    Well-trained employees just installed an American Standard HVAC after working with me to prolong the life of my old HVAC. There are new requirements for coolant, and they were careful to check everything to be sure it was operating well before leaving my home. They are careful and clean as they work. The new equipment works well in any weather. I am blessed to have their help for heating and cooling my home.

    We had these guys out to replace a coil and they not only did that, but also took care of a condensation issue over the laundry room caused by shoddy workmanship from a previous company. Grade A customer service and would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

    Greg and his team of experienced technicians helped me out only once, but twice. Greg first tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone because he didn’t want to charge for a service call if it could have been avoided.Their communication from the beginning to the end was great as I knew what to expect.The team offered up good/better/best solutions to resolve the air flow issue in both of my rooms. The gentleman offered up his personal opinion, not the ‘best.’What was suggested resolved the issue almost immediately and they left the room/attic clean, as if they didn’t modify anything.I also appreciate this is a family run business and they are honest with their intentions and continue to our perform the competition.

    I have been a customer of Berkey’s for many years and decided to give another AC/Heating company a try. ZedicAire was amazing and made me wish I had switched years ago.     There are two reviews here. One in October, 2019 and one in November, 2024. ZedicAire just keeps delivering. Check out both reviews five years apart.October, 2019. Arrived on time, worked professionally, found an issue with one of my units, explained and ordering parts plus did a work around to buy me time till they can get needed part in. It’s exactly what you would expect, what you hope will happen with service companies, but honestly is rarely done. Good to find one who does. Thanks ZedicAire!!Back to add an update on November, 2024. In a different home now. A/C compressor went out. Showed me why and suggested a better brand with equivalent Seer rating. Also gave me option of repair but I decided repair though less cost wasn’t wise given the brand of unit they would try to repair. I opted to replace. They had the unit to me same day and installed. Nice and cool all night.Once again, Roger, Matt and the team are just the best. Never force you to buy and give all options to consider. Then when you decide, they move quickly to get the job done. If they had ratings higher than 5, I would give it. You can use a lot of A/C companies and many will rip you off. It’s nice to find one that prizes integrity over anything else.

    Had Roger (owner) quote a replacement coil for a 4-ton AC unit vs larger local HVAC competitors. Not only did his pricing win the business his team completed the work within 24 hours.Unit had a rare drainage issue pop up a few weeks later… again resolved within 24 hours at no charge. Can’t ask for a better setup.I’ll continue supporting this small business that’s fairly priced, honest about their work and stands behind it.

    Absolutely stellar service from Zedicair. Probably the most professional contractor company Ive ever dealt with. They replaced the AC system in my rental property, I was so impressed that I did not hesitate to use them to replace the system in my own home when it failed a few months later. After months of dealing with another company that could not diagnose what was wrong with my HVAC, I hired ZedicAire to give a second opinion and they found the problem and got it corrected.     Brian and Matt were great. They were very respectful of me, my home and very through. They spent the time to explain everything I needed to do to maintain the system for optimal functioning. They did a small repair and explained what that part did and why I should do the repair. There was no pressure.5 years ago I was told I needed to get new systems by a company that came by after I got a tune up deal online. ZedicAire has been servicing my AC units since then with no issues and has never told us we needed to replace them right away. Though today they did say that with the age of our systems that probably sooner rather than later we would need to do that. But at least we have some time before we get to that.Spend the money to get a tune up contract with ZedicAire. You can trust them to only come to you with real issues.

    Repeat customer. This time it was 105 outside and our upstairs AC decided to go out. I called Roger @ Zedicaire and literally within 2 hrs from that call they repaired the unit and had cold air blowing again upstairs! Great service, fair price, and a nice crew!

    When I woke up this morning we found our unit not cooling. Texted ZedicAire at 7:30 AM, they were here by 11 AM, assessed the issue, researched and determined it was covered by warranty, and by the end of the day they found the replacement compressor in the area and had it installed.     ZedicAire replaced my 18 year old heat and a/c system with all new equipment and WiFi thermostats. I am very pleased with the new equipment and its performance.Update: I had ZedicAire out again July 2020 to repair a problem that developed Saturday evening. I made a quick phone call and text. Brian called back within minutes. Garrett came by on a Sunday morning to check on it and keep it going until Brian came out on Monday, diagnosed it, got the parts, and repaired it.Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Every time I’ve called they have gotten things taken care of quickly. They come out and fix the problem and are not trying to sell me something or a service plan.They are good guys. Reliable, responsive, and honest.

    Our air had been out for days. After being ghosted by a local firm and quoted by another company $1.7K for a $650 repair, we finally found Roger at ZedicAire.Roger sent a crew within hours, asking Garrett and Matt to go outside their normal territory to help us. The guys discovered something that turned out complicated, but were very resourceful and persistent in eventually figuring out a solution. Incredibly, they didnt try to charge us an arm & leg - just seemed to be intent on helping us out.This is a company that screams integrity and competence. Zedic is our go-to HVAC experts from now on. We cant say enough good things about this team.

    I was having trouble with my heater making a very loud noise and vibrating badly. I got their number from my neighbor and called. Roger was very nice. Took the time to listen and ask me questions and told me how to fix the issue over the phone! He could’ve come out and charged me a service fee! I definitely will be using this company for all of my HVAC needs!

    Roger came out today and was able to get our air flow in the ducts corrected in our house. We have been here since 2005 and the master bedroom has always been warmer. Not any more! We can sure tell the difference now. I highly recommend ZedicAire. They are a very honest company. They are also not expensive and wont rip you off.

    My entire experience with Zedic Aire was wonderful. From setting up the appointment, receiving text messages to confirm my appointment and letting me know when the technician would be there. Garrett was on time, serviced each unit to make sure they were running properly for the new owners. He was very friendly and professional.I wish I would have called them from the very beginning. I called many companies and either they couldn’t fit me in or they did not show up when scheduled. If I stay in the area I will definitely use them again!!     Zedicaire was amazing! They were very prompt and got right to work diagnosing the issue. My electrical board was fried by a power surge and they were able to get the parts and replace it. After replacing the boards they made sure the unit was fully operational. They told me in need to hose off the outside unit to clean it off. I am thankful they just showed me something I could do myself instead of just doing it and charging me for it. My wife was there nearly the whole time by herself and felt very comfortable with the technicians. Zedicaire got my unit back up and running very quickly and for a fair price. I can’t recommend Zedicaire enough!
