One afternoon, the AC stopped working. I had two other big-name companies tell me the compressor was not under warranty and the costs to repair would be at least $7,500. The temps outside was over 100F. I then remembered about Above Comfort. Miguel saved me over $5K. He came over and, in less than 5 minutes, was able to pull the warranty on the compressor. In 24 hrs., the AC was back on, and I felt relieved saving thousands.

Got several competing bids and while the other companies wanted to replace the whole AC unit, Above Comfort Mechanical correctly diagnosed only the compressor needed replacement, which was far more economical. They replaced it within a day and now it works even better than before.

I can not speak highly enough about Comfort Mechanical. I was fortunate to be introduced to Mr. Diaz through a work colleague and the service I have received ever since has been extraordinary. Not just professional and experts in the field, but the responsiveness has been above and beyond. Mr. Diaz cares about doing a great job and even more, he and his team cate about their customers! It feels like an old-fashion style of customer service - and I greatly appreciate it.

I am so glad I called Above Comfort Mechanical. I can say that Miguel was very quick to show up did not have me wait for hours as other companies usually do. Other companies give you a big window of time that they will arrive such as 12-5PM, Miguel said he would be here within an hour and he was here faster than that! In this hot weather I really appreciate that!His expertise was on point, he explained what the issue was, how he was going to fix it, and even better what to do to prevent it from happening again. I really appreciate how fast my A/C was up and running again! I recommend Above Comfort Mechanical.
