    Nothing but good things to say about this service. Great prompt service.Lawrence and his crew came in and finished the full a/c unit replacement in three and a half hours .They placed carpet and floor protectors.Lawrence went the extra mile and leveled my outside unit with concrete blocks , this allows the unit to have a longer life.I would rate it 7 stars if I could.Thanks for a job well done.

    Lawrence and 7-Star Service are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. Called this afternoon because my AC wasnt working and they said the earliest someone could come out was tomorrow. Received a call from Lawrence 10 minutes later saying hed be able to stop by today. He showed up and he diagnosed/fixed the problem within minutes. It was 85 degrees in my house yesterday and today and now we finally have cool air again. The only folks I want working on my HVAC. A+ service and super friendly folks.

    7 - Star was great! 3 min after talking with the call center the Tech Lawrence called back. Said he would be here in an 1hr. Arrived as said. Found the problem quickly and fixed it even faster.     Amazing! I called the main number at 5 pm on Saturday: 7/9/2022. I was told they could come the same day to visit,diagnose and hopefully fix it too. Lawrence called back within 10 minutes and he showed up as promised in less than one hour. Thankfully it was something simple(Capacitor) and he had one on his truck. That brought my silent exterior A/C box back to life. Then at my request he checked the refrigerant...added some and fixed a minor rattle on the unit- loose grate bolts. Everything is 100% fixed- super happy!

    Our AC unit went off yesterday, we had a terrible night and the kids were scared to sleep in the heat. I did a google search and got the number to 7-Star. I spoke with Lawrence and he showed up a few hours later. He did check the unit out and fixed it in no time. He was very friendly and taught me how to keep the system running efficiently with best maintenance. I will definately use his service again and recommend him to others who may need his service.

    Outside unit needed emergency maintenance on a 102 degree day in Pflugerville.I called at 4:30p, as inside my temperature had risen to about 87. By 7p, my A/C was blowing cool air again and I was thanking Lawrence for saving us.He gave us advice on how to avoid problems moving forward, as well as what we could expect from our unit. He was professional, prompt, and reasonably priced considering the circumstances.I cannot recommend him enough. If youre where I was, dont wait - call him.

    I called after 6pm on Friday and spoke with Lawrence about my AC problem that couldnt get any cooler than 79 while it was 93 outside. He arrived at my home within 1hr just like what he estimated over the phone. He and Rudy diagnosed the problem and found a leakage in the coil which was estimated over $1500 for replacement. Since the unit is less than 5 years old, he will help me to get Trane warranty to replace the unit for just for the cost of the labor and freon charge later. Lawrence is very knowlegable about the known issue with Trane and impressed me with his professionalism in customer service. His work took less than 2 hrs and my home is under 74 degrees in less than 1 hr. Today he charged me just for the service and freon to my AC and will credit toward to the cost for coil replacement in near future. My family and kids thank him so much for the prompt service and looking for his help to complete coil replacment.

    After nearly two months of our a/c messing up our landlord finally gave us the approval to call a repair company. I just googled pflugerville a/c repair and came across 7 Star Service. I saw a few good reviews and decided to give them a call. It was Friday evening and Lawerence was at our house in about an hour. He looked at our system and told us what he thought was wrong with it. He never asked us for a payment because I had told him the landlord was going to be in charge of the bill. He and our landlord got in touch and came out to our house Monday (he had to order parts Friday) and got it done by the time I got home from work. It feels so good to not have to worry about if our a/c will be working or not when we get home. Thanks Lawerence!

    This is the second time I’ve dealt with Lawrence at 7 Star both times were exceptional here on time and very quick serviceThe condenser fan on my AC went out and unfortunately I had someone else do it but apparently he wired it wrong and burned out the motor after two days, got a hold of Lawrence he was out here the next day fixed it within an hour and a half to two hours working great couldn’t have anything better else to say about him great service and Lawrence is a great guyI’ve learned my lesson, from now on, if I need anything else trust me I’ll be going with Lawrence @ 7 Star
