    I’ve used AC Pros to purchase and service my AC for several years and just recently had a new Water Heater installed by Doug and Ethan who were caring, considerate and thorough. Everything went extremely well and I have full confidence in this business and plan to use them for all my AC, Water Heater and Plumbing needs.

    Ethan and Preston were incredible! They worked tirelessly throughout the day replacing our AC. It was obvious that they carried themselves as professionals and took care of our home as if it were there own. Everything was left clean and the AC is running smoothly.

    Our AC unit failed about a month ago, and after getting several bids, we decided to go with AC Pros. Theyve done jobs for us before, so we knew we could count on the quality of their work. They presented us with multiple options, and we ended up going with their top-end Goodman Invertor Unit. We could not be more pleased with the new system. So incredibly quiet and effective!

    I called for an estimate, Noah came out the next day and assessed my unit and recommended it be replaced. His team was extremely efficient and had the old unit removed and the new one installed in just two days, we came across a few issues caused by the construction next door and he was extremely professional and recommended what needed to be done in navigating the repairs to get the new unit up and running. After a few weeks my drain lines started to back up and they sent a technician out to flush them the next day, I called at 4 pm and they came out as soon as I was off work the next day. Mark, Noah’s brother, was also very professional and great at navigating the issues I was having. He spent almost two hours in a hot attic making sure everything was flushed out of the lines before he left. Ac pros helped me navigate unknown territory as a new homeowner and I look forward to continuing my business with them when I have some plumbing issues resolved in the coming months (and while getting my ac serviced!) thanks for all your hard work!

    Had an issue where my inside fan stopped working had technician Mark come in was very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the issue right away. He was very thorough in testing other aspects of system to make sure. Great job

    Ive dealt with five or six companies since moving to the area, and I have to say that AC Pros hit it out of the park. Ryan was professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The classic question is, would you recommend them to a friend? I already did. I was calling someone that I was commiserating a few hours earlier with about how no one knows how to come and do a good job anymore. Turns out AC Pros does.

    Mark was really really kind. I was able to schedule same day for what I thought was an AC issue. He came out and saw that’s it sadly not an AC issue but he still helped me think through what the issue could be and how to solve it. Given that I’ve had non stop home leaks for the last several months, I was really grateful for the kindness and assistance. Will definitely be calling them again.

    We have been very impressed with AC Pros HVAC. We had a unit installed last spring after getting multiple quotes from multiple companies. They are fair, honest and dependable. The unit is great and our electric bill costs dropped last summer with its efficiency. AC Pros customer service is exceptional. The owner, front office, and technicians are friendly, skilled and thorough. Mark came out last week to inspect our unit and was so courteous and professional.     AC Pros is the best. They do HVAC and they are pros!Noah, the owner, works with clients and treats every one individually.Every technician has been awesome. They come twice a year to tune up our HVAC.They just did a duct cleaning and install of a ionizer to purify the air.Preston and Ethan were awesome. Professional, neat, and got our severely dirty ducts all cleaned out.I have referred a couple others to ACPros with no regret. Technicians like Ethan and Preston are pleasant, knowledgeable, and got the work done in a timely manner.Prices are right in line with others.

    The team at AC Pros is fantastic! I work for a residential real estate company, and we had some last minute HVAC issues with our sellers that had to get resolved quickly. I was so impressed with everyone there on the team, as they quickly jumped in, moved stuff around that wasnt as time sensitive, and got the job done just in time for us to still close! Rachel and Noah in the office are so great to work with, and really work hard to get you answers and updates. Not to mention, they always have a pleasant and positive attitude, even when we felt stressed and rushed. They put us at ease. It is so nice to get text updates with a photo about your technician and their arrival time. Justin was great at getting everything in working order, also with a positive attitude. No matter how many times we had to call him out to the property, he was always there! Very reliable, and he does great work.     The nearly 24 year old furnace in our home started failing the night before winter storm Landon hit and temperatures were going to be below freezing for a few days. I called AC Pros on Thursday morning and they called me back within the promised time window and scheduled a tech to come out the same day and inspect.The technician Mark called me and let me know he could arrive early, arrived when he said he would, and walked me through the process as he was troubleshooting the system. In the end, I decided to replace the system given the cost of repairs and the age. AC Pros was able to get a new furnace/AC unit the very next day (Friday), and had it installed and operational that evening.I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and the speed in which they were able to get us setup with a replacement and warm again.

    Great service from Doug Peterson on our plumbing issue with kitchen faucet leak. Was able to identify problem and go get the new faucet / hose kit and do the install in under 3 hours. Very professional and punctual. Also cleaned up at the end. I highly recommend Doug and AC Pros for their plumbing in addition to AC service

    I was referred to AC Pros based on a friends experience with their technician, Jon Wesson. He far exceeded my expectations and ultimately, he was the reason I decided to pursue my new AC installation with AC Pros. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough during the initial assessment and made sure that I understood everything clearly regarding my new ACs operation and maintenance at the follow-up.No one likes to find out they need a whole new AC installed, but Rick crunched the numbers with me and helped me understand my options so that I could make the best decision on which system to purchase. My house was a sauna at that point, but he patiently explained all of my options, so that I understood everything fully. He even brought a window unit by so that my son and I could come back home the night before installation. What a blessing!Noah, the owner, brought my new AC just 2 days after Jons initial visit and Michael installed it for us with Ricks help. Installation was difficult because my attic space was small, but they did an awesome job.Truly, these guys are a class act and top notch in every way! Highly recommend them!

    I had AC Pros come out to do a heating system inspection. Their technician Mark arrived at the estimated time that was scheduled. He was very helpful in explaining what the inspection entailed and was very thorough. At no point did I feel like he was trying to upsell me on anything I did not need. He was extremely professional and helpful with all the questions I had, 10/10 I will not hesitate to call AC Pros again, nor should you.

Such attention to detail and checking everything out with meticulous care!Words cannot express how thankful I am for your services, especially on this hot steamy day.We are customers for life for sure.AC Pros HVAC has been taking care of my HVAC needs for several years now, and I am delighted that they have added a Master Plumber to their staff.Doug Peterson is a highly capable Master Plumber, and I am happy he came to inspect our ancient water heater, and to move forward with a commercial grade replacement.He was polite, friendly, well-dressed, and easy to understand.To my horror, my old water heater was not even up to safety codes, which can be disastrous.Doig has also inspected the hookup to city water and found the water pressure was higher than normal.Thank you, Doug, for being here and getting this project rolling!!!     Mark Franklin is *the coolest.*Disclosure: at time of writing I have not made a purchase of a system nor duct work from AC Pros.Regardless, AC Pros ‘Comfort Specialist’ Mark came out and answered 3 cubic tons of questions from me. I’m very thankful for his help and guidance, and answering me honestly about what was and was not feasible; it shows great credit of character to give an honest answer.I’ll Edit this review to include work and photos if I make the decision to proceed with work. Otherwise, get a quote from Mark; he’s informative and frankly just awesome

    Huge kudos to Doug, I needed to replace my water heater but wanted to relocate it to a more secluded spot so that I could regain some floor space. Dougs initial estimate was very detailed, and he explained it all in detail. We spoke about my options over the phone several times, and I always felt like I had his undivided attention as long as I still had questions. He came by and took measurements a second time to make sure everything would fit. And, boy did it, but just barely! Really pleased with the result. Thanks again Doug!Also, I cant forget to mention the front office, I think I mainly spoke with Katrina, but they were very good at communicating and really helped smooth the whole process over.

    During our regular maintenance Mark realized there was critter damage in the attic. Having all holes blocked and both sides of attic cleaned and sanitized asap. Dodged a bullet on this one. Glad we have the regularaintenance program. Its worth it! The technicians are always very responsive and helpful! Being Trustworthy is also something we like to rely on with service providers. These guys deliver.

    Drain pan was full and causing water damage to my ceiling. Mark was kind enough to fit us into his already busy day an hour after I called for service. He was kind and explained everything in detail to me.5 stars is not enough for these guys. I will be using them for all my HVAC needs and can not recommend them enough. 11/10 service.
