    Extremely courteous and professional. The alternator went out on my F350 on a trip through Dallas with my family towing the travel trailer. It was about 7p and 32F. Chris didn’t BS me, he told me exactly what to expect then Josh did his whoop whoop after working a long day and we were back on the road at 10:40. Now that I think about it I would have had to wait a week or two to get it fixed in Houston probably for the same price. The 24hr Oriellys definitely helped. Thanks again y’all I might call you before I call a shop actually 🤔

They traveled three hours just to get the part, got it installed like pros, and had us rolling again still on time for the load (which is nothing short of a miracle in trucking).The truck was in the hands of a husband-and-wife team, and let’s be honest—breaking down is stressful enough, but doing it with your spouse? That’s next-level pressure!     This is the best road service I have ever gotten. I was broke down for a day and a half because of some problems with the DEF system. Loves couldn’t help me. 2 other mechanics couldn’t figure it out. And it was on a Sunday, 2 days before Christmas so I couldn’t find no one else to go. I found 24/7 Diesel Repair&Road Service and they came to me within an hour. Chris is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explains everything he does and is HONEST which is hard to find nowadays. I was on the road in 1 hour. And that’s because my company took a while to pay (having problems with EFS check). HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

    Excellent service in timely manner Josh the technician gets 10 stars out of 10 he was proficient kind and very experienced my oil pump was out and he fixed me up right on the spot so i could get back to Wisconsin.     Let me tell you! Chris is a God send! I called him on a Friday at close brokedown in a fuel island, and not 1 excuse came from him he got to us within the hour. Towed us out of the fuel island and then diagnosed the problem. Our transmission decided to shrapnel the clutch plate. We are a new company, and this would have hurt worse if it had not been for him. He gave me a quote and I about fell flat on my face! I didnt know anyone was a decent fair mechanic on a semi these days anymore. His price was AMAZING. He showed back up Monday at 730am. My truck left the roadside at 1 pm! This man dropped my transmission, replaced everything, and reinstalled the transmission in 5 and a half hours! Guys, he deserves every 5 star Review he has DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE calling anyone but him! Thanks Chris you saved our butts!

    Called on a saturday night broke down with a load of cattle right outside of dallas. They didnt hesistate to run and get the parts and come straight to me.     I have a 2017 with the maxforce n13 engine that the fuel pump went out on, I called like 6 different mechanics and no one wanted to work on that particular engine, but these guys, rather then just coming out and putting the part on he wanted to do a full diagnostics to rule out other possible issues and being that he never performed that kind of service on that engine he still accepted the challenge with no Hesitation. Great guy, gives you the pros and cons and even the harsh truth, I’m not just saying this when I say I honestly give these guys a 10 out of 10.

    We used Chris and his team yesterday. I called him up Saturday afternoon. Asked him if he can send someone over to see what is going on. He didn’t even ask what kind of truck we have, he was right on it. Found the problem, calling around to find the part. Dealer was closed. Of Course !!Chris stopped our clock until somebody can meet them at the dealer. Picked up the part in the evening and fixed our truck right away.I would definitely keep his name for the future if we have a truck in Dallas area and recommend him to anyone.     After two hours at a TA and three hours at a Freightliner DEALER, Chris solved my issue in 45 minutes!!!!This is what service is!!! Chris was able to schedule me quickly, honored that schedule, and he and Mike set right to diagnosing my issue with a common sense that REAL mechanics should have, not following a flow chart like a glorified lube-tech. And he charged me a reasonable rate, far less than my other so-called diagnoses.If you are in the DFT area, make this man your go-to, first choice for maintenance and repair.     I’ve used 24 hr. Diesel and Road Service L&T twice now and each time Chris has been great! Their response time is quick, Chris (the technician) is knowledgeable with his onsite assessment and diagnostic. Chris has recently replaced my radiator on my Cascadia roadside and ensured that we were able to get back on the road as quickly as possible. I easily had damage that would have made my camper towable. After getting new tires on my camper Chris came back and followed me down the highway about 10 miles to make sure I was safe on the road. Although, I had more damages than he could fix on my camper Chris was willing to help me to get back on the road. He is a great guy and will do you right, when in need.
