Ed was fantastic! He identified the problem within 2 minutes. We had a leak from our shower head and Ed disassembled and reassembled pieces so he could identify confidently where the leak was coming from. Made it seem easy. He also documented all his work with video and provided it to us. They also got us on the schedule within 24 hours. Woods Comfort sets the standard. Highly recommend them for your project.

We have consistently enjoyed excellent service from Woods Comfort Systems. Everyone we have interacted with from the office staff to the techs have been of the highest caliber. Eduardo came out to fix a gas leak and discovered we also had an issue with our hot water heater (luckily still under warranty). He was able to get us on the schedule right away and everything is working perfectly now! Eduardo is professional, polite and knowledgeable about all things plumbing. He is a credit to Woods. I was so pleased that our builder chose Woods Comfort systems for the HVAC system. We recently closed on the house, and Woods Comfort Systems was very proactive and reaching out to us and scheduling a step-by-step walk-through of the entire system. The company really has outstanding customer service. I had to call back a few times before the appointment to get some questions answered, and they were really the nicest and most helpful people. Travis came out this afternoon, and his demeanor was so professional and totally customer service oriented. Travis walked me through the set up and app install for our new system and made sure all my system’s settings were where they needed to be. We went up into the attic and he was kind enough to give me some lessons on the whole house dehumidifier and all sorts of other useful information. Travis’ HVAC knowledge and experience was top notch and, again, he was one of the nicest folks we’ve met. Jonathan was then able to locate the system we wanted in the area. He then went and picked it up and returned to install it the same day. Now, that is tremendous service. From start to finish, my experience with Woods was excellent! It began with Davids visit to my home where he proceeded to give me a very professional evaluation with clear, informative options for replacing my HVAC system. My install was scheduled for 3 days later on a Saturday. The technicians Saul and Brandon were on time for the job, very polite, and finished installing my entire new system in a little over 2 hours! David even came by for a few minutes during the install just for a courtesy visit. Finally Jayden came out a few days later to do a Quality Walk to make sure that everything was looking and functioning like its supposed to. Throughout the entire process I was always given timely communications to let me know what was happening, when, and by whom. Finally, an HVAC contractor that sets expectations and then beats them. We desperately needed a complete duct replacement as the old one was condensing and leaking through the ceiling lights. After a long, consultative meeting with David Partain, we agreed to remove and replace the existing metal duct work, overhaul the existing HVAC unit, reinsulate, and relocate our exterior condensing unit to a more friendly location.Woods Comfort Systems showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and kept us informed every step of the way. Jonathan from Woods Comfort Systems did a gas line extension for a remodel on my fireplace. He did a very good job in adding the extension and tested it all for any traces of a gas leak. In addition I just had Jonathan back out as I was smelling gas after I reset the fireplace and reconnected the gas line to the extension Jonathan installed. I had used teflon tape for gas lines on my flexible hose connector and Jonathan educated me not to use that tape when there is a flange fitting. I learned many other things about plumbing while we were checking for the leak that is no more. Don’t try to do it all yourself when it comes to plumbing, just call Jonathan. He’s a likable guy.

They did a great job getting me a shut off valve on a water line for a fridge. Ed was wonderful, and while I tend to prefer small businesses that are local I appreciated how quickly the Woods folks could send someone out to my house [who WAS local] and handle things. There is a $90 service fee that is non-negotiable and does not go toward your total bill, so be ready for that - if you decide you dont want the work done/want a 2nd opinion before deciding youll still need to pay that [steep in my mind] call fee.

He shows me pictures of the condition of our system, the meter readings he takes and explains what they mean, and answers all my questions regarding my part in keeping the system maintained.We are on an annual service agreement and our system gets checked twice/year, we know that our system is in good working condition as the seasons change. We have used Woods Comfort Systems for more than a decade, in 3 different homes and have experienced excellent service for both maintenance and those untimely emergencies. Man oh man, I’ll try not to make this post too long. I can’t say enough good things about Woods Comfort Systems. Long story short, when my husband and I moved into our house 2 years ago, we knew we were going to have to get a new HVAC. Ours was 16 years old, and hadn’t been replaced since the house was built 😳 We got quotes from a few different companies, but threw one out immediately when they tried to tell us it was going to be $20-23k to replace it . 😅 The other companies we talked to quoted us between $11-15k, which was what we were expecting. We ended up going with Woods for 2 different reasons. 1) They installed the ducts and HVAC in our house originally, so they knew more about our system than most. While some of the other companies were confused about the duct system, David knew why it is the way that it is, and could explain things to us. 2) Because of David. ☺️ David came in and talked to myself first, and then came back to tell my husband the things he told me. He was patient and willing to explain everything, and answered any questions we had, and just overall made us feel confident in our decision. David came today for our install along with Saul, and one other guy whose name I didn’t catch. All of them were so nice and did a great job with everything. Wood Comfort System installed our system two years ago when we built our house - wonderful system and people. Recently, with the extreme heat, our thermostat was acting up. Virgle Wiley came out to check the entire system. While the system was working as it should, he changed out the programmable thermostat in the event that it was what was causing the problems.Wood also has a program where they come out twice a year to check the system and clean it. Great experience! Grant Gregson and Ed Mendez were very professional and explained everything in detail. They were able to assess the issue in my home, provide an estimate on the spot, and complete the repair within 30-60 minutes. They offer so many services for a single company I may look into getting one of the maintenance/membership plans in order to prevent any future issues in my home.

I have had the pleasure in working with woods on multiple projects.I have given them some of the most squirrely projects and they always figure out how to fix them. They can figure out problems that other plumbers just can’t. They show up on time and get after it. Their service is expensive, but you’re paying for peace of mind knowing they’ll do it right and give you a permanent fix. Grant, Edwardo, and Marcel were a a treat to work with. Woods did an amazing job for my home and the customer service they offer is second to none! I’m a new customer for Woods Comfort Systems. Mr. Thomas and his trainee, Ms. Jess have came for a seasonal inspection of my AC cooling system. They have called me about 30 min before their visit with a remainder. They have arrived on time. I was very impressed with their professionalism and working skills. The inside AC unit was fully checked for any leaks or malfunction. The outside unit was washed/cleaned. The drain pipe also was cleaned. The service price was very affordable.The service was professional and quick.

I called Woods Comfort Systems, when our Water Heater stopped working recently. According to the dispatcher, a plumber would be available the following afternoon. Eduardo and Jonathan arrived and promptly and went to look at the water heater. I told them that I had restarted the water heater that morning, but I wanted them to check thesystem to make sure it was working properly.They checked the water heater and connections and concluded that it was working as it should. They also advised me to call them back if I continued to have problems with the water heater.Both techs were courteous, and professional. We are pleased with the plumbing service.
