys did. They were SO persistent and were bound and determined that they were not going to leave me for a second night without AC.I cannot thank them enough for keeping at it until they resolved the problem, with nothing but my comfort their concern. Thank you for hiring such great workers! This kind of service is rare if not unheard of these days. Please convey my gratitude to them.

Geoffery Sanders was fantastic! He walked us through what the job would entail and was very clear about the process. He installed an outdoor light that did not have a power source already. He had to drill through our exterior stone and install an electric box, run the wires and connect to our indoor light switch. He was meticulous in his work and very tidy. What had the potential of being a big mess he was able to do with minimal damage. Just a bit of drywall patching. So happy with his work. We will definitely work with AGES again in the future.

Excellent work. Tyler Martin was thorough and detailed. He showed up on a Friday, the same day we called regarding A/C not cooling. Tyler checked and found the line frozen. He thawed it out, filled with Freon and checked for leaks. He even came back on Saturday to check for leaks with his sniffer tool. No leaks. It would have been very easy to change the coils or compressor, however Tyler’s honesty, thorough inspection and knowledge resulted in only needing to add Freon. Saved us $750 dollars. He explained about his findings and then explained about their warranty call back on a service call. We also had a $79 coupon on any service repair. Service was quick, thorough and cheaper than anyone else. Other companies had a wait time on appointments 2-3 days. I would recommend AGES Services Company to anyone needing work done on their home A/C.

We called late Friday, when our 15-year-old AC could no longer cool the house and started freezing up. They were at our house the next business day. Tyler and Adam were professional, friendly and took time to photograph the parts needing cleaning/repair (so I did not have to go in the attic).Within an hour they diagnosed the problem, and when requested, provided three different estimates for a new system. Dreading another hot week at home - I was delighted they could install it the next morning.Despite the rain (and a tornado close by), they replaced the old AC with a new heat pump, and even made sure the existing ducts had the proper airflow to better distribute the air.Today, Tyler and Brandon stopped by with the last adjustments, and took time to explain the system and answer ALL my questions. And they did all this without waking my husband (who works nights). I started using Ages in January 2020. The service has always been good. When I had a AC unit experience problems they showed up and diagnosed the problem. When I needed a replacement due to the leak the service was performed quickly.Recently I received solicitations from competitors for replacing my HVAC system. One offered a great price and another was not so great. I gave AGES a chance to provide a quote and they was astonished with the price of the competitor. Roy asked me to give them a chance to match the offer by the competitor. Roy called me back within 30 minutes and said they wanted to match the offer but provide a higher quality product as part of the install. We came to an agreement.The install came the week of the big freeze of 2021 and Ages wanted to swap out my system regardless of how bad the outside weather was. They laid out all of the protective clothes and cleaned up the space that they occupied. Provided a great service as I had came to expect from them.Stephanie & Roy are great at Ages and I recommend anyone give them a chance to earn your business. Everyone I have worked with there has been great, Roy & Stephanie have been the primary people I have interacted with besides the installers and service people.I have 3 HVAC systems for my home and thanks to Ages I now have 2 new HVAC systems and a new AC. I recently had an A/C issue. The technician, Floyd, came out for diagnosis. He presented me with 3 options ranging from the least expensive (temporary patch up of an old system) to what was really needed a new system. We chose to go ahead with replacing the whole system as long term that was the smartest option. The team did a great job installing the new unit and were very proficient. The value was superb and now the house is very cool. I respected their thoughtfulness in providing me every option verses just pushing the most expensive. I got the facts and was able to make the most informed decision. Plus I now have a new unit with a killer warranty. I used Battson air prior to AGES (and from what I learned was bought out by AGES). I am happy the same quality I received transferred to the new owners.

Very pleased with Tyler Martins visit, his professionalism and honesty, saved us money by clearing up any concerns about our AC unit. We had AGES do a follow up visit from the previous AC company who visited. Previous AC company said our unit was bad and told me we had to replace our AC unit. Tyler noticed the photos submitted by previous AC company, which showed rusting drain pan, crimped duct work and defective switches, were not pictures of our unit. He was correct, they were not pictures of our unit, not even close... Our unit had no rust, duct work was in great shape. BRANDON TO THE RESCUE!!!Where do I start!! my son called at 5:30pm today and said it was 85 in our house. Im out of town and had no way of getting there to evaluate the situation. After a desperate plea on Fb I was given their info from a friend. Sent a fb message at 6ish got a call from Brandon immediately.
