I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the two guys who came out to replace our faucet. They had to remove all of our stuff under the kitchen sink in order to do the work. They did a great job on the faucet, as well as cleaning up the somewhat of a mess that was made during the installation, and they even put everything back under the sink, almost exactly the way that it was in there to begin with. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time using this company. I met the guys at my house earlier than planned, which worked out great. They were professional, fast and helpful! My dogs had knocked a water pipe loose. Not only did they repair the leak, but changed out one of the parts so the pipe wouldnt clog as easily. After finishing, they even moved some concrete blocks in front of the entrance to the underneath of my house to keep the dogs out! I would recommend Wood AC and Plumbing!

Update: Today is Nov 9 2024. This week I had Wood install a new under sink water filter. Now I no longer have to drink city water. My water is now clean and tastes wonderful.Not having to worry about climbing in the attic to do maintenance is a plus. We plan on staying with Wood for all our heat and air needs.

Great service and great product. I called Wood air conditioning on Tuesday morning. Tuesday at 12:30 Ryan was at my home inspecting my AC unit. Wrote a quote for new system which I accepted and on Friday of the same week it’s installed and working great. The techs that install the inside and outside units were very polite and very professional. They answered all of my questions and actually repaired the floor where the inside unit sits which had caved in. They rerouted the condensation line that had always been in the way. Great professional team that knows good customer service. Highly recommended.

He immediately found an issue but continued to look over the unit inside and outside to ensure there was no other concerns. I have used woods AC since I moved to Mt Pleasant and they have totally taken care of all my needs. When we moved here they took us on as a customer and serviced my first homes old units, then worked with me to replace them with a higher efficiency unit. Because of my experience with them, I chose to use them for our new home we built. My contractor used someone else but I insisted on using them, and since then he has used them on some of the new homes he has built. They worked with me to design a system that I have been completely satisfied with. I recently had an issue with one unit, having company coming to spend the weekend I called them and they immediately sent someone out that was able to diagnose the issue and got us going. Heard a humming noise on a unit installed this summer had not heard it before called them the rep got it set up for someone to come out a week later, the young man listened to the unit heard the sound too ascertained it was probably transformer humming not a danger or a hazard to the unit but still he opened it up to make sure. He was done really quick. They are always thorough and efficient. What i really like about them is he listened didnt try to act like he was so much smarter than me in this field even though he clearly was. It may have seemed unnecessary to come out but they did and i appreciate it, gives me confidence in them we have used them for many years.

It’s time to flush the new tankless hot water heater. Came out the same day and diagnosed something that could not be repaired. Worked diligently to find a new gas outdoor tankless hot water heater and replaced it the day after it was located. It’s an expensive fix, but they have no control over that.

Weve been Wood A/C customers for 7 years & have the maintenance agreement, which I recommend since its worth the expense. We always request Mike, because hes professional, detailed and friendly (even our dogs love him!). I appreciate Wood A/Cs good old fashion customer service. For ex: talking to a real person when I call, I receive a phone call when Mike is on his way, and the time window for service is only 2 hours compared to other companies that expect you to wait 4+ hours for service. Air conditioning unit outside stopped working called them first and was not pleased with the first lady I talked to! She gave me the price to have someone come out and look but she was NOT at all friendly! She sounded annoyed! So I said I was going to call and get quotes from other ones and Id call back! I called maybe 20 other places and most wont even answer the phone but one that did was JDs and the lady there was sooooo nice and since I was out of their radius it would cost me more so she recommended that I call Wood again even tho they were cheaper than the few that actually answered I was reluctant because the lady I talked to that morning was a bit rude.I called anyway since I was running low on options and the lady I talked to that time was entirely different! She was a pleasure to speak with; super helpful and responsive I think her name was Kristen maybe! They came out just a couple hours later and the tech that fixed it was honest and pleasant and friendly! So if you are considering using them dont be discouraged by the unpleasant lady if she answers the phone! They really are impressively good! I was ready to pay $61 more using someone further away just to avoid having to talk to that 1st lady again!!! They are reasonably priced, helpful, fast, and efficient!!! Minus the one lady.

In the late summer of 2015, I contacted Tommy James about the possibility of replacing our entire heating and cooling system for our 17,600 square foot building. Some of the major challenges were to remove the old systems without causing disruption to our daily operation, the safety of workers, store personnel and customers, and the ability to maintain a suitable inside temperature for the comfort of our personnel and customers. These were all daunting challenges in our minds; however, with thoughtfulness and thoroughness, Tommy developed a proposed plan. Working together, we “tweaked” the process and agreed on the time to begin the work, expected time to complete the project, and the process to minimize any inconvenience for our store personnel and our customers.Wood Air Conditioning began their work on the agreed upon date. They completed the project in less time than they had proposed, were conscientious of any interruption of our operations, worked diligently to keep all work areas clean and orderly, and every employee and subcontractor was extremely cooperative and courteous. The end results were amazing!Wood Air Conditioning did a superb job for us. There were instances when they exceeded expectations and provided some extras that were not included in our agreement.
