A brand new 16 Seer A/C and Heating system was installed in my home. I received excellent service working with Jaime Garcia. He did a great job assessing the problems with both downstairs and upstairs units. After final inspections, only the 25 yr old Trane unit downstairs needed replacement. I appreciate the sincere honesty of WRIGHT that the smaller Trane unit upstairs didn’t need replacing and explained the issue was a shared drain pipe with the downstairs unit that was clogged. Since the new unit was installed, it corrected the upstairs unit problem. I Highly recommend WRIGHT AC services, they are VERY honest and reliable.

Prompt call back for appointment. Elijah was very professional and explained the problem to us and the solution. He explained the process in terms and language for us to understand. Very reasonable pricing.So update: had a glitch overnight. Called and left a message early Saturday morning. Got a prompt call back and tech was out at 10 am. Just as promised. Tony was very professional. Had already reviewed the notes from previous day and had a plan. He was able to get to his diagnostic plan and found a very minut glitch in the wiring. Fixed it and no problems since. He explained the problem and how he fixed. Appreciate very much the professionalism of the folks I have dealt with at Wright.

Thank you to Wright services! Elijah came out to fix our heater that wasn’t working during freezing temperatures. Our house got down to 60 degrees at one point. He came to asses the problem, tried to get the part needed to fix the heater but unfortunately wasn’t available and needed to be ordered, he came out the next day and fixed the heater once the part arrived. The process was very smooth and easy. This is the 3rd time we’ve use Wright Services and will definitely call them again next time we need something. Great staff, very kind from the women who answer the phone in the office to the technicians that come out!

PART 1 - Always an uncomfortable situation when you have to have AC servicing done. Sales. Expenses. Yikes. Mike Owen’s came in and fully explained everything including how the entire system functions. We’re getting a new blower motor and board installed next week. Look for part 2 next week.PART 2 - It took a little longer than expected to get the blower installed. No fault of Wright AC… a weird connector wire that they had to find. Again, we were taken care of. Mike Owens kept in contact and came and installed it. All is good in the household and the (correct) blower motor is much quieter. Thanks Mike. Thanks Wright AC. We’ll see you for the summer check up.

My 22-year-old 3-ton HVAC system has been struggling during the 2025 Texas cold snap, and their team has gone above and beyond to keep me comfortable.Over the last few days, they have babysat my furnace, provided multiple solutions, and worked tirelessly to find the best replacement options—all while keeping cost in mind given today’s high HVAC prices. They even sourced equipment from unused vendor orders to ensure I got what I needed.From the person answering the phones to the repair engineer and the install lead, everyone has been professional, friendly, and genuinely concerned about my situation. Tony ROCKS.We’ve got a weird hvac situation in our 1950’s house with two different ‘zones’. I’m kind of a DIY’r and tbh this last year has been a financial struggle bus, so I had done some of my own work on the system. Tony talked me through some of the possible problems and even pointed out that a capacitor I had replaced had gone bad, but that the original one was perfectly fine!😂. He really went above and beyond- he found a freon leak in a loose connection that just needed to be tightened, filled ‘er up, and checked the rest of the system too. He was honest, frank when he needed to be, informative, and helpful. Give this guy a raise! He deserves it.Thank you Tony!

I researched AC companies in the local area because replacing an AC unit is a significant investment. I chose Wright Services because I read the reviews and wanted to invest in a Trane AC unit. Wright Service Representative Tony was professional and explained the various systems in detail. He was very transparent with the cost, which I thought was reasonable for a Trane Unit. The Installers, David, Jacob, and Israel, came wearing the company’s uniform, which I appreciated. They were professional and respected my home. Tech said my float switch was bad, and left it to the side. Later that day, my AC was only blowing hot air - quite the coincidence.I tested the capacitor (bad) and replaced it. Didn’t fix the issue... Kept troubleshooting. Put the float switch back in its normal position in the condensation pan, which fixed the problem... I have cold air now.

Main air conditioning unit went out during very hot and busy time of the year. The folks at Wright Services were courteous and professional as they received my call for service, scheduled a timely appointment (on the weekend), showed up on time, and performed a thorough assessment of the affected unit. Jody made temporary repairs on a related problem with the duct work, and worked up a comprehensive plan to replace equipment that was beyond its serviceable life span, as promised and on time. I’m very pleased with the service I have received and will continue to count on Wright Services for all my HVAC needs.

UPDATE: Rena contacted me as a follow-up to the original visit and asked me how things were. When I told her all I put in my last review, she was shocked and apologized for what had transpired. She took all the information and had a meeting with the General Manager (I didnt get his name). He called me shortly afterwards and (1) apologized and told me this shouldnt have happened (2) told me he would refund the charge for the second visit and (3) told me that he would send his installation crew out and instead of trying to find where it was still leaking, would completely replace the drainage pipe (AT NO CHARGE). I was very pleased in his response. The team came out (JJ and John-very pleasant young men) and did just that. To top things off, Rena called again and offered to either refund the $79 service charge for the second visit OR give me the yearly maintenance contract for free, which costs $199! I chose that one because you get a summer and winter check, no service charge for any visit, and %15 off any repair. I was amazed at the service I received and their effort to make things right. Thanks to Rena and the General Manager for outstanding customer service.UPDATE AFTER FIRST VISIT: A couple of days after posting this, I AGAIN noticed there was leakage coming from the air handler, though not as much as before. I contacted the company, and Mike was dispatched that afternoon. After checking, he told me another pvc pipe, that was connected to the original pvc that was leaking by a joint, was leaking water. After gluing the pvc pipe back in, I was informed that I would be charged ANOTHER service call. Why? The original request was to have whatever was leaking repaired. Obviously, this wasnt done on the first visit. All of the possible leakage places should have been checked. I was told I had to pay another service charge because the leak was in a different area (separated by a small joint, it was about 2 inches from the first one he glued). I had planned to join their maintenance plan (for $199 per year), and use them in the future, but obviously this double-charge made me rethink that. I even told Mike that I didnt understand how the company would rather have another $79, rather than satisfy the customer and benefit by all of the money that would be spent in the future. OH, and guess what? I checked the air handler a couple of days ago, AND ITS STILL LEAKING. I will be contacting them AGAIN to see if Ill have to pay ANOTHER service charge on what should have been repaired the first time.I was impressed with this company. The customer service rep was very friendly and helpful in scheduling an appointment to have a tech check on my a/c unit air handler, which was leaking water from somewhere. Mike arrived the next day and diagnosed the problem within a minute. He is friendly, very knowledgeable of my Trane unit, which is refreshing considering the other companies who have come out over the years to address problems. I also prefer a family owned company as they tend to work harder to get your business and are generally a bit cheaper than the big companies. I will continue to use Wright Services in the future, and will always request that Mike is assigned to any problems that may occur.

I contacted Wright on Saturday as we noticed excessive drainage from our over drain pipe. Right at the moment of first contact, I knew we made a good choice. The agent answering the phone was very friendly, professional and did not sound like they were just reading off a script. Scheduling was easy and they dispatched a technician the following Monday.The technician (Laine) was also very friendly, professional and thorough in making sure we understood what he was testing, what the results of the testing was and what he did to correct the issues. In addition, he ran additional testing and offered (not pushed) an additional service of replacing a weak capacitor.We are extremely happy with Wright and will use them in the future.

This was my first time using Wright Services. My AC unit needed servicing as it was running warm. My service tech Tony came out was very professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the heat pump and replace what was needed and did a system check to see that everything is running properly. He gladly answered every question and concern I had. He then quickly moved into the home and checked the air handler to make sure that was running properly. My fears were quickly mitigated by the expertise and professionalism of my service tech. UPDATED 23 DEC 24Purchased a new HVAC unit from this establishment when I finally decided that my old unit was starting to have problems, I did not want it to expire unexpetedly when the temperature outside were unbearably hot or cold. I do not like surprises. Its one of the new units that uses the new freon required after the first of the year by the feds. I also purchased a unit that makes dust and particles clump together so the filter will catch it easier. Also a UV setup to kill mold and germs leaving the cooling coils. These add-ons work besutifully. My house has started smelling fresh, rarher than like stale dirty clothes. My dusting job is about 99 percent easier and my filters get dirtier. The 3 techs who installed the unit did an exceptional job and I am totally and completely pleased with their work. Their names are Isreal, David, and Mikey. The installation even looks great . They certainly go above and beyond making their installations as beautiful as I did mine when I worked for GTE / Verizon . I worked there 30 years. I was installing very large computerized business systems so I know beautiful work when I see it. These guys do their jobs and had it up and running the same day. This also included new freon lines. They did not leave anything unsightly and cleaned up really well considering going in and out of an attic full of insulation. I also got my ducts aero sealed which made the air leaking from the ducts seeable while watching the graphics on the computer drop to 4 from 8 which is a considerable decrease. My HVAC comes on very little and runs a lot less since the conditioned air is getting from the unit to the inside of the house rather than cooling the attic. I can tell you that these techs and their General Manager Clay are meticulous about doing exceptional work and are honest. They work very hard to provide a highly efficient installation. If you are looking for a great HVAC company with friendly honest hard working people, hire these guys. I promise you will never regret it.U5DATED 14 NOV 24Had heating checkup today by Technician Michael Owens. Everything checked out OK. I was impressed because he saw a small uptick in carbon dioxide at the intake on the heating unit and checked everything inside the house. He found a burner on the range top in the kitchen 3 rooms away that I had accidentally left on after warming up a snack. I turned it off and the level dropped back to 0 shortly at the intake on the unit. Very impressive! I now know how thorough the inspection he completed was. This is the reason I use Wright, because their concern is genuine when it comes to thoroughly and completely this company cares about their commitment to their customer. Thanks Michael !!!UPDATED 6 JULY, 24I have been a customer of Wright Services for many years, so when my air conditioner quit on July 2, 24, I called them immediately, even though I knew they were closed. I left a message, and the next morning they called me and sent out a technician within an hour. It was supposed to be very hot during the 4th of July weekend, and I was hoping they could fix it quickly. I am a senior citizen so I am affected by the heat. I do not remember the techs. name and have not received a detailed invoice of the repair yet to get it, but he diagnosed the problem and quickly gave me my options. I accepted one of the options he got the parts and fixed my ac quickly. He was very professional, and I intend to ask for him again because of his thorough assessment and dedication to do the job as fast as possible. He did an excellent job completing the repair. Central a/c stopped cooling after business hours so left a voicemail, got call back at 7:30 the next morning. The young lady said the day was booked but would try and find a time for us with worst case the next day. She was able to get a technician to us later the same day, Laine did a quick diagnostic and found a bad capacitor. He had to run to the supply house and bought two (so he would have that size next time if needed) and had the unit cooling minutes later. Been a loyal customer since 1995 and will continue to praise their Awesome service to anyone who needs A/C service or new systems.

Michael Owens the HVAC technician was awesome who came to complete the winter service. Explained an issue about a complaint we made a year ago and found the problem that 2 previous Technician could not find. AC unit was very noise and he found the problem and then explained the whole troubleshooting process. He found an issue with the compressor, which may be a problem in the future. Since noise is not covered under parts warranty and it works like it’s suppose to, He offered me an affordable extended warranty that pays for the repair which normally would be out of pocket. He made the process very informative and easy for me to make decisions on buying an extended warranty. Awesome Job!!! Very satisfied customer!!!

Recently I had a problem with my Air Conditioner and it was either blowing hot air or not blowing at all. I contacted Wright AC via the internet during the night and they were there the next day. Instead of trying to sell me a new system the technician told me that while my unit was knocking on deaths door he could tell what the problem was and simply replaced a part and now its cooling wonderfully. I am definitely going to keep their number and when its time to replace the unit they will be who I call. I give them a high score of infinity. You just cant beat good customer service and support.

I called AHS and they tried to call their network until 2300 and nothing. I found Wright through the Trane warranty program. I sent the request around 0600 28 Jun 24, via their (Trane) website and no joke Wright sent me a text by 0615! My ac was cooling my house a few hours later. AHS dropped the ball and Wright knocked it out of the park. Thanks to Tony for his explanations and professionalism! My home (from the 80’s) has highly vaulted ceilings and tight crawl spaces, and they were able to find the problem spots and patch the issues! They were able to debug the ductwork structure and air flow issues of my two story home much faster than I (my roommates and friends) ever could. Not to mention, Wright Services is the 3rd service company I called to my home because the first two service men didn’t even want to attempt debugging the issues. If there was an additional star to give I would give it. I was in a situation where I needed my A/C serviced to satisfy my contractual obligation with the buyer of my home. My A/C person was not able to come out so I called Wright Services whom also services my church A/Cs. They too were very busy but knew how urgent it was for me to have this done. Courtney (office mgr) found a way to squeezed me into their schedule. Tony came out, I communicated to him what I needed done and he was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to successfully serviced both our units without a hitch. Love these guys. I would 100% recommend them if youre looking for an honest company who are not trying to up sale you on something that you dont need.

Clearly explained the current deficiencies in the “30 year old air duct system” and showed us some thermal imaging photos of air leaks which was amazing. Replaced a flame sensor and was going to charge me 550 dollars.I questioned it after googling part and found he was incorrect on the price. After all is said and done, price cut more than half of original price. Still felt the price was high but it’s done.Needed to come back out due to furnace did not work after service. I found the gas line was shut. Flame sensor allowed for burner to kick on after I opened valve but flame would go out after a few seconds. Tech. Came out and found connection for power was loose. Tie strapped it and now it works.
