    I just want to say that this company has to be the best that I have dealt with the owner Mark has got to be one of a kind his service to the community is A-1. I approached Mark, in a parking lot because I couldn’t get my EXM motor detached from the housing, I could tell that he was pressed for time but without hesitation Mark, remove the motor from the housing. We need more people and companies in this world like this. I would highly recommend this company for any repairs that are needed for your home A C unit.

    OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! STRAIGHT SHOOTER and NO B.S.I called West-O-Plex after one of those BIG NAME radio advertised A/C companies wanted to charge me 900 dollars for a simple repair. West-O=Plex came right out to give me a FREE second opinion and did the repair for a fraction of the cost.I cant recommend them enough, if you live in the Metroplex or surround area, give WEST-O-Plex a call; ESPECIALLY IF YOUVE CALLED ONE OF THOSE BIG NAME A/C COMPANIES.

    Updated 8/23/2023: Mark and Justins crew are awesome. We were having continuous issues with our unit and, after calling 3 other companies to come look at, diagnose, and resolve our issues; Mark and his son fixed our problems.Marks business is in high demand for a reason. He has incredible service. Im glad I gave him another chance after missing the appointment the 1st time. Just to give you an idea of what Mark saved us from....Company 1 charged us for a service contract it never honored and ghosted usCompany 2 overfilled our system, triggering pressure systems to teip and shut down our unit. (Creating false need for future work).Company 3 saw the overfill and told us we had to do a $4,000 repair.Mark & Justin provided us with a detailed explanation of our unit, the parts that needed work, and what his course of action would be. Thank you for your hard work, attention to detail, and professionalism.

    Absolutly amazing service. Got quoted an insane amount and was told by another company we needed a whole new system. We called westoplex to get a second opinion and the manager was out to the house within an hour and had the actual problem diagnosed and solved by the following day. Very professional and courteous with the job, strongly will be recommending to everyone I know

    Great service and price! Our A/C died on one of the hottest days of summer and all other companies I called said they could fit us in maybe 2 or 3 days. These guys said they would fit us in same day and arrived 3 hours later. Pinpointed problem and had it fixed in 20 min. They are very knowledgable and honest. I do not usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after this experience. I highly recommend.

    Thermostat died on me today, the start of the summer heat. I gave Mr. Roberts a call and asked if he could come check out my thermostat. He just got home and he packed all his things back up to make the call and come help me out. Very fast service, very reliable/knowledgeable and very friendly.     Our A/C had been freezing off and on for a few days. We could not get the temperature below 73 before the freezing started and then we would have to shut the system off for several hours. When we are stuck at home during a pandemic, with outside temps increasing daily, we need our A/C working. Called West-O-Plex and they got us in on the same day. Jason was very professional, honest, and great customer service. He explained the issue thoroughly, answered all our questions, and fixed our unit! Our A/C is working beautifully again and cooling in no time. Thank you so much for all your help!! Highly recommend!!!

    Mark was great. I had my heater go out on Sunday evening. I called him Monday morning and he came out to my house within a few hours. Figured out the problem was a bad motor. Got the part and installed the next day. I had priced around and his prices seemed very reasonable. I was impressed with the open and candid way he gave advice and conducted his business. I would call him again if I had an AC or Heating issue.

On Thursday evening, I called Mark Roberts, owner of West-O-Plex Air Conditioning & Heating, due to their reputation and proximity to my home. Mark showed up first thing in the morning. He is very professional, competent and did an excellent job. He even took the time to show and explain to me the problem of the failing A/C unit.     Theres a reason West-O-Plex has so many 5-star ratings. My AC went down when the temperature hit 106. Mark arrived promptly in the morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in approximately 30 minutes – for an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommended.

    Great People, Great Service, Great Price. Jason is a true professional and expert. After troubleshooting our failing Air Conditioner, he quickly identied the problem. He explained the problem in detail providing pictures to visually illustrate why system had failed. Pointing out the safety risks left by another AC technician a few years back. Jason also put forth much effort to find required parts for our aging AC system. Local vendors did not have the part; however, eventually found a vendor in Carrollton. Jason kept me informed throughout entire process. Phenomenal service by Jason. Overall, the entire staff was courteous, professional and timely in repairing our AC. Highly recommend their services.     I needed a complete AC redo. Not only did they do it properly, half of my house vents were in floor other half was in ceiling which was a problem trying to have air go from 1 side of house to the other, so they fixed it correctly moving all vents to the ceiling (which I prefer). Im pretty sure my electric bill will be much better this summer. If you need AC/Heating work and you call anyone else hopefully you get lucky, if you want to know its done right at a fair price call these guys.

    EXTREMELY HAPPY with service, promptness, price and JASON!OMG came home after work and a/c not working. Called a/c company I have service agreement with, but no response. Was 6:30pm and 105 degrees - I googled after hours a/c repair, and found West-O-Plex. Called and Jason answered immediately. Was at my house in 30 min and quickly found the problem, fixed it, and up and running again in less than an hour. Jason explained problem in detail and didnt remotely try to upsell or mislead me in any way. Thank god there are still honest technicians and companies out there!!
