I had been calling around and companies sent out workers saying I should just buy a new dryer. They were charging a ridiculous amount of money to repair. I called a Affordable Appliance Repair about my oven and spoke with Billy he came out really quickly. Within 10 minutes he had my oven working. At a very reasonable price. Then I briefly told him about my experience with the dryer he took a look at it and had everything done within 30 minutes. I felt comfortable that he understood everything and knew what was going on based off of what I was telling him. Beyond happy with the service! Billy came out on Fathers Day and spent close to an hour trying everything to fix my washer. Finally had to admit it needed a new control board. My washing machine was getting constantly overbalanced and refusing to drain. I called and they were able to come the next day and repair it. He fixed the balancing issue but it turned out it had two issues because the overbalancing was fixed but the drain pump was on its way out which was why it didn’t always drain so he came out again and did the repair but didn’t overcharge for more labor, which I appreciated. Washer is working as well as it did when I bought it. Was also able to give us advice about our 30+ year old stove that is on the way out. Will definitely call again!

It has been three weeks since they repaired it, and it has worked well. Thank you! Also, he had a nasty cut on his hand. I asked him if he was okay, and he said he was and that he got it while working. I could tell he was in pain, but he was still working. If youre considering calling them, please consider being kind. Maybe consider offering them water or treating them with respect. Im reading the reviews, and some seem to be so rude. I will be calling them from now on and recommending them to friends and family!

He had the dryer put back together and running. And he was talking the whole time and answering all my questions while he was doing. I was having issues with my water dispenser in my refrigerator. I did my research online and I found Billy and saw he had good reviews and was open on a Sunday, so decided to give him a try. I called on Sunday and he answered promptly. I was not expecting him to be able to come that day as late as I called. But we scheduled for him to come the next day in the evening and gave me a diagnostic price which was $45. He said that the cost of the diagnostic price would be compensated once the actually work was done. So, he actually called ahead of schedule and said he’d be here earlier which worked out for my wife and I. He showed up with some help and Billy was explaining everything he was doing the whole time he was working on the refrigerator. Luckily the problem was wasn’t too big and just needed to replace a water line inside the refrigerator. I think tops it took 15-20 min and they put everything back together and they were on they’re way. Total was about $60. Not too bad of a price. All in all a very pleasant experience with Billy and his assistant. I would easily use him again for any issues I’d have with my appliances and would definitely recommend him.

Billy and David came to my home and were able to diagnose and fix my refrigerator in a short period of time. These guys are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. There are some people out there who feel like if a fix is done quickly then it is not worth the price paid; this is the exact opposite in a diagnostic and repair job. When someone is able to come in diagnose the issue and solve it in a short period of time to me it is worth every penny and the mark of a pro (the rates that AAA charges is incredibly affordable plus the work is guaranteed).

Excellent customer service! I reached out late Tuesday night when I notice my fridge was leaking..Billy answered and said he’d be here first thing in the morning. Neighbors, AAA Affordable Appliance Repair is the repair service youll want to call for every appliance repair service you need. Having called about my broken dryer first thing in the morning, Billy and his fellow tech said theyd come in fifteen minutes! I was prepared to make an appointment for a consultation, like other places have before, leaving us at their mercy. Not only did they arrive quickly, but were friendly, to the point, and diagnosed the issue quickly. Ordering the motor promptly, we agreed to meet this morning, and they were in and out within an hour, having found and repaired another dryer issue very affordably. He was also informative about other questions I had about my refrigerator. All in all, AAA is my repair service from now on! Thanks so much!

Highly recommended. I called in for a washer repair, and AAA Repair was able to arrive at the home the same day. The repairman had the part in the truck, and was able to fix the broken component in less than 20 minutes. Super fast service, and provided a 1 year warranty on the repair itself.

This is exactly how you want your service calls to be. Quick, Easy, and Affordable. We called Billy on a early afternoon on Sunday to come by and see why our oven was not working. He was able to come by our place a few hours later. He quickly figured out it was our ignitor, had the part in his vehicle, and fixed it for us at a great price. He was in and out of our house within 30 mins!! I wish all service calls when this smoothly!

Called Billy on a Sunday at 11:00 a.m. after reading reviews. He was at my house approx. 1 1/2 hrs later to assess fridge. Promptly saw problem and ordered part. Returned next day in the time frame given with part and fixed the issue. Also replaced 2 light bulbs (no charge) that we’re out. He cleaned up the small debris left behind and placed everything back in it’s place. Courteous and professional. Definitely recommend.

Happy customer right here! Technician was very professional, promptly on time with in the two hour time frame he gave, and out in less than an hour. Even better it costed way less than we expected!!! Technician was very honest and showed me damaged pieces and gave great customer service. He saved us from buying another dryer (when this one was only two years old). Only question was, why didnt we call them sooner!

Came in asked what my washing machine was doing, then he proceeded to dismantle the washer and went straight to the problem. It took less than 15 minutes to get the coupler off and a new one on. I would highly recommend this business. There’s not many people I hire being that I’m a single mom, I feel people are constantly trying to fool me because I’m a woman and they feel I don’t know better.
