My AC at our rental property stopped working over the weekend. I called Wehmeyer’s answering service around 10:00 p.m. by 10:35 p.m. PJ Wehmeyer was calling me to let me know his service called him and gave him my message. He asked me some questions regarding what I was experiencing with the AC and we scheduled an appointment in the morning. He came out and fixed the problem. I was expecting a huge bill considering it was Sunday and a holiday weekend but it wasn’t that at all. It was reasonable and fair. He was a wealth of knowledge, so respectful and professional. A young man who called me at 10:30 at night and put my mind at ease that he’d come by and take care of my AC problem. Y’all know what Texas heat is like in September….it was an all around exceptional experience. In this day and age, I didn’t expect a call, so when I got one, it stood out to me, then I met PJ and he was just amazing. If you’re looking for professional, courteous, fair priced AC repairs and services, without folks trying to sell you something you don’t need then call PJ Wehmeyer. I promise, you’ll be glad you did.

Showed up promptly and asked what was going on and listened respectfully as I answered. Went directly to the outdoor unit, tested it and quickly identified the problem. Sent the helper to grab the part, installed said part and took the old part and showed me the problem. Price was reasonable and Mr Wehmeyer and his helper were calming and courteous. Extremely pleased with his service!
