    I love AC lady! This was by far the best choice. I had my heat and AC units replaced. The system runs great. The unit before was falling apart. I was treated fairly and the customer service was great. The workers did a really good job and very knowledgeable and quickly but insuring the job was done right and communicated well if needed. AC ladies crew, clean up very well and dont leave messes. I got lucky to find AC lady. I highly recommend AC lady!!

    Our 18 year old air handler in the attic finally gave out. I called the A/C Lady and they were able to tear out the old system and install a new one the next day. Their technicians definitely know their stuff and never slowed down the entire 4 hours they were here. Price was very reasonable and they cleaned up everything before they left. We have used them for 10+ years and will never use another contractor.

    I am so happy to finally find an honest and trustworthy A/C company. I had a difficult and tricky problem with our heat where it would blow cold air for no reason, and A/C Lady fixed it!     Itā€™s no wonder they have a 5 star rating! I had called a few companies after I tried to troubleshoot myself. Either no one could come out for a week or so, or they were charging an arm and a leg to come out. I called AC Lady late last night, Peggy answered and was so sweet and understanding. She got Sam to come out right away today. Sam was professional, and went above and beyond. Iā€™m extremely happy I called AC Lady. Customer for life!

    AC Lady, 5 stars, hands down. We have had some REALLY bad experiences with two other local AC repair services, but we have had the best experiences with AC Lady. They are on time (and if theyre not, theyll call and let you know theyre running late), super friendly/great customer services, reasonable, and helpful. I wish we had used AC Lady when we were first having issues earlier in the summer, but now we know better! Will definitely keep using and recommending!

    I needed a second opinion when the first company recommended a new ac unit for 16,000. I called A/C Lady and Nick came out about 20 minutes later. Nick was exceptional and he accessed the problem and gave his reccomendations. Very professional and friendly and made everything easy to understand. We have a great plan moving forward and I only had to pay a little under 400.00. I have found my new AC company. No need to look any further. Thank you Nick & A/C Lady!

    We have used Peggy for years, I wouldnā€™t go anywhere else. Left a message on Labor Day Saturday, she called back Saturday night, and was at my home on Sunday morning. I realize she and her team cannot be this efficient every time, but they try and are honest and straightforward. You will not regret using The A/C Lady and her team.

    Absolutely IMPRESSIVE!! Definitely recommend.Several people referred AC Lady to me and I will only call them from now on. Sam immediately figured what the problem was and took the time to verify it by calling the manufacturers tech support (electronic computer gadget stuff). The most impressive, he took it upon himself to check my units warranty (installed by someone else 7 years ago) He knew the part needed was an expensive component and was as relieved as me that mine is under warranty! Just amazed by AC Lady not only in fixing my AC but also the personal attention given to protect me as a customer!

    AC Lady to the RESCUE!!!!!When my AC broke down the day before a long holiday wknd and my long time AC company didnt call me back...I called AC Lady after hours and they called me back in 15 mins and came out first thing the next morning. They went above n beyond to make sure I was comfy and cool ASAP...all with a sweaty smile and good humor!!!! AC Lady is on my speed dial now! And just FYI...my now former long time AC company still hasnt called me back!

    I am in tears at how amazing this company truly is! Sam was such a great person and even went the extra mile for me on my AC. It went out and I was referred to this company by multiple people on my Nextdoor app. So I took a chance and called them. I was told they wouldnt be here till 9am-11. Sam gave me a call and was here by 8am! He was very informative and kind. He showed me the issue and even called Peggy to give me a deal I couldnt pass up. He took care of my family and I and even went the extra mile by cleaning my unit for me. He really blessed me today and I am so happy to have done business with them.     I had an appointment set up with AHS, it was set for a week out with a company rated at a 2.5. I called A/C Lady and had an appointment set for the next day! My Tech Nick was here way earlier then the set time of 11 to 1 pm. I was very grateful! Nick was so quick to diagnosis the issue and he was done in less then an hour! What impressed me the most was that he didnt try to up sell any parts and explained what was going on with my unit, treated me like I was intelligent, listened to what I had to say about the unit..Im so impressed with this company.     I work in a trade/service provider/construction industry and I have to praise this business. I had an issue with another service provider and called far after hours and left a message. I was completely surprised when I got a call back close to immediately. I was told the service tech could come out the next day AM. I jumped on it. The tech called me slightly before the beginning time and asked if he could come in a bit early...absolutely. He completed service and was very educational, helping with questions, and showing me a few things about my unit and the item he replaced. Great dude, very helpful. I was even more surprised when I had to pay. Well below what I expected. Great company and my old guy just lost a customer. AC Lady is my go to!

    This company is a first class operator. They donā€™t try to up sale you or sale you something you donā€™t need. Logan is very knowledgeable and will shoot you straight.When we do need to replace our HVAC unit we will be buying it from these guys. Iā€™d definitely recommend them.

In one day they were out for an estimate, then returned the next day for a complete install.     So a few months ago when we had the cold snaps, our Heater went out. I called the AC Lady like at 6 am thinking Iā€™d get someoneā€™s voicemail. They fit me into the schedule that day. Nick came out and was super meticulous. He redid a bunch of shotty wiring trying to find a short to the heat pump. Because of inclement weather he couldnā€™t go outside to look at the outside unit, but was able to get us heat until things were fixed. He then came back twice, one when the weather was better, and a second when parts had come in to fix the unit.I was impressed how well they all communicated. Nick was absolutely the best tech Iā€™ve met, the office kept calling me to keep me updated on the part that was ordered, and everything just felt like it ran smoothly.Iā€™ve been meaning to write this review for a while, Iā€™m sure I missed a few details, but truthfully if youā€™re in this area and you want a reliable HVAC company, you need to call AC Lady.

    The A/C Lady was referred to me by my friend who had used their services for her home. I have an investment property and the tenant sent me a text on Monday which was Memorial Day. I called The A/C Lady even thought it was a Legal Holiday knowing that her business was closed. I left a message on the office recorder about the a/c not working and I asked for a call back. Early Tuesday morning I received a call back. I was very impressed with the caring voice on the phone line. Peggy listened to me and she said not to worry because she was going to send a Tech out right away. We agreed on a time and the tech Michael sent me a text to let me know that he was on his way. He came prepared to find the problem and then he fixed the problem. Michael is very knowledgeable and fixed the unit. He was very professional and very pleasant to talk with. The tenant was also very pleased to have the house blowing cool air again. I had called other companies and The A/C Lady was the Only one to call me back and came out to take care of my issue. I will recommend them to anyone who has A/C issues. I will also use them for my fall inspection before it it time to turn on the heat. The repair cost was also very reasonable and it made sense.     I was quoted over $3,500 for a repair on my A/C and strongly encouraged to replace the system at a cost of over $8,500 from a competitor.Called The A/C Lady to get a 2nd opinion. They were able to fix it for $1,050.Very honest and trustworthy, will definitely use them for all my AC needs!

    Called them out for an issue that Milestone Electric said they saw with my AC during an inspection. Called the AC Lady for a second opinion and Michael came out to inspect. He said he did not see any issues and that we did not need the $800 service Milestone said we needed. He also noticed a burnt and bubbly wire and replaced it for free. He could have easily agreed with Milestone and offered us a cheaper rate and gotten our money but instead was honest. We appreciated that and will definitely be using them in the future whenever we do need services for our AC.

    This is by far the best AC company that we have used. They have come to our house twice, once for heating, and once for AC. If you want someone who is honest and extremely competent, and wont try to sell you a new unit that you dont need - this is who you call. Our heat went out this winter and we called another company, who tried to sell us a completely new unit for $13,000 -- we called the AC lady for a second opinion and they reset our unit and said there was no need for a new one! Our AC stopped working yesterday morning and when I called the AC lady in the afternoon, they were able to fit us in within the hour - the tech came out and noticed our capacitor on our outside unit had stopped working. Didnt try to sell us anything and we were back up and running less than an hour later.Couldnt recommend them to enough people.

    They are awesome. I Called on Friday and they came out on Saturday and came back on Sunday to finish the job. Did not high pressure me to buy a new system but tried to fix my old system and they did. Zach was so easy to talk to and was patient and answered all our questions. Peggy the AC Lady even came by and visited while Zach was here. Super Lady. The pricing on a new unit was cheaper than most. I found my permanent AC company. Will never use anyone else.     I had been referred to The AC Lady and her team by a couple of people I know and they did not disappoint. They came out to give me a second opinion on what another company quoted me. They immediately noticed that the other company did not even open the unit to look inside, they hadnt cleaned the outside unit either. The AC Lady did those things and said it should be working better. And it did. Then I had another strange occurrence not long after that. This time I figured out the issue and changed the thermostat but The AC Lady stayed in touch and made sure things were in working order.     I canā€™t say enough good things about The A/C Lady. We have had them come out to do the annual A/C maintenance and they do a very thorough and professional job. The techs that have come out are very knowledgeable and friendly. Our A/C went out unexpectedly last night and we had a pretty miserable night. I called A/C Lady this morning at 6:30am, they were already open for business, I talked to Peggy, and she had a Tech at our house by 9:00am. This is on the 4th of July, too, when I imagine most A/C shops are closed for the holiday. The tech, Daniel, had our A/C up and running in 15 minutes. It was just a capacitor that went bad, a common occurrence in this heat. I am so really appreciative of their honesty and responsiveness. I wasnā€™t even charged for the new capacitor because it was still under warranty. I highly recommend A/C Lady. You wonā€™t be disappointed.

    Absolutely amazing and excellent work. I contacted AC Lady, Peggy sent Jeff to my house to diagnose my house heating issues (heating coils not blowing enough hot air).     A/C Lady A/c Repair Euless. Wow! Amazing service and we called after 6:00pm! Our A/C compressor all of a sudden wasnā€™t coming on so based on the glowing recommendations for The A/C Lady my husband called tonight. She answered! What Customer Service!!! She doesnā€™t even service Grapevine any more but spent 10+ minutes on the phone with my husband trouble shooting and it worked and are now at a comfortable in door temperature!     AC went out on the hottest day of the year. Go Figure. After getting a couple of referrals to other AC Companies, I decided to Call AC Lady (A.K.A. Peggy) after reading reviews online. They came out within in a few hours. Mike the young gentleman was prompt, courteous, hard working and knowledgeable. Having experience as a property manager and had dozens of AC units replaced or repaired by different vendors , I know what to look out for. Mike and The AC lady pass with flying colors and have earned my business for life if they keep it up.     Called The AC Lady last night @ 8 pm when my air conditioner went. P, the owner, stayed on the phone with me for almost 15 minutes trying to work through our issue. She told me how I could get some AC going for the night until she could get a crew out there today (7/29). Dillon arrived this morning @ about 9:15am. Called prior to arrival and fixed the issue ASAP. All of this for under $100.00. This company is full of good people who do good things for their neighbors. I will never called anyone else.     I normally dont write reviews unless the business was outstanding and exceptional. In this case AC Lady was both. My A/C broke in the middle of a 100+ degree day in this recent Texas heat wave. I was desperate as the temperature inside my house had already climbed above 80. I had called several A/C companies including AC Lady and left messages. I thought I was lucky to had reached one that was able to show up within the hour. As this other company showed up I mentioned that I believe it was the capacitor on the AC unit as this seems to happen consistently every three years. He does the system check and then claims my compressor and blower motor failed and then quoted me a min. of $3000.00 to repair. He then claims itll be best to just replace the whole system if I planned on living in the house in the future. He then goes into a sale pitch regarding financing and quoting numbers. he spent twice as long on his sale pitch than the inspection of my AC system. I naturally told him I need time to think it over and paid the $59 fee to come out even though it felt to me I paid him to present a sale pitch. The AC lady returned my call after the other AC guy left and she was able to send out a tech within the hour. The AC Lady tech showed up within the hour and was able to get my AC running as he confirmed it was the capacitor just like I suspected. He completed the job and I was charged a very reasonable amount for the replacement capacitor and labor, all on one of the hottest days of the year where a AC company has the upper hand. I am very happy with the AC Lady and the tech she sent out and I will be using them for all my needs from this point on. I am refraining from naming the other AC company as I hope that its just one unethical employee making the company look bad.

    This company is the bomb!! Our AC went out and we called a company who lied to us and quoted $33,000 had to replace everything! Nope gonna get a 2nd company to see what they say, AC Lady came out and quoted 1/8th of the first company said we would have ac by end of next day! They were honest, never tried to upsale, and we were cold by the next night! Please call them and donā€™t stress what other companies try to scam in this 110 degree temp!

    Called one of the big names that advertises on TV, and they couldnt be bothered to come out until the following week. A neighbor reminded me about the A/C Lady, so I called, and got an appointment the same day. The guy they sent out diagnosed the problem by the sound he heard as he was getting out of his truck, and had it fixed in minutes. He made me laugh, and handed me a bill that didnt make me cry. A/C Lady will be my first call next time my system need service!Update: another great experience today. My a/c wasnt cooling at all. Peggy got someone out to my house in a few hours, and the problem was pinpointed in 5 minutes. Cool air is currently blasting from the vents. Dont even bother calling anyone else!

    Peggy came out immediately after we called and found a serious problem that other AC people created They replaced our entice system, air ducts included. Our new system runs much quieter and less often than the old one. Cooling our home better than ever. Her attention to detail and concern for your needs is incredible. Her employees are top notch.     I called the A/C Lady on Saturday morning. They had a tech out by noon. Our compressor was shorted out and almost 20 years old. The tech said that it would be a week before they could get a system for us. Peggy called Sunday morning and had us an outside and inside unit installed Monday morning. No sales pitch. Just straight honest answers and no pressure.

    Peggy is awesome, theres no doubt about that and its obvious the first time you meet her. She replaced a 28 year old heat pump system for me today with a 4 man crew. What surprised me was that each of the four crew members where also awesome. What are the odds of that? Maybe she brings out the best in people, or maybe she only hires the best people.     I have family members in the business so Ive never had to resort to using outside sources. My nephew started working at A/C Lady and had only good things to say about the company and owner. So when my a/c went out, instead of calling my cousin who originally installed my unit, I decided to give A/C Lady a call. I got serviced the very same day, the young man, my nephew, took care of my problem and my a/c unit is back to normal if not better. Peggy was very pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone. She is very kind hearted to her employees and their families. If my nephew didnt work at this company, I would still use A/C Lady because they are honest, reliable and family oriented.

    Very impressed and will definitely use again. Was able to get to my house less than a day after I called. Thank goodness because with 100+ temperatures I couldnt do without my A/C for long. Very reasonably priced and had me up and running within an hour.

    Zach showed up an hour early. Called at 730AM and the Tech was here by 2PM. Early. Had the cover off for him and he had it diagnosed in 95 seconds. Start/Run Capacitor is bad. Replaced within 5 minutes and A/C is online. Zach checked freon level and washed the unit down. He was so cheap I gave him $20 more for beer money.Thanks Zach and the A/C Lady, again for your excellent service.

    Great AC company. I called on a Saturday morning and Peggy sent someone over in the early afternoon. Daniel was my tech, he went over everything with me and actually taught me things as he was replacing my fan motor. I will only use AC lady as long as I live in Euless.

    Just worked with Debbie and I honestly say that I could not be happier. My A/C burned out when my dog chewed the wires but Debbie and her associate came by and fixed the equipment for under $100 and did everything they could to save my family and I money. They were very professional and I enjoyed working with them. please do not hesitate to contact them.Considering that I have accepted an opportunity in NYC, I will be renting out my house and I know exactly who to use if my tenants have any type of A/C problems.Great job Debbie!

    Our air conditioner went out in the middle of a holiday weekend and they came out the same day. We ended up needing an entire new unit and they were so quick and efficient and so easy to work with. Zach and the other guys were so polite and respectful of our house and even made sure to keep our dogā€™s water bowl full while we were away. We will never use anybody else!

    I contacted this company based on reviews from several sources and was not disappointed that I chose this organization. My initial call was around noon today and I had a call back from Mike within 2 hours that he was on his way to my home to check the system out. After some troubleshooting, Mike determined what the issue was and I once again had a warm and cozy home.     My service technician Zach was super informative and kind. He showed me exactly what part was broken, showed me on the label what it should be doing and then showed me on his equipment monitor what it was actually doing. Then he showed me the readings for the new part he was putting in to demonstrate that it was working perfectly. Then he cleaned off my AC unit and even untangled my water hose. He took a temperature reading of the air coming out of the ducts inside so I could be assured it was working before he left. Hands down one of the most positive experiences I have ever had with any kind of home repair company.

    Lightning fast response time. I told them I had air and it was NOT an emergency but if they could come out and check the freon level in my system when they had a chance. Daniel the technician was at my house two hours later and checked out the entire system with no problems reported. It was 104F that day and my poor AC just couldnt keep up but it was functioning as designed. Thanks AC Lady for the reassurances!!

    Called the AC Lady out for a second opinion. Peggy was prompt and courteous and took care of the problem that the other guys were trying to replace items that were working fine. She replaced the compressor capacitor and the fan motor capacitor, as one had failed completely and the other was on its way out. She also cleaned the condenser coils, as they were pretty dirty. No charge for the second opinion diagnosis and the service call and parts were discounted; the total was $162.88 vs the ā€œother guysā€ estimate of $950! Thanks Peggy!

    I was quoted 35.00 to repair my ac. They had it working in 5 min. Another company quoted me 1,000.00 and told me my blower had burnt up. I needed a 1,000.00 blower. It turns out to be like had battery had gone bad. It cost 35.00 and my blower was working great. I love these people for their honesty.

    I can not recommend these guys enough. I called after a heavy rain caused several issues in our home (backed up main sewer line being one). I checked what I could think of and gave up trying to figure out what the issue was. I was called by a representative of the company within 20 minutes of leaving a message (called around 0645) and the gentleman listened to what I had check and instead of just booking a time to come out he made a few suggestions which ultimately lead to the problem being fixed. The 5 minutes he took on the phone to speak with me an troubleshoot the issue saved time and money.

    Our heat went out on New Years day a few years back. She sent someone right away and found a screw had worked its way out. They fixed it in only a few minutes and refused money!!!! The next year it went out again, she came back out and this time was a bigger problem. She fixed it the same day for the most reasonable price you could imagine and was so sweet and kind.
