    2 days ago water was leaking from ceiling of my house directly above AC. Called Red Star Cooling/Heating Company who installed my new AC last Aug. 2023 , Jose Rodriguez ( Tech) came over & found out that the primary drain pipe (AC) was clogged/bent/slightly damaged . He tried to unclogged temporarily. Recommended replacement of pipes. He is so kind & very patient, took time explaining the causes/ needed prevention to avoid recurring the same problem.The next day 3 repair guys came over to replace the said pipes.Although one of the guys reinstalled the new AC filter , initially he was hesitant to do it.Another instance these 3 guys at first were warned by me to go up/down carefully to the attic & open/ close slowly as the ladder latch was noticed the other day to have some kind of resistance but they didnot listen. one of the guys closed the ladder abruptly & the spring connected to ladder (left side) came off & it hit/struck the module / thermostat control w/c fell to the floor. Its good thing it is still working at this time or it might create problem later. It could have hurt/injured anybody who were there.Jose R. did a commendable job, did outside what hes supposed to do. His work attitude is like day & night though they work for the same company.

    Robert was awesome in diagnosing as well as making the right calls to get the parts ordered and the repair scheduled. He showed up at the earliest possible time within the window given and that was amazing.Lee was the repair tech sent out the next day. There wasnt a scheduled time and it was just a matter of waiting for the part. When he arrived he got right to work and got the ECM swapped out in no time.Thank you to Red Star as well as Robert and Lee for working in this heat to keep the kids and I cool.

    Red Star have done some repairs yo my AC system two weeks ago. Last night the system shut down completely and I called Red Star in the morning to request assistance. Sebastian Cardona managed to come earlier than planned and fixed the problem for us at no charge. He was courteous and quick to diagnose the problem and provided a solution if the thermostat continues malfunctioning. We are happy we chose Red Star for our AC needs .

    I use Red Star here all the time and here is why…I text Michael on Sunday evening, there is a leak in the attic from the HVAC systemHe’s tied up on another job, but he reaches out to co-worker Tony to text me which he did and told me when he could meet me there and he was right on time,polite and very professional.I explain the situation, and he went to work, 90 minutes later Tony was done, leaving me very satisfied not only for the professionalism and quality of work… very very, very competitive price.You need to check Red Star Air out at least get an estimate you will not be sorry
